1Вот родословие Аарона и Моисея, когда Господь говорил с Моисеем на горе Синай.This is the account of Aaron and Moses at the time the LORD spoke with Moses on Mount Sinai.

2Вот имена сыновей Аарона: первенец Надав, Авиуд, Елеазар и Ифамар.These are the names of the sons of Aaron: Nadab the firstborn, then Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.

3Это имена сыновей Аарона, помазанных священников, которых он посвятил, чтобы быть священниками,These were Aaron’s sons, the anointed priests, who were ordained to serve as priests.

4но Надав и Авиуд умерли перед лицом Господа, когда они принесли чуждый огонь перед лицом Господа в Синайской пустыне. У них не было детей, поэтому священниками при Аароне остались Елеазар и Ифамар.Nadab and Abihu, however, died in the presence of the LORD when they offered unauthorized fire before the LORD in the Wilderness of Sinai. And since they had no sons, only Eleazar and Ithamar served as priests during the lifetime of their father Aaron.

5Господь сказал Моисею:Then the LORD said to Moses,

6«Приведи колено Левия и поставь их перед священником Аароном, чтобы они служили ему.“Bring the tribe of Levi and present them to Aaron the priest to assist him.

7Пусть они будут на страже у него и на страже у всего общества, чтобы исполнять служения при скинии.They are to perform duties for him and for the whole congregation before the Tent of Meeting, attending to the service of the tabernacle.

8Пусть хранят все вещи скинии собрания, и будут на страже за сыновей Израиля, чтобы исполнять служения при скинии.They shall take care of all the furnishings of the Tent of Meeting and fulfill obligations for the Israelites by attending to the service of the tabernacle.

9Отдай левитов в распоряжение Аарону и его сыновьям: пусть они будут отданы ему из всех сыновей Израиля.Assign the Levites to Aaron and his sons; they have been given exclusively to him from among the Israelites.

10Аарону и его сыновьям поручи, чтобы они хранили своё священство. А если приблизится посторонний, то он будет отдан на смерть».So you shall appoint Aaron and his sons to carry out the duties of the priesthood; but any outsider who approaches the tabernacle must be put to death.”

11Господь сказал Моисею:Again the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

12«Я взял левитов из сыновей Израиля вместо всех младенцев мужского пола, рождающихся первыми, из сыновей Израиля. Левиты должны быть Моими,“Behold, I have taken the Levites from among the children of Israel in place of every firstborn Israelite from the womb. The Levites belong to Me,

13потому что все первенцы— Мои. В тот день, когда Я поразил всех первенцев в египетской земле, Я освятил Себе всех первенцев Израиля, от человека до скота. Они должны быть Моими. Я— Господь».for all the firstborn are Mine. On the day I struck down every firstborn in the land of Egypt, I consecrated to Myself all the firstborn in Israel, both man and beast. They are Mine; I am the LORD.”

14В Синайской пустыне Господь сказал Моисею:Then the LORD spoke to Moses in the Wilderness of Sinai, saying,

15«Пересчитай сыновей Левия по их семействам, пересчитай всех мужчин по их родам от одного месяца и старше».“Number the Levites by their families and clans. You are to count every male a month old or more.”

16И Моисей пересчитал их по слову Господа, как ему было сказано.So Moses numbered them according to the word of the LORD, as he had been commanded.

17Вот имена сыновей Левия: Гирсон, Кааф и Мерари.These were the sons of Levi by name: Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.

18Вот имена сыновей Гирсона по их родам: Ливни и Шимей.These were the names of the sons of Gershon by their clans: Libni and Shimei.

19Сыновья Каафа по их родам: Амрам, Ицгар, Хеврон и Узиил.The sons of Kohath by their clans were Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel.

20Сыновья Мерари по их родам: Махли и Муши. Вот род Левия по их семействам.And the sons of Merari by their clans were Mahli and Mushi. These were the clans of the Levites, according to their families.

21От Гирсона род Ливни и род Шимея— это роды Гирсона.From Gershon came the Libnite clan and the Shimeite clan; these were the Gershonite clans.

22Всех пересчитанных мужчин от одного месяца и старше было семь тысяч пятьсот.The number of all the males a month old or more was 7,500.

23Роды Гирсона должны установить лагерь на западе позади скинии.The Gershonite clans were to camp on the west, behind the tabernacle,

24Начальник поколения сыновей Гирсона— Елиасаф, сын Лаела.and the leader of the families of the Gershonites was Eliasaph son of Lael.

25Сыновьям Гирсона в скинии собрания поручается охранять скинию и её покрытие, завесу при входе в скинию собрания,The duties of the Gershonites at the Tent of Meeting were the tabernacle and tent, its covering, the curtain for the entrance to the Tent of Meeting,

26завесы двора, завесу при входе во двор, которые вокруг скинии и жертвенника, и верёвки со всеми их принадлежностями.the curtains of the courtyard, the curtain for the entrance to the courtyard that surrounds the tabernacle and altar, and the cords—all the service for these items.

27От Каафа род Амрама, род Ицгара, род Хеврона и род Узиила— это роды Каафа.From Kohath came the clans of the Amramites, the Izharites, the Hebronites, and the Uzzielites; these were the clans of the Kohathites.

28По подсчёту, всех мужчин от одного месяца и старше было восемь тысяч шестьсот, они охраняли святилище.The number of all the males a month old or more was 8,600. They were responsible for the duties of the sanctuary.

29Роды сыновей Каафа должны установить свой лагерь на южной стороне скинии.The clans of the Kohathites were to camp on the south side of the tabernacle,

30Начальником поколения Каафа был Елцафан, сын Узиила.and the leader of the families of the Kohathites was Elizaphan son of Uzziel.

31Они должны были охранять ковчег, стол, светильник, жертвенники, священные сосуды, которые употребляются при служении, и завесу со всеми её принадлежностями.Their duties were the ark, the table, the lampstand, the altars, the articles of the sanctuary used with them, and the curtain—all the service for these items.

32Начальником над начальниками левитов был Елеазар, сын священника Аарона. Под его наблюдением были те, которым доверено хранение святилища.The chief of the leaders of the Levites was Eleazar son of Aaron the priest; he oversaw those responsible for the duties of the sanctuary.

33От Мерари род Махли и род Муши— это роды Мерари.From Merari came the clans of the Mahlites and Mushites; these were the Merarite clans.

34Всех пересчитанных мужчин, от одного месяца и старше, было шесть тысяч двести.The number of all the males a month old or more was 6,200.

35От рода Мерари был Цуриил, сын Авихаила. Они должны были установить свой лагерь на северной стороне скинии.The leader of the families of the Merarites was Zuriel son of Abihail; they were to camp on the north side of the tabernacle.

36Сыновьям Мерари поручается охранять брусья скинии, её шесты, её столбы, её подножия, все её вещи со всем их устройством,The duties assigned to the sons of Merari were the tabernacle’s frames, crossbars, posts, bases, and all its equipment—all the service for these items,

37столбы двора со всех сторон, их подножья, их колья и их верёвки.as well as the posts of the surrounding courtyard with their bases, tent pegs, and ropes.

38А с передней стороны скинии, к востоку перед скинией собрания, должны ставить лагерь Моисей, Аарон и его сыновья, которым поручено хранение святилища вместо сыновей Израиля. А если приблизится посторонний, должен быть убит.Moses, Aaron, and Aaron’s sons were to camp to the east of the tabernacle, toward the sunrise, before the Tent of Meeting. They were to perform the duties of the sanctuary as a service on behalf of the Israelites; but any outsider who approached the sanctuary was to be put to death.

39Всех левитов по их родам, мужчин от одного месяца и старше, которых пересчитал Моисей и Аарон по велению Господа, было двадцать две тысячи.The total number of Levites that Moses and Aaron counted by their clans at the LORD’s command, including all the males a month old or more, was 22,000.

40Господь сказал Моисею: «Пересчитай всех первенцев из сыновей Израиля, мужчин от одного месяца и старше, и запиши их поимённо.Then the LORD said to Moses, “Number every firstborn male of the Israelites a month old or more, and list their names.

41Возьми для Меня левитов вместо всех первенцев из всех сыновей Израиля и скот левитов вместо всего первородного скота сыновей Израиля. Я— Господь».You are to take the Levites for Me—I am the LORD—in place of all the firstborn of Israel, and the livestock of the Levites in place of all the firstborn of the livestock of the Israelites.”

42Моисей пересчитал всех первенцев из сыновей Израиля, как велел ему Господь.So Moses numbered all the firstborn of the Israelites, as the LORD had commanded him.

43Всех первенцев мужчин от одного месяца и старше по числу имён было двадцать две тысячи двести семьдесят три.The total number of the firstborn males a month old or more, listed by name, was 22,273.

44Господь сказал Моисею:Again the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

45«Возьми левитов вместо всех первенцев из сыновей Израиля и скот левитов вместо их скота, и пусть левиты будут Мои. Я— Господь.“Take the Levites in place of all the firstborn of Israel, and the livestock of the Levites in place of their livestock. The Levites belong to Me; I am the LORD.

46Собери выкуп за двести семьдесят три первенца Израиля, которые превышают число левитов.To redeem the 273 firstborn Israelites who outnumber the Levites,

47Возьми по пять шекелей с человека, по священному шекелю, двадцать гер в шекеле,you are to collect five shekels for each one, according to the sanctuary shekel of twenty gerahs.

48и отдай это серебро Аарону и его сыновьям, как выкуп за тех, кто превышает число левитов».Give the money to Aaron and his sons as the redemption price for the excess among the Israelites.”

49Моисей взял выкуп серебром у тех, кто превышал левитов численностью.So Moses collected the redemption money from those in excess of the number redeemed by the Levites.

50У первенцев Израиля он взял серебро в тысячу триста шестьдесят пять, по священному шекелю.He collected the money from the firstborn of the Israelites: 1,365 shekels, according to the sanctuary shekel.

51Моисей отдал Аарону и его сыновьям серебро выкупа по слову Господа, как велел Господь Моисею.And Moses gave the redemption money to Aaron and his sons in obedience to the word of the LORD, just as the LORD had commanded him.
