BSB BSB: But I will put hooks in your jaws and cause the fish of your streams to cling to your scales. I will haul you up out of your rivers, and all the fish of your streams will cling to your scales.
5 ULB உன்னையும் உன்னுடைய நதிகளின் எல்லா மீன்களையும் வனாந்திரத்திலே போட்டுவிடுவேன்; வெட்டவெளியிலே விழுவாய்; நீ சேர்த்துக்கொள்ளப்படுவதில்லை; உன்னை பூமியின் மிருகங்களுக்கும் ஆகாயத்தின் பறவைகளுக்கும் இரையாகக் கொடுப்பேன். BSB BSB: I will leave you in the desert, you and all the fish of your streams. You will fall on the open field and will not be taken away or gathered for burial. I have given you as food to the beasts of the earth and the birds of the air.
6 ULB அப்பொழுது எகிப்துதேசத்தின் குடிகளெல்லோரும் நான் கர்த்தர் என்று அறிந்துகொள்வார்கள்; அவர்கள் இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களுக்கு நாணல் கோலாக இருந்தார்களே. BSB BSB: Then all the people of Egypt will know that I am the LORD. For you were only a staff of reeds to the house of Israel.
7 ULB அவர்கள் உன்னைக் கையிலே பிடிக்கும்போது, நீ ஒடிந்துபோய், அவர்கள் விலாவையெல்லாம் பிளப்பாய்; அவர்கள் உன்மேல் சாயும்போது, நீ முறிந்து, அவர்கள் இடுப்பு முழுவதையும் மரத்துப் போகச்செய்வாய். BSB BSB: When Israel took hold of you with their hands, you splintered, tearing all their shoulders; when they leaned on you, you broke, and their backs were wrenched.

9 ULB எகிப்துதேசம் பாழும் வனாந்திரமுமாகும்; அப்பொழுது நான் கர்த்தர் என்று அறிந்துகொள்வார்கள்: நதி என்னுடையது, நான் அதை உண்டாக்கினேன் என்று சொன்னானே. BSB BSB: The land of Egypt will become a desolate wasteland. Then they will know that I am the LORD. Because you said, ‘The Nile is mine; I made it,’

BSB BSB: therefore I am against you and against your rivers. I will turn the land of Egypt into a ruin, a desolate wasteland from Migdol to Syene, and as far as the border of Cush.
11 ULB மனிதனுடைய கால் அதைக் கடப்பதுமில்லை, மிருகஜீவனுடைய கால் அதை மிதிப்பதுமில்லை; அது நாற்பது வருடம் குடியில்லாதிருக்கும். BSB BSB: No foot of man or beast will pass through, and it will be uninhabited for forty years.
12 ULB எகிப்துதேசத்தைப் பாழாய்ப்போன தேசங்களின் நடுவிலே பாழாய்ப்போகச்செய்வேன்; அதின் பட்டணங்கள் வெறுமையாக்கப்பட்ட பட்டணங்களின் நடுவிலே நாற்பதுவருடங்கள் பாழாய்க்கிடக்கும்; நான் எகிப்தியர்களைத் தேசங்களுக்குள்ளே சிதறடித்து, அவர்களைத் தேசங்களுக்குள்ளே தூற்றிவிடுவேன். BSB BSB: I will make the land of Egypt a desolation among desolate lands, and her cities will lie desolate for forty years among the ruined cities. And I will disperse the Egyptians among the nations and scatter them throughout the countries.
13 ULB கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: நாற்பதுவருடங்கள் முடியும்போது, நான் எகிப்தியர்களை அவர்கள் சிதறப்பட்டிருக்கிற மக்களிடத்திலிருந்து சேர்த்துக்கொண்டு, BSB BSB: For this is what the Lord GOD says: At the end of forty years I will gather the Egyptians from the nations to which they were scattered.

BSB BSB: I will restore Egypt from captivity and bring them back to the land of Pathros, the land of their origin. There they will be a lowly kingdom.

BSB BSB: Egypt will be the lowliest of kingdoms and will never again exalt itself above the nations. For I will diminish Egypt so that it will never again rule over the nations.

BSB BSB: Egypt will never again be an object of trust for the house of Israel, but will remind them of their iniquity in turning to the Egyptians. Then they will know that I am the Lord GOD.”
17 ULB இருபத்தேழாம்வருடம் முதலாம் மாதம் முதலாம் நாளிலே, கர்த்தருடைய வார்த்தை எனக்கு உண்டாகி, அவர்: BSB BSB: In the twenty-seventh year, on the first day of the first month, the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
18 ULB மனிதகுமாரனே, பாபிலோன் ராஜாவாகிய நேபுகாத்நேச்சார் தீருவின் முன்னே தன்னுடைய சேனையினிடத்தில் கடும் வேலை வாங்கினான்; ஒவ்வொரு தலையும் மொட்டையானது; ஒவ்வொரு தோள்பட்டையின் தோலும் உரிந்துபோனது; ஆனாலும் அவன் தீருவுக்கு விரோதமாகச் செய்த வேலையினால் அவனுக்கோ அவனுடைய சேனைக்கோ கூலி கிடைக்கவில்லை. BSB BSB: “Son of man, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon caused his army to labor strenuously against Tyre. Every head was made bald and every shoulder made raw. But he and his army received no wages from Tyre for the labor they expended on it.
19 ULB ஆகையால் கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: இதோ, நான் பாபிலோன் ராஜாவாகிய நேபுகாத்நேச்சாருக்கு எகிப்துதேசத்தைக் கொடுக்கிறேன்; அவன் அதின் ஏராளமான மக்களைச் சிறைபிடித்து அதின் செல்வத்தைச் சூறையாடி, அதின் கொள்ளைப்பொருளை எடுத்துக்கொள்வான்; இது அவனுடைய சேனைக்குக் கூலியாக இருக்கும். BSB BSB: Therefore this is what the Lord GOD says: I will give the land of Egypt to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, who will carry off its wealth, seize its spoil, and remove its plunder. This will be the wages for his army.
20 ULB அவன் அதிலே செய்த வேலைக்கு எகிப்துதேசத்தை நான் அவனுக்குக் கூலியாகக் கொடுத்தேன்; எனக்காக அதைச் செய்தார்களென்று கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறார். BSB BSB: I have given him the land of Egypt as the reward for his labor, because it was done for Me, declares the Lord GOD.
21 ULB அந்த நாளிலே நான் இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களின் கொம்பை முளைக்கச்செய்து, அவர்களுடைய நடுவிலே தாராளமாகப் பேசும் வாயை உனக்குக் கட்டளையிடுவேன்; அப்பொழுது நான் கர்த்தர் என்று அறிந்து கொள்வார்கள் என்றார். BSB BSB: In that day I will cause a horn to sprout for the house of Israel, and I will open your mouth to speak among them. Then they will know that I am the LORD.”
