Luke 17 (TELOTSA)

11యేసు సమరయ గలిలయ ప్రాంతాల సరిహద్దుల గుండా యెరూషలేముకు వెళ్లారు.While Jesus was on His way to Jerusalem, He was passing between Samaria and Galilee.

15అందులో ఒకడు, తనకు స్వస్థత కలిగిందని చూసుకొని, బిగ్గరగా దేవుని స్తుతిస్తూ తిరిగి వచ్చాడు.When one of them saw that he was healed, he came back, praising God in a loud voice.

16అతడు యేసు పాదాల ముందు సాగిలపడి ఆయనకు కృతజ్ఞత చెప్పాడు. అతడు సమరయుడు.He fell facedown at Jesus’ feet in thanksgiving to Him—and he was a Samaritan.

19ఆ తర్వాత వానితో, “నీవు లేచి వెళ్లు; నీ విశ్వాసం నిన్ను స్వస్థపరచింది” అన్నారు.Then Jesus said to him, “Rise and go; your faith has made you well!”

24ఎందుకంటే మనుష్యకుమారుని రాకడ దినం ఆకాశంలో ఒక దిక్కునుండి మరో దిక్కువరకు మెరిసే మెరుపువలె ఉంటుంది.For just as the lightning flashes and lights up the sky from one end to the other, so will be the Son of Man in His day.

25కానీ దానికి ముందు, ఆయన అనేక హింసలు పొందాలి ఈ తరం వారి చేత తిరస్కరించబడాలి.But first He must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation.

27నోవహు ఓడలోనికి ప్రవేశించిన రోజు వరకు ప్రజలందరూ తింటూ, త్రాగుతూ, పెండ్లి చేసుకొంటూ, పెండ్లికిస్తూ ఉన్నారు. అప్పుడు జలప్రళయం వచ్చి వారందరిని నాశనం చేసింది.People were eating and drinking, marrying and being given in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came and destroyed them all.

29కానీ లోతు సొదొమ గ్రామం విడిచి వెళ్లిన రోజునే ఆకాశం నుండి అగ్ని గంధకాలు కురిసి వారందరు నాశనం అయ్యారు.But on the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all.

30“మనుష్యకుమారుడు ప్రత్యక్షమయ్యే రోజు కూడా అలాగే ఉంటుంది.It will be just like that on the day the Son of Man is revealed.

31ఆ రోజు ఇంటిపైన ఉన్నవారెవరు ఇంట్లోనుండి తమ వస్తువులను తెచ్చుకోవడానికి క్రిందికి దిగి వెళ్లకూడదు. అలాగే పొలంలో ఉన్నవారు ఏమైనా తెచ్చుకోడానికి తిరిగి వెనుకకు వెళ్లకూడదు.On that day, let no one on the housetop come down to retrieve his possessions. Likewise, let no one in the field return for anything he has left behind.

32లోతు భార్యను జ్ఞాపకం చేసుకోండి.Remember Lot’s wife!

33తన ప్రాణాన్ని కాపాడుకోవాలని చూసేవారు దాన్ని పోగొట్టుకుంటారు, తన ప్రాణాన్ని పోగొట్టుకునేవారు దాన్ని కాపాడుకుంటారు.Whoever tries to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life will preserve it.

34ఆ రాత్రి ఒకే పరుపు మీద ఉన్న ఇద్దరిలో, ఒకరు కొనిపోబడతారు ఇంకొకరు విడవబడతారు.I tell you, on that night two people will be in one bed: one will be taken and the other left.

35ఇద్దరు స్త్రీలు కలిసి తిరుగలి విసురుతుంటారు; ఒక స్త్రీ కొనిపోబడుతుంది, ఇంకొక స్త్రీ విడవబడుతుంది.Two women will be grinding grain together: one will be taken and the other left.”

36ఆ సమయంలో ఇద్దరు పొలంలో ఉంటారు; ఒకడు కొనిపోబడతాడు మరొకడు విడవబడుతాడు” అని చెప్పారు.Not in the BSB

37అందుకు శిష్యులు, “ప్రభువా, ఇది ఎక్కడ జరుగుతుంది?” అని యేసును అడిగారు. అందుకు యేసు, “పీనుగు ఎక్కడ ఉంటుందో అక్కడ గద్దలు పోగవుతాయి” అని వారికి జవాబిచ్చారు.“Where, Lord?” they asked. Jesus answered, “Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.”
