2 ROB «Разве может человек доставлять пользу Богу? Разумный доставляет пользу самому себе. BSB BSB: “Can a man be of use to God? Can even a wise man benefit Him?
3 ROB Какое удовольствие Вседержителю, что ты праведен? И будет ли Ему выгода от того, что ты хранишь свои пути в непрочности? BSB BSB: Does it delight the Almighty that you are righteous? Does He profit if your ways are blameless?
4 ROB Неужели Он, боясь тебя, вступит с тобой в спор, пойдёт с тобой судиться? BSB BSB: Is it for your reverence that He rebukes you and enters into judgment against you?
5 ROB Должно быть, твоя злоба велика, и твоим беззакониям нет конца. BSB BSB: Is not your wickedness great? Are not your iniquities endless?
6 ROB Наверное, ты ни за что брал залоги у твоих братьев, с полуголых снимал одежду. BSB BSB: For you needlessly demanded security from your brothers and deprived the naked of their clothing.
7 ROB Утомлённому жаждой не давал напиться воды и голодному отказывал в хлебе, BSB BSB: You gave no water to the weary and withheld food from the famished,
8 ROB а сильному человеку ты давал землю, и знатный селился на ней. BSB BSB: while the land belonged to a mighty man, and a man of honor lived on it.
9 ROB Ты вдов отсылал ни с чем и сирот оставлял с пустыми руками. BSB BSB: You sent widows away empty-handed, and the strength of the fatherless was crushed.
10 ROB За это вокруг тебя петли, тебя охватил внезапный ужас, BSB BSB: Therefore snares surround you, and sudden peril terrifies you;
11 ROB или тьма, в которой ты ничего не видишь, и множество вод тебя покрыло. BSB BSB: it is so dark you cannot see, and a flood of water covers you.
12 ROB Разве Бог не выше небес? Посмотри вверх на звёзды, как они высоко! BSB BSB: Is not God as high as the heavens? Look at the highest stars, how lofty they are!
13 ROB Но ты говоришь: "Что знает Бог? Может ли Он судить сквозь тьму? BSB BSB: Yet you say: ‘What does God know? Does He judge through thick darkness?
14 ROB Облака— Его завеса, так что Он не видит, а только ходит по небесному кругу". BSB BSB: Thick clouds veil Him so He does not see us as He traverses the vault of heaven.’
15 ROB Неужели ты держишься пути древних, по которому шли беззаконные люди, BSB BSB: Will you stay on the ancient path that wicked men have trod?
16 ROB которые преждевременно были уничтожены, когда вода разлилась под их основания? BSB BSB: They were snatched away before their time, and their foundations were swept away by a flood.
17 ROB Они говорили Богу: "Отойди от нас!" Что им сделает Вседержитель? BSB BSB: They said to God, ‘Depart from us. What can the Almighty do to us?’
18 ROB А Он их дома наполнял добром. Но совет беззаконных, будь далёк от меня! BSB BSB: But it was He who filled their houses with good things; so I stay far from the counsel of the wicked.
19 ROB Праведники видели и радовались, и непорочный смеялся над ним: BSB BSB: The righteous see it and are glad; the innocent mock them:
20 ROB "Наш враг уничтожен, а оставшееся после них пожрал огонь". BSB BSB: ‘Surely our foes are destroyed, and fire has consumed their excess.’
21 ROB Приблизься к Нему— и будешь спокоен. Через это к тебе придёт добро. BSB BSB: Reconcile now and be at peace with Him; thereby good will come to you.
22 ROB Прими из Его уст закон и положи Его слова в своё сердце. BSB BSB: Receive instruction from His mouth, and lay up His words in your heart.
23 ROB Если ты вернёшься к Вседержителю, то вновь возродишься, удалишь беззаконие от своего шатра BSB BSB: If you return to the Almighty, you will be restored. If you remove injustice from your tents
24 ROB и будешь считать пылью блестящий метал, а офирское золото— за камни ручьёв. BSB BSB: and consign your gold to the dust and the gold of Ophir to the stones of the ravines,
25 ROB Вседержитель будет у тебя твоим золотом и блестящим серебром. BSB BSB: then the Almighty will be your gold and the finest silver for you.
26 ROB Тогда будешь радоваться Вседержителю, поднимешь к Богу своё лицо. BSB BSB: Surely then you will delight in the Almighty and lift up your face to God.
27 ROB Помолишься Ему, Он услышит тебя, и ты исполнишь свои обеты. BSB BSB: You will pray to Him, and He will hear you, and you will fulfill your vows.
28 ROB Что задумаешь, то и состоится у тебя, над твоими путями будет сиять свет. BSB BSB: Your decisions will be carried out, and light will shine on your ways.
29 ROB Когда кто-то будет унижен, ты скажешь: "Возвысь!" И Он спасёт поникшего лицом. BSB BSB: When men are brought low and you say, ‘Lift them up!’ then He will save the lowly.
30 ROB Он спасёт даже виновного, спасёт чистотой твоих рук». BSB BSB: He will deliver even one who is not innocent, rescuing him through the cleanness of your hands.”
