2 ULB மனிதகுமாரனே, நீ தீருவின் அதிபதியை நோக்கி: கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால், உன்னுடைய இருதயம் மேட்டிமைகொண்டு: நான் தேவன், நான் கடலின் நடுவே தேவாசனத்தில் வீற்றிருக்கிறேன் என்று நீ சொல்லி, உன்னுடைய இருதயத்தைத் தேவனின் இருதயத்தைப்போல ஆக்கினாலும், நீ மனிதனேயல்லாமல் தேவனல்ல. BSB BSB: “Son of man, tell the ruler of Tyre that this is what the Lord GOD says: Your heart is proud, and you have said, ‘I am a god; I sit in the seat of gods in the heart of the sea.’ Yet you are a man and not a god, though you have regarded your heart as that of a god.
3 ULB இதோ, தானியேலைவிட நீ ஞானவான்; இரகசியமானதொன்றும் உனக்கு மறைபொருள் அல்ல. BSB BSB: Behold, you are wiser than Daniel; no secret is hidden from you!
4 ULB நீ உன்னுடைய ஞானத்தினாலும் உன்னுடைய புத்தியினாலும் பொருள் சம்பாதித்து, பொன்னையும் வெள்ளியையும் உன்னுடைய கருவூலங்களில் சேர்த்துக்கொண்டாய். BSB BSB: By your wisdom and understanding you have gained your wealth and amassed gold and silver for your treasuries.
5 ULB உன்னுடைய வியாபாரத்தினாலும் உன்னுடைய மகா ஞானத்தினாலும் உன்னுடைய பொருளைப் பெருகச்செய்தாய்; உன்னுடைய இருதயம் உன்னுடைய செல்வத்தினால் மேட்டிமையானது. BSB BSB: By your great skill in trading you have increased your wealth, but your heart has grown proud because of it.
6 ULB ஆகையால் கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: நீ உன்னுடைய இருதயத்தைத் தேவனின் இருதயத்தைப்போல ஆக்குகிறபடியினால், BSB BSB: Therefore this is what the Lord GOD says: Because you regard your heart as the heart of a god,
7 ULB இதோ, தேசங்களில் மகா பலவான்களாகிய மறுதேசத்தாரை உனக்கு விரோதமாக வரச்செய்வேன்; அவர்கள் உன்னுடைய ஞானத்தின் அழகுக்கு விரோதமாகத் தங்களுடைய வாள்களை உருவி, உன்னுடைய சிறப்புகளைக் குலைத்துப்போடுவார்கள். BSB BSB: behold, I will bring foreigners against you, the most ruthless of nations. They will draw their swords against the beauty of your wisdom and will defile your splendor.
8 ULB உன்னைக் குழியிலே விழத்தள்ளுவார்கள்; நீ கடலின் நடுவே கொலை செய்யப்பட்டு மரணமடைகிறவர்கள்போல் மரணமடைவாய். BSB BSB: They will bring you down to the Pit, and you will die a violent death in the heart of the seas.
9 ULB உன்னைக் கொல்லுகிறவனுக்கு முன்பாக: நான் தேவனென்று நீ சொல்வாயோ? உன்னைக் குத்திப்போடுகிறவன் கைக்கு நீ மனிதனேயல்லாமல் தேவனல்லவே. BSB BSB: Will you still say, ‘I am a god,’ in the presence of those who slay you? You will be only a man, not a god, in the hands of those who wound you.
10 ULB மறுதேசத்தாரின் கையினால் நீ விருத்தசேதனமில்லாதவர்கள் மரணமடைகிறதுபோல மரிப்பாய்; நான் இதைச் சொன்னேன் என்று கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறார் என்று சொல் என்றார். BSB BSB: You will die the death of the uncircumcised at the hands of foreigners. For I have spoken, declares the Lord GOD.”
11 ULB பின்னும் கர்த்தருடைய வார்த்தை எனக்கு உண்டாகி, அவர்: BSB BSB: Again the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
12 ULB மனிதகுமாரனே, நீ தீரு ராஜாவைக்குறித்துப் புலம்பி, அவனை நோக்கி: கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால், நீ கடவுளின் சாயலில் செய்யப்பட்ட முத்திரை மோதிரம்; நீ ஞானத்தால் நிறைந்தவன்; பூரண அழகுள்ளவன். BSB BSB: “Son of man, take up a lament for the king of Tyre and tell him that this is what the Lord GOD says: ‘You were the seal of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty.
13 ULB நீ தேவனுடைய தோட்டமாகிய ஏதேனில் இருந்தவன்; பத்மராகம், புஷ்பராகம், வைரம், படிகப்பச்சை, கோமேதகம், யஸ்பி, இந்திரநீலம், மரகதம், மாணிக்கம் முதலான எல்லாவித இரத்தினங்களும் பொன்னும் உன்னை மூடிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறது; நீ உருவாக்கப்பட்ட நாளில் உன்னுடைய மேளவாத்தியங்களும் உன்னுடைய நாதசுரங்களும் உன்னிடத்தில் ஆயத்தப்பட்டிருந்தது. BSB BSB: You were in Eden, the garden of God. Every kind of precious stone adorned you: ruby, topaz, and diamond, beryl, onyx, and jasper, sapphire, turquoise, and emerald. Your mountings and settings were crafted in gold, prepared on the day of your creation.
14 ULB நீ காப்பாற்றுகிறதற்காக அபிஷேகம்செய்யப்பட்ட கேருப்; தேவனுடைய பரிசுத்த பர்வதத்தில் உன்னை வைத்தேன்; நெருப்புபோன்ற கற்களின் நடுவே உலாவினாய். BSB BSB: You were anointed as a guardian cherub, for I had ordained you. You were on the holy mountain of God; you walked among the fiery stones.
15 ULB நீ உருவாக்கப்பட்ட நாள் முதல் உன்னில் அநியாயம் கண்டுபிடிக்கப்பட்டதுவரை, உன்னுடைய வழிகளில் குறையில்லாமல் இருந்தாய். BSB BSB: From the day you were created you were blameless in your ways—until wickedness was found in you.
16 ULB உன்னுடைய வியாபாரத்தின் மிகுதியினால், உன்னுடைய கொடுமை அதிகரித்து நீ பாவம்செய்தாய்; ஆகையால் நான் உன்னை தேவனுடைய மலையிலிருந்து ஆகாதவனென்று தள்ளி, காப்பாற்றுகிற கேருபாக இருந்த உன்னை நெருப்புபோன்ற கற்களின் நடுவே இல்லாமல் அழித்துப்போடுவேன். BSB BSB: By the vastness of your trade, you were filled with violence, and you sinned. So I drove you in disgrace from the mountain of God, and I banished you, O guardian cherub, from among the fiery stones.
17 ULB உன்னுடைய அழகினால் உன்னுடைய இருதயம் மேட்டிமையானது; உன்னுடைய மாட்சிமையினால் உன்னுடைய ஞானத்தைக் கெடுத்தாய்; உன்னைத் தரையிலே தள்ளிப்போடுவேன்; ராஜாக்கள் உன்னைப் பார்ப்பதற்காக உன்னை அவர்களுக்கு முன்பாக வேடிக்கையாக்குவேன். BSB BSB: Your heart grew proud of your beauty; you corrupted your wisdom because of your splendor; so I cast you to the earth; I made you a spectacle before kings.
18 ULB உன்னுடைய அக்கிரமங்களின் மிகுதியினாலும், உன்னுடைய வியாபாரத்தின் அநீதத்தினாலும் உன்னுடைய பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலங்களைப் பரிசுத்தக்குலைச்சலாக்கினாய்; ஆகையால் உன்னைச் சுட்டெரிப்பதற்காக ஒரு நெருப்பை நான் உன் நடுவிலிருந்து புறப்படச்செய்து, உன்னைப்பார்க்கிற எல்லாருடைய கண்களுக்கு முன்பாகவும் உன்னைப் பூமியின்மேல் சாம்பலாக்குவேன். BSB BSB: By the multitude of your iniquities and the dishonesty of your trading you have profaned your sanctuaries. So I made fire come from within you, and it consumed you. I reduced you to ashes on the ground in the eyes of all who saw you.
19 ULB மக்களில் உன்னை அறிந்த அனைவரும் உனக்காக திகைப்பார்கள்; மகா பயங்கரமாவாய்; இனி ஒருபோதும் இருக்கமாட்டாய் என்று சொல்லுகிறார் என்று சொல் என்றார். BSB BSB: All the nations who know you are appalled over you. You have come to a horrible end and will be no more.’”
20 ULB பின்னும் கர்த்தருடைய வார்த்தை எனக்கு உண்டாகி, அவர்: BSB BSB: Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
21 ULB மனிதகுமாரனே, நீ உன்னுடைய முகத்தைச் சீதோனுக்கு முன்பாக திருப்பி, அதற்கு விரோதமாகத் தீர்க்கதரிசனம் சொல்லி, சொல்லவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால்: BSB BSB: “Son of man, set your face against Sidon and prophesy against her.
22 ULB கர்த்தராகிய தேவன் சொல்லுகிறார்; சீதோனே, இதோ, நான் உனக்கு விரோதமாக வந்து, உன் நடுவிலே மகிமைப்படுவேன்; நான் அதிலே நியாயத்தீர்ப்புகளைச் செய்து, அதிலே பரிசுத்தரென்று விளங்கும்போது, நான் கர்த்தர் என்று அறிந்துகொள்வார்கள். BSB BSB: And you are to declare that this is what the Lord GOD says: ‘Behold, I am against you, O Sidon, and I will be glorified within you. They will know that I am the LORD when I execute judgments against her and demonstrate My holiness through her.
23 ULB நான் அதிலே கொள்ளைநோயையும், அதின் வீதிகளில் இரத்தத்தையும் வரச்செய்வேன்; அதற்கு விரோதமாகச் சுற்றிலும் வந்த வாளினால் காயம்பட்டவர்கள் அதின் நடுவிலே வெட்டப்பட்டு விழுவார்கள்; அப்பொழுது நான் கர்த்தர் என்று அறிந்துகொள்வார்கள். BSB BSB: I will send a plague against her and shed blood in her streets; the slain will fall within her, while the sword is against her on every side. Then they will know that I am the LORD.
24 ULB இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களை இகழ்ந்த அவர்களுடைய சுற்றுப்புறத்தாராகிய அனைவரிலும், இனிக் குத்துகிற முள்ளும் வலியுண்டாக்குகிற நெரிஞ்சிலும் அவர்களுக்கு இருக்காது; அப்பொழுது நான் கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவரென்று அறிந்துகொள்வார்கள். BSB BSB: For the people of Israel will no longer face a pricking brier or a painful thorn from all around them who treat them with contempt. Then they will know that I am the Lord GOD.’
25 ULB கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால், நான் இஸ்ரவேல் வீட்டாரை, அவர்கள் சிதறடிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிற மக்களிடத்திலிருந்து சேர்த்துக்கொண்டுவந்து, அவர்களால் தேசகளின் கண்களுக்கு முன்பாகப் பரிசுத்தரென்று விளங்கும்போது, அவர்கள் என்னுடைய ஊழியக்காரனாகிய யாக்கோபுக்கு நான் கொடுத்த தங்களுடைய தேசத்திலே குடியிருப்பார்கள். BSB BSB: This is what the Lord GOD says: ‘When I gather the house of Israel from the peoples among whom they have been scattered, I will show Myself holy among them in the sight of the nations. Then they will dwell in their own land, which I have given to My servant Jacob.
26 ULB அவர்களுடைய சுற்றுப்புறத்தாரில் அவர்களை இகழ்ந்த அனைவரிலும் நான் நியாயத்தீர்ப்புகளைச் செய்யும்போது, அவர்கள் அதிலே சுகமாகக் குடியிருந்து, வீடுகளைக் கட்டி, திராட்சைத்தோட்டங்களை நாட்டி, சுகமாக வாழ்ந்து, நான் தங்களுடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் என்று அறிந்துகொள்வார்கள் என்கிறார் என்று சொல் என்றார். BSB BSB: And there they will dwell securely, build houses, and plant vineyards. They will dwell securely when I execute judgments against all those around them who treat them with contempt. Then they will know that I am the LORD their God.’”
