1 ROB Услышав об этом, Иавин, царь Асора, послал к Иоваву, царю Мадона, к царю Шимрона, к царю Ахсафа BSB BSB: Now when Jabin king of Hazor heard about these things, he sent word to Jobab king of Madon; to the kings of Shimron and Achshaph;
2 ROB и к царям, которые жили к северу на горе, и на равнине с южной стороны Хиннарофа, и на низменных местах, и в Нафоф-Доре на западе, BSB BSB: to the kings of the north in the mountains, in the Arabah south of Chinnereth, in the foothills, and in Naphoth-dor to the west;
3 ROB к хананеям, которые жили на востоке и на западе, к аморреям, хеттеям, ферезеям и к иевусеям, жившим на горе, и к евеям, жившим возле Ермона в земле Массифа. BSB BSB: to the Canaanites in the east and west; to the Amorites, Hittites, Perizzites, and Jebusites in the hill country; and to the Hivites at the foot of Hermon in the land of Mizpah.
4 ROB Они выступили, и всё их войско с ними, многочисленный народ, который по количеству равнялся песку на морском берегу, а также коней и колесниц очень много. BSB BSB: So these kings came out with all their armies, a multitude as numerous as the sand on the seashore, along with a great number of horses and chariots.
5 ROB Все эти цари собрались вместе, пришли и расположились лагерем у вод Мерома, чтобы сразиться с Израилем. BSB BSB: All these kings joined forces and encamped at the waters of Merom to fight against Israel.
6 ROB Но Господь сказал Иисусу: «Не бойся их, потому что завтра к этому времени Я отдам их всех на поражение израильтянам. Перережь жилы их коням и сожги их колесницы». BSB BSB: Then the LORD said to Joshua, “Do not be afraid of them, for by this time tomorrow I will deliver all of them slain before Israel. You are to hamstring their horses and burn up their chariots.”
7 ROB Иисус и с ним весь народ, способный к войне, внезапно вышли на них к водам Мерома и напали на них. BSB BSB: So by the waters of Merom, Joshua and his whole army came upon them suddenly and attacked them,
8 ROB Господь отдал их в руки израильтян. Они разбили их и преследовали до великого Сидона, до Мисрефоф-Маима и до долины Мицфа на востоке, и убили их, так что не осталось ни одного уцелевшего. BSB BSB: and the LORD delivered them into the hand of Israel, who struck them down and pursued them all the way to Greater Sidon and Misrephoth-maim, and eastward as far as the Valley of Mizpeh. They struck them down, leaving no survivors.
9 ROB Иисус поступил с ними так, как сказал ему Господь: перерезал жилы их коням и сжёг их колесницы. BSB BSB: Joshua treated them as the LORD had told him; he hamstrung their horses and burned up their chariots.
11 ROB Всё живое, что было в нём, поразили мечом, предав заклятию: не осталось ни одной души, а Асор он сжёг. BSB BSB: The Israelites put everyone in Hazor to the sword, devoting them to destruction. Nothing that breathed remained, and Joshua burned down Hazor itself.
12 ROB Иисус взял все эти города, всех их царей и поразил их мечом, предав их заклятью, как приказал Моисей, раб Господа. BSB BSB: Joshua captured all these kings and their cities and put them to the sword. He devoted them to destruction, as Moses the LORD’s servant had commanded.
13 ROB Впрочем, израильтяне не жгли все города, стоявшие на возвышенности, кроме одного Асора, который сжёг Иисус. BSB BSB: Yet Israel did not burn any of the cities built on their mounds, except Hazor, which Joshua burned.
14 ROB Сыновья Израиля разграбили всю добычу и скот этих городов, всех людей перебили мечом, так что истребили их: не оставили ни одной души. BSB BSB: The Israelites took for themselves all the plunder and livestock of these cities, but they put all the people to the sword until they had completely destroyed them, not sparing anyone who breathed.
15 ROB Как велел Господь Своему рабу Моисею, так Моисей приказал Иисусу, и Иисус так и сделал: не отступил ни от одного слова во всём, что Господь велел Моисею. BSB BSB: As the LORD had commanded His servant Moses, so Moses commanded Joshua. That is what Joshua did, leaving nothing undone of all that the LORD had commanded Moses.
16 ROB Таким образом, Иисус захватил всю нагорную землю, южную землю, всю землю Гошен и долину, равнину и гору Израиля, и долину BSB BSB: So Joshua took this entire region: the hill country, all the Negev, all the land of Goshen, the western foothills, the Arabah, and the mountains of Israel and their foothills,
17 ROB от горы Халак, которая поднимается к Сеиру, до Ваал-Гада в долине Ливана возле горы Ермона, и всех их царей он захватил, поразил и убил их. BSB BSB: from Mount Halak, which rises toward Seir, as far as Baal-gad in the Valley of Lebanon at the foot of Mount Hermon. He captured all their kings and struck them down, putting them to death.
18 ROB Долгое время Иисус вёл войну со всеми этими царями. BSB BSB: Joshua waged war against all these kings for a long period of time.
19 ROB Кроме евеев, жителей Гаваона, не было города, который заключил бы мир с сыновьями Израиля: все города они взяли войной. BSB BSB: No city made peace with the Israelites except the Hivites living in Gibeon; all others were taken in battle.
20 ROB Потому что от Господа было ожесточение их сердец и то, что они встречали Израиль войной– для того, чтобы они были уничтожены без помилования и были истреблены так, как Господь велел Моисею. BSB BSB: For it was of the LORD to harden their hearts to engage Israel in battle, so that they would be set apart for destruction and would receive no mercy, being annihilated as the LORD had commanded Moses.
21 ROB В то время Иисус пришёл и поразил енакимов на горе, в Хевроне, в Давире, в Анаве, на всей горе Иуды и на всей горе Израиля. Иисус уничтожил их с их городами. BSB BSB: At that time Joshua proceeded to eliminate the Anakim from the hill country of Hebron, Debir, and Anab, and from all the hill country of Judah and of Israel. Joshua devoted them to destruction, along with their cities.
22 ROB В земле сыновей Израиля не осталось енакимов, они остались только в Газе, Гефе и Азоте. BSB BSB: No Anakim were left in the land of the Israelites; only in Gaza, Gath, and Ashdod did any survive.
23 ROB Таким образом, Иисус взял всю землю, как Господь говорил Моисею. Иисус отдал её в наследство израильтянам и разделил между коленами их. И земля успокоилась от войны. BSB BSB: So Joshua took the entire land, in keeping with all that the LORD had spoken to Moses. And Joshua gave it as an inheritance to Israel according to the allotments to their tribes. Then the land had rest from war.
