1 STF Mi jaki duћni smo slabosti slabih nositi, i ne sebi ugaрati. BSB BSB: We who are strong ought to bear with the shortcomings of the weak and not to please ourselves.
2 STF Svaki od nas bliћnjemu da ugaрa na dobro, za napredak. BSB BSB: Each of us should please his neighbor for his good, to build him up.
3 STF Jer i Hristos ne ugodi sebi, nego, kao љto je napisano: "Ruћenja onih koji ruћe tebe, padoљe na me". BSB BSB: For even Christ did not please Himself, but as it is written: “The insults of those who insult You have fallen on Me.”
4 STF Jer, љto se napred napisa, za naљ se nauk napisa, da nadu imamo strpljivoљжu i utehom pisma. BSB BSB: For everything that was written in the past was written for our instruction, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures, we might have hope.
5 STF A Bog, koji daje strpljivost i utehu, da vam da da sloћno mislite po volji Hrista Isusa, BSB BSB: Now may the God who gives endurance and encouragement grant you harmony with one another in Christ Jesus,
6 STF Da jednoduљno jednim ustima slavite Boga i Oca Gospoda naљeg Isusa Hrista. BSB BSB: so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
7 STF Zato primajte jedan drugoga, kao љto i Hristos primi vas na slavu Boћju! BSB BSB: Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring glory to God.
8 STF Mislim, naime: Hristos je bio sluga obrezanih istine radi Boћje, da utvrdi ocevima dana obeжanja, BSB BSB: For I tell you that Christ has become a servant of the circumcised on behalf of God’s truth, to confirm the promises made to the patriarchs,
9 STF a neznaboљci slave Boga za milost, kao љto stoji napisano: "Zato жu te slaviti meрu neznaboљcima i pevaжu ime tvoje". BSB BSB: so that the Gentiles may glorify God for His mercy. As it is written: “Therefore I will praise You among the Gentiles; I will sing hymns to Your name.”
10 STF I opet govori (pismo): "Veselite se, neznaboљci, s narodom njegovim!" BSB BSB: Again, it says: “Rejoice, O Gentiles, with His people.”
11 STF I opet: "Hvalite Gospoda svi neznaboљci, i neka ga slave svi narodi!" BSB BSB: And again: “Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles, and extol Him, all you peoples.”
12 STF I opet Isaija govori: "Doжi жe izdanak Jesejev i koji ustaje da vlada nad neznaboљcima, u njega жe se uzdati neznaboљci". BSB BSB: And once more, Isaiah says: “The Root of Jesse will appear, One who will arise to rule over the Gentiles; in Him the Gentiles will put their hope.”
13 STF A Bog, koji daje nadu, da vas ispuni svake radosti i mira u veri, da silom Duha svetoga imate izobilje u nadi. BSB BSB: Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you believe in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
14 STF A ja sam i sam uveren za vas, braжo moja, da ste i sami puni dobrote, napunjeni svakoga znanja, kadri i jedan drugoga nauиiti. BSB BSB: I myself am convinced, my brothers, that you yourselves are full of goodness, brimming with knowledge, and able to instruct one another.
15 STF Na nekim mestima pisah vam slobodnije, (ali samo) da vam opet napomenem, po blagodati koja mi je dana od Boga, BSB BSB: However, I have written you a bold reminder on some points, because of the grace God has given me
16 STF da budem sluga Hrista Isusa za neznaboљce, koji kao sveљtenik sluћi evanрelju Boћjem, da budu neznaboљci prinos ugodan (i) osveжen Duhom svetim. BSB BSB: to be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles in the priestly service of the gospel of God, so that the Gentiles might become an offering acceptable to God, sanctified by the Holy Spirit.
17 STF Mogu se, dakle, u Hristu Isusu hvaliti pred Bogom. BSB BSB: Therefore I exult in Christ Jesus in my service to God.
18 STF Jer se neжu usuditi da kaћem љto љto nije Hristos uиinio kroz mene radi posluљnosti neznaboћaca, reиju i delom, BSB BSB: I will not presume to speak of anything except what Christ has accomplished through me in leading the Gentiles to obedience by word and deed,
19 STF silom znaka i иudesa, silom Duha svetoga: tako da sam od Jerusalima i naokolo pa sve do Ilirika napunio evanрeljem o Hristu. BSB BSB: by the power of signs and wonders, and by the power of the Spirit of God. So from Jerusalem all the way around to Illyricum, I have fully proclaimed the gospel of Christ.
20 STF Ali sam se starao da ne propovedam onde gde je Hristos veж poznat bio, da ne bih zidao na tuрem temelju, BSB BSB: In this way I have aspired to preach the gospel where Christ was not known, so that I would not be building on someone else’s foundation.
21 STF nego, kao љto stoji napisano: "Videжe (ga) oni kojima nije javljeno za njega, i koji nisu иuli, razumeжe (ga)". BSB BSB: Rather, as it is written: “Those who were not told about Him will see, and those who have not heard will understand.”
22 STF To me i zadrћi mnogo puta da ne doрem k vama. BSB BSB: That is why I have often been hindered from coming to you.
23 STF A sad, ne imajuжi viљe mesta u ovim krajevima, a imajuжi od mnogo godina ћelju da doрem k vama, BSB BSB: But now that there are no further opportunities for me in these regions, and since I have longed for many years to visit you,
24 STF (doжi жu vam) kad poрem u Љpaniju. Jer se nadam da жu vas usput videti i da жete me vi otpratiti onamo kad se najpre nekoliko nasitim vas. BSB BSB: I hope to see you on my way to Spain. And after I have enjoyed your company for a while, you can equip me for my journey.
25 STF A sad idem u Jerusalim da posluћim svetima: BSB BSB: Now, however, I am on my way to Jerusalem to serve the saints there.
26 STF jer Makedonija i Ahaja odluиiљe da skupe neku pomoж za siromahe svete koji ћive u Jerusalimu. BSB BSB: For Macedonia and Achaia were pleased to make a contribution for the poor among the saints in Jerusalem.
27 STF Oni odluиiљe, a i duћni su im. Jer, kad neznaboљci dobiљe deo u njihovu duhovnom imanju, duћni su i oni njih svojim zemaljskim imanjem pomoжi. BSB BSB: They were pleased to do it, and indeed they owe it to them. For if the Gentiles have shared in their spiritual blessings, they are obligated to minister to them with material blessings.
28 STF Kad, dakle, svrљim ovo i predam im ovaj plod, poжi жu preko vas u Љpaniju. BSB BSB: So after I have completed this service and have safely delivered this bounty to them, I will set off to Spain by way of you.
29 STF A znam da жu, kad doрem k vama, doжi s obilnim blagoslovom Hristovim. BSB BSB: I know that when I come to you, I will come in the fullness of the blessing of Christ.
30 STF Ali vas molim, braжo, Gospodom naљim Isusom Hristom i ljubavlju Duha, da mi pomognete u borbi moleжi se Bogu za me, BSB BSB: Now I urge you, brothers, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit, to join me in my struggle by praying to God for me.
31 STF da se izbavim od nevernih u Judeji i da moja sluћba za Jerusalim bude po volji svetima, BSB BSB: Pray that I may be delivered from the unbelievers in Judea, and that my service in Jerusalem may be acceptable to the saints there,
32 STF pa da vam, po Boћjoj volji, s radoљжu doрem i odmorim se kod vas. BSB BSB: so that by God’s will I may come to you with joy and together with you be refreshed.
33 STF Bog mira neka je sa svima vama! Amin. BSB BSB: The God of peace be with all of you. Amen.
