BSB BSB: this Ezra came up from Babylon. He was a scribe skilled in the Law of Moses, which the LORD, the God of Israel, had given. The king had granted Ezra all his requests, for the hand of the LORD his God was upon him.

BSB BSB: together with all the silver and gold you may find in all the province of Babylon, as well as the freewill offerings of the people and priests to the house of their God in Jerusalem.

BSB BSB: You and your brothers may do whatever seems best with the rest of the silver and gold, according to the will of your God.

21 ULB நதிக்கு அப்புறத்திலிருக்கிற அனைத்து பொருளாளர்களுக்கும் அர்தசஷ்டா என்னும் ராஜாவாகிய நாம் இடுகிற கட்டளை என்னவென்றால், பரலோகத்தின் தேவனுடைய நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தைப் போதிக்கும் வேதபாரகனாகிய எஸ்றா என்னும் ஆசாரியன், நூறு தாலந்து வெள்ளி, நூறுகலம் கோதுமை, நூறுகலம் திராட்சரசம், நூறுகலம் எண்ணெய்வரை, உங்களிடம் கேட்கிற எல்லாவற்றையும், BSB BSB: I, King Artaxerxes, decree to all the treasurers west of the Euphrates: Whatever Ezra the priest, the scribe of the Law of the God of heaven, may require of you, it must be provided promptly,
22 ULB வேண்டிய உப்பையும், தாமதமில்லாமல் கொடுக்கவும், BSB BSB: up to a hundred talents of silver, a hundred cors of wheat, a hundred baths of wine, a hundred baths of olive oil, and salt without limit.

BSB BSB: Whatever is commanded by the God of heaven must be done diligently for His house. For why should wrath fall on the realm of the king and his sons?

BSB BSB: And be advised that you have no authority to impose tribute, duty, or toll on any of the priests, Levites, singers, doorkeepers, temple servants, or other servants of this house of God.
25 ULB மேலும் நதிக்கு மறுபுறத்திலிருந்து உன் தேவனுடைய நியாயப்பிரமாணங்களை அறிந்த அனைத்து மக்களையும் நியாயம் விசாரிக்கத் தகுதியுள்ள அறிஞர்களையும், நியாயாதிபதிகளையும், எஸ்றாவாகிய நீ உன்னிலுள்ள உன் தேவனுடைய ஞானத்தின்படியே ஏற்படுத்துவாயாக; அந்தப் பிரமாணங்களை அறியாதவர்களுக்கு அவைகளைப் போதிக்கவும் வேண்டும். BSB BSB: And you, Ezra, according to the wisdom of your God, which you possess, are to appoint magistrates and judges to judge all the people west of the Euphrates—all who know the laws of your God. And you are to teach these laws to anyone who does not know them.
26 ULB உன் தேவனுடைய நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தின்படியேயும், ராஜாவினுடைய நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தின்படியேயும் செய்யாதவனெவனும் உடனே மரணத்துக்காகிலும், நாடு கடத்தப்படுதலுக்காகிலும், அபராதத்துக்காகிலும், காவலுக்காகிலும் தீர்க்கப்பட்டுத் தண்டிக்கப்படக்கடவன் என்று எழுதியிருந்தது. BSB BSB: If anyone does not keep the law of your God and the law of the king, let a strict judgment be executed against him, whether death, banishment, confiscation of property, or imprisonment.
27 ULB எருசலேமிலுள்ள கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்தை அலங்கரிக்க, இப்படிப்பட்ட யோசனையை ராஜாவின் இருதயத்தில் அருளி, ராஜாவுக்கும் அவருடைய மந்திரிகளுக்கும் ராஜாவின் கைக்குள்ளான பலத்த எல்லா மகாப்பிரபுக்களுக்கும் முன்பாக எனக்கு தயவு கிடைக்கச் செய்த எங்கள் பிதாக்களின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்கு ஸ்தோத்திரம். BSB BSB: Blessed be the LORD, the God of our fathers, who has put into the heart of the king to so honor the house of the LORD in Jerusalem,
28 ULB அப்படியே என் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருடைய கரம் என்மேல் இருந்ததால் நான் திடன்கொண்டு, இஸ்ரவேலில் சில தலைவர்களை என்னுடன் வரும்படி சேர்த்துக்கொண்டேன். BSB BSB: and who has shown me favor before the king, his counselors, and all his powerful officials. And because the hand of the LORD my God was upon me, I took courage and gathered the leaders of Israel to return with me.
