4 ULB இஸ்ரவேல் என்னும் கன்னிகையே, மறுபடியும் உன்னைக் கட்டுவிப்பேன், நீ கட்டப்படுவாய்; மறுபடியும் நீ மேளவாத்தியத்தோடும் ஆடல்பாடல் செய்கிறவர்களின் களிப்புள்ள கூட்டத்தோடும் புறப்படுவாய். BSB BSB: Again I will build you, and you will be rebuilt, O Virgin Israel. Again you will take up your tambourines and go out in joyful dancing.
5 ULB மறுபடியும் சமாரியாவின் மலைகளில் திராட்சைத்தோட்டங்களை நாட்டுவாய்; நாட்டுகிறவர்கள் அவைகளை நாட்டி, அதின் பலனை அநுபவிப்பார்கள். BSB BSB: Again you will plant vineyards on the hills of Samaria; the farmers will plant and enjoy the fruit.

BSB BSB: For this is what the LORD says: “Sing with joy for Jacob; shout for the foremost of the nations! Make your praises heard, and say, ‘O LORD, save Your people, the remnant of Israel!’

They will return as a great assembly!

For I am Israel’s Father, and Ephraim is My firstborn.”

BSB BSB: They will come and shout for joy on the heights of Zion; they will be radiant over the bounty of the LORD—the grain, new wine, and oil, and the young of the flocks and herds. Their life will be like a well-watered garden, and never again will they languish.

BSB BSB: Then the maidens will rejoice with dancing, young men and old as well. I will turn their mourning into joy, and give them comfort and joy for their sorrow.

BSB BSB: This is what the LORD says: “A voice is heard in Ramah, mourning and great weeping, Rachel weeping for her children and refusing to be comforted, because they are no more.”
16 ULB நீ அழாமல் உன் சத்தத்தை அடக்கி, நீ கண்ணீர்விடாமல் உன் கண்களைக் காத்துக்கொள் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்; உன் செயல்களுக்குப் பலனுண்டென்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்; அவர்கள் எதிரியின் தேசத்திலிருந்து திரும்பிவருவார்கள். BSB BSB: This is what the LORD says: “Keep your voice from weeping and your eyes from tears, for the reward for your work will come, declares the LORD. Then your children will return from the land of the enemy.
17 ULB உன் முடிவைப்பற்றி உனக்கு நம்பிக்கையுண்டு; உன் பிள்ளைகள் தங்கள் தேசத்திற்குத் திரும்பிவருவார்கள் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார். BSB BSB: So there is hope for your future, declares the LORD, and your children will return to their own land.
18 ULB நீர் என்னைத் தண்டித்தீர், நான் பணியாத மாடுபோல் அடிக்கப்பட்டேன்; என்னைத் திருப்பும், அப்பொழுது திருப்பப்படுவேன்; நீரே என் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர். BSB BSB: I have surely heard Ephraim’s moaning: ‘You disciplined me severely, like an untrained calf. Restore me, that I may return, for You are the LORD my God.
19 ULB நான் திரும்பினபின்பு மனவேதனைப்பட்டுக்கொண்டிருக்கிறேன், நான் என்னை அறிந்துகொண்டதற்குப் பின்பு விலாவில் அடித்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறேன், வெட்கி தலைகுனிந்துகொண்டும் இருக்கிறேன், என் இளவயதின் நிந்தையைச் சுமந்துவருகிறேன் என்று எப்பிராயீம் துக்கித்துப் புலம்பிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறதை நிச்சயமாய்க் கேட்டேன். BSB BSB: After I returned, I repented; and after I was instructed, I struck my thigh in grief. I was ashamed and humiliated because I bore the disgrace of my youth.’

BSB BSB: Is not Ephraim a precious son to Me, a delightful child? Though I often speak against him, I still remember him. Therefore My heart yearns for him; I have great compassion for him,” declares the LORD.
21 ULB உனக்கு ஞாபகக்குறிகளை வை; உனக்குத் தூண்களை நாட்டு; நீ நடந்த வழியாகிய பாதையின்மேல் உன் மனதை வை; இஸ்ரவேலாகிய மகளே, திரும்பு; இந்த உன்னுடைய பட்டணங்களுக்கே திரும்பு. BSB BSB: “Set up the road markers, put up the signposts. Keep the highway in mind, the road you have traveled. Return, O Virgin Israel, return to these cities of yours.
22 ULB முறைகெட்டுப்போன மகளே, எதுவரை விலகித் திரிவாய்? கர்த்தர் பூமியில் ஒரு புதுமையை உண்டாக்குவார், பெண்ணானவள் ஆணைச் சூழ்ந்துகொள்ளுவாள். BSB BSB: How long will you wander, O faithless daughter? For the LORD has created a new thing in the land—a woman will shelter a man.”

BSB BSB: This is what the LORD of Hosts, the God of Israel, says: “When I restore them from captivity, they will once again speak this word in the land of Judah and in its cities: ‘May the LORD bless you, O righteous dwelling place, O holy mountain.’

25 ULB நான் களைப்புற்ற ஆத்துமாவைச் சம்பூரணமடையச்செய்து, சோர்ந்துபோன எல்லா ஆத்துமாவையும் நிரப்புவேன். BSB BSB: for I will refresh the weary soul and replenish all who are weak.”
26 ULB இதற்காக நான் விழித்துப்பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறேன்; என் நித்திரை எனக்கு இன்பமாயிருந்தது. BSB BSB: At this I awoke and looked around. My sleep had been most pleasant to me.
27 ULB இதோ, நாட்கள் வருமென்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார், அப்பொழுது இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களையும், யூதா மக்களையும், மனிதவித்தினாலும் மிருகவித்தினாலும் விதைப்பேன். BSB BSB: “The days are coming,” declares the LORD, “when I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of man and of beast.
28 ULB அப்பொழுது நான் பிடுங்கவும், இடிக்கவும், நிர்மூலமாக்கவும், அழிக்கவும், தீங்குசெய்யவும் அவர்கள் பேரில் எப்படி எச்சரிக்கையாயிருந்தேனோ, அப்படியே கட்டவும், நாட்டவும் அவர்கள்பேரில் எச்சரிக்கையாயிருப்பேன் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார். BSB BSB: Just as I watched over them to uproot and tear down, to demolish, destroy, and bring disaster, so I will watch over them to build and to plant,” declares the LORD.
29 ULB பிதாக்கள் திராட்சைக்காய்களைச் சாப்பிட்டார்கள், பிள்ளைகளின் பற்கள் கூசியது என்று அந்நாட்களில் சொல்லமாட்டார்கள். BSB BSB: “In those days, it will no longer be said: ‘The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the teeth of the children are set on edge.’

BSB BSB: No longer will each man teach his neighbor or his brother, saying, ‘Know the LORD,’ because they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest, declares the LORD. For I will forgive their iniquities and will remember their sins no more.”

38 ULB இதோ, நாட்கள் வருமென்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்; அப்பொழுது இந்த நகரம், அனானெயேலின் கோபுரமுதல் கடைசிவாசல்வரை கர்த்தருக்கென்று கட்டப்படும். BSB BSB: “The days are coming,” declares the LORD, “when this city will be rebuilt for Me, from the tower of Hananel to the Corner Gate.
39 ULB பிறகு அளவுநூல் அதற்கு எதிராய்க் காரேப் என்னும் மேட்டின்மேல் சென்று கோவாத் புறமாக சுற்றிப்போகும். BSB BSB: The measuring line will once again stretch out straight to the hill of Gareb and then turn toward Goah.
40 ULB பிணங்களைப் புதைக்கிறதும், சாம்பலைக் கொட்டுகிறதுமான பள்ளத்தாக்குகள் அனைத்தும், கீதரோன் வாய்க்காலுக்கு இப்பக்கம் கிழக்கே இருக்கிற குதிரைவாசலின் கடைசிவரை இருக்கிற எல்லா நிலங்களும் கர்த்தருக்குப் பரிசுத்தமாயிருக்கும்; பிறகு அது என்றென்றைக்கும் பிடுங்கப்படுவதுமில்லை இடிக்கப்படுவதுமில்லை என்கிறார். BSB BSB: The whole valley of the dead bodies and ashes, and all the fields as far as the Kidron Valley, to the corner of the Horse Gate to the east, will be holy to the LORD. It will never again be uprooted or demolished.”
