1. 1ULBஎன்னுடைய நெருக்கத்திலே கர்த்தரை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிட்டேன்; அவர் எனக்குச் செவிகொடுத்தார்.BSBBSB: A song of ascents. In my distress I cried to the LORD, and He answered me.
2. 2ULBகர்த்தாவே, பொய் உதடுகளுக்கும் வஞ்சகமாக பேசும் நாவுக்கும் என்னுடைய ஆத்துமாவைத் தப்புவியும்.BSBBSB: Deliver my soul, O LORD, from lying lips and a deceitful tongue.
3. 3ULBவஞ்சக நாவே, உனக்கு என்ன கிடைக்கும்? உனக்கு என்ன செய்யப்படும்?BSBBSB: What will He do to you, and what will be added to you, O deceitful tongue?
4. 4ULBபலவானுடைய கூர்மையான அம்புகளும், சூரைச்செடிகளை எரிக்கும் தழலுமே கிடைக்கும்.BSBBSB: Sharp arrows will come from the warrior, with burning coals of the broom tree!
5. 5ULBஐயோ! நான் மேசேக்கிலே வாழ்ந்தது போதும், கேதாரின் கூடாரங்கள் அருகில் குடியிருந்ததும் போதும்!BSBBSB: Woe to me that I dwell in Meshech, that I live among the tents of Kedar!
6. 6ULBசமாதானத்தைப் பகைக்கிறவர்களிடம் என்னுடைய ஆத்துமா குடியிருந்ததும் போதும்!BSBBSB: Too long have I dwelt among those who hate peace.
7. 7ULBநான் சமாதானத்தை நாடுகிறேன்; அவர்களோ, நான் பேசும்போது போர்செய்ய முயற்சி செய்கிறார்கள்.BSBBSB: I am in favor of peace; but when I speak, they want war.
