He thus condemned sin in the flesh,
4 ULB சரீரத்தின்படி நடக்காமல் ஆவியானவருக்கு ஏற்றபடி நடக்கிற நம்மிடம் நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தின் நீதி நிறைவேறுவதற்காகவே அப்படிச் செய்தார். BSB BSB: so that the righteous standard of the law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
5 ULB அன்றியும் சரீரத்தின்படி நடக்கிறவர்கள் சரீரத்திற்குரியவைகளைச் சிந்திக்கிறார்கள்; ஆவியானவருக்கு ஏற்றபடி நடக்கிறவர்கள் ஆவியானவருக்குரியவைகளைச் சிந்திக்கிறார்கள். BSB BSB: Those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh; but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit.
6 ULB சரீரசிந்தை மரணம்; ஆவியானவரின் சிந்தையோ ஜீவனும் சமாதானமுமாகும். BSB BSB: The mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace,
7 ULB எப்படியென்றால், சரீரசிந்தை தேவனுக்கு எதிரான பகை; அது தேவனுடைய நியாயப்பிரமாணத்திற்குக் கீழ்ப்படியாமலும், கீழ்ப்படியமுடியாமலும் இருக்கிறது. BSB BSB: because the mind of the flesh is hostile to God: It does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so.

BSB BSB: And if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit, who lives in you.
12 ULB எனவே, சகோதரர்களே, சரீரத்தின்படி பிழைப்பதற்கு நாம் சரீரத்திற்குக் கடனாளிகள் இல்லை. BSB BSB: Therefore, brothers, we have an obligation, but it is not to the flesh, to live according to it.
13 ULB சரீரத்தின்படி பிழைத்தால் இறப்பீர்கள்; ஆவியானவராலே சரீரத்தின் செயல்களை அழித்தால் பிழைப்பீர்கள். BSB BSB: For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.
14 ULB மேலும் எவர்கள் தேவனுடைய ஆவியானவராலே நடத்தப்படுகிறார்களோ, அவர்கள் தேவனுடைய குமாரர்களாக இருக்கிறார்கள். BSB BSB: For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.

BSB BSB: And if we are children, then we are heirs: heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ—if indeed we suffer with Him, so that we may also be glorified with Him.
21 ULB அந்தப் படைப்புகள் சொந்த இஷ்டத்தினாலே இல்லை, கீழ்ப்படுத்தினவராலேயே மாயைக்குக் கீழ்ப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. BSB BSB: that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to decay and brought into the glorious freedom of the children of God.

BSB BSB: In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know how we ought to pray, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groans too deep for words.

BSB BSB: And He who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.

33 ULB தேவன் தெரிந்துகொண்டவர்கள்மேல் குற்றஞ்சாட்டுகிறவன் யார்? தேவனே அவர்களை நீதிமான்களாக்குகிறவர். BSB BSB: Who will bring any charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies.
34 ULB தண்டனைக்குள்ளாகத் தீர்க்கிறவன் யார்? கிறிஸ்துவே மரித்தவர்; அவரே உயிரோடு எழுந்தும் இருக்கிறவர்; அவரே தேவனுடைய வலதுபக்கத்திலும் இருக்கிறவர்; நமக்காக வேண்டுதல் செய்கிறவரும் அவரே. BSB BSB: Who is there to condemn us? For Christ Jesus, who died, and more than that was raised to life, is at the right hand of God—and He is interceding for us.
35 ULB உமக்காக எந்தநேரமும் கொல்லப்படுகிறோம், அடிக்கப்படும் ஆடுகளைப்போல எண்ணப்படுகிறோம் என்று எழுதியிருக்கிறபடி நடந்தாலும், BSB BSB: Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or distress or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?
36 ULB கிறிஸ்துவின் அன்பைவிட்டு நம்மைப் பிரிப்பவன் யார்? உபத்திரவமோ, வியாகுலமோ, துன்பமோ, பசியோ, நிர்வாணமோ. நாசமோசமோ, பட்டயமோ? BSB BSB: As it is written: “For Your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”
37 ULB இவைகள் எல்லாவற்றிலேயும் நாம் நம்மேல் அன்பு வைத்திருக்கிறவராலே முற்றிலும் வெற்றி பெறுகிறவர்களாக இருக்கிறோமே. BSB BSB: No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.
38 ULB மரணமானாலும், ஜீவனானாலும், தேவதூதர்களானாலும், அதிகாரங்களானாலும், வல்லமைகளானாலும் நிகழ்காரியங்களானாலும், வரும்காரியங்களானாலும், BSB BSB: For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor principalities, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 ULB உயர்வானாலும், தாழ்வானாலும், வேறெந்தப் படைப்புகளானாலும் நம்முடைய கர்த்தராகிய கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவிலுள்ள தேவனுடைய அன்பைவிட்டு நம்மைப் பிரிக்கமுடியாது என்று நம்பியிருக்கிறேன். BSB BSB: neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
