1. 1ULBசீயோனின் சிறையிருப்பைக் கர்த்தர் திருப்பும்போது, கனவு காண்கிறவர்கள்போல் இருந்தோம்.BSBBSB: A song of ascents. When the LORD restored the captives of Zion, we were like dreamers.
2. 2ULBஅப்பொழுது நம்முடைய வாய் சிரிப்பினாலும், நம்முடைய நாவு ஆனந்தசத்தத்தினாலும் நிறைந்திருந்தது; அப்பொழுது: கர்த்தர் இவர்களுக்குப் பெரிய காரியங்களைச் செய்தார் என்று தேசங்களுக்குள்ளே சொல்லிக்கொண்டார்கள்.BSBBSB: Then our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with shouts of joy. 5. 5ULBகண்ணீரோடு விதைக்கிறவர்கள் கெம்பீரத்தோடு அறுப்பார்கள்.BSBBSB: Those who sow in tears will reap with shouts of joy.
6. 6ULBஅள்ளித்தூவும் விதையைச் சுமக்கிறவன் அழுதுகொண்டு போகிறான்; ஆனாலும் தான் அறுத்த அரிகளைச் சுமந்துகொண்டு கெம்பீரத்தோடு திரும்பிவருவான்.BSBBSB: He who goes out weeping, bearing a trail of seed, will surely return with shouts of joy, carrying sheaves of grain.
