4 ULB తినటానికీ తాగటానికీ మాకు అధికారం లేదా? BSB BSB: Have we no right to food and to drink?

BSB BSB: Who serves as a soldier at his own expense? Who plants a vineyard and does not eat of its fruit? Who tends a flock and does not drink of its milk?
8 ULB ఈ మాటలు నేను మానవ అధికారంతో చెబుతున్నానా? ధర్మశాస్త్రం కూడా ఇదే చెబుతున్నది కదా? BSB BSB: Do I say this from a human perspective? Doesn’t the Law say the same thing?
9 ULB “ధాన్యపు కళ్ళం తొక్కే ఎద్దు మూతికి చిక్కం పెట్టవద్దు” అని మోషే ధర్మశాస్త్రంలో రాసి ఉంది. దేవుడు కేవలం ఎడ్ల గురించేనా ఇక్కడ రాస్తున్నది? BSB BSB: For it is written in the Law of Moses: “Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain.” Is it about oxen that God is concerned?

BSB BSB: If others have this right to your support, shouldn’t we have it all the more? But we did not exercise this right. Instead, we put up with anything rather than hinder the gospel of Christ.
13 ULB దేవాలయంలో పని చేసేవారు తమ జీవనోపాధిని ఆలయం నుండే పొందుతారు. బలిపీఠం దగ్గర కనిపెట్టుకొని ఉండేవారు ఆ బలిపీఠం మీద అర్పించిన వస్తువుల్లో పాలిభాగస్తులు అని మీకు తెలియదా? BSB BSB: Do you not know that those who work in the temple eat of its food, and those who serve at the altar partake of its offerings?
14 ULB అదే విధంగా సువార్త ప్రకటించేవారు సువార్త ద్వారానే తమ జీవనోపాధిని పొందాలని ప్రభువు నియమించాడు. BSB BSB: In the same way, the Lord has prescribed that those who preach the gospel should receive their living from the gospel.

BSB BSB: But I have not used any of these rights. And I am not writing this to suggest that something be done for me. Indeed, I would rather die than let anyone nullify my boast.

17 ULB దాన్ని నేను ఇష్టపూర్వకంగా చేస్తే నాకు బహుమానం దొరుకుతుంది. ఒకవేళ నాకు ఇష్టం లేకపోయినా ప్రభువు ఆ బాధ్యతను నాకు అప్పగించాడు. BSB BSB: If my preaching is voluntary, I have a reward. But if it is not voluntary, I am still entrusted with a responsibility.
18 ULB అలాటప్పుడు నాకు బహుమానం ఏమిటి? నేను సువార్త ప్రకటిస్తున్నప్పుడు దానిలో నాకున్న హక్కులను పూర్తిగా వాడుకోకుండా సువార్తను ఉచితంగా ప్రకటించడమే నా బహుమానం. BSB BSB: What then is my reward? That in preaching the gospel I may offer it free of charge, and so not use up my rights in preaching it.
19 ULB నేను స్వేచ్ఛాజీవిని, ఎవరికీ బానిసను కాను. అయితే నేను ఎక్కువమందిని సంపాదించుకోడానికి అందరికీ నన్ను నేనే సేవకునిగా చేసుకున్నాను. BSB BSB: Though I am free of obligation to anyone, I make myself a slave to everyone, to win as many as possible.
20 ULB యూదుల్ని సంపాదించడానికి యూదునిలాగా ఉన్నాను. ధర్మశాస్త్రాన్ని పాటించే వారిని సంపాదించడానికి నాకై నేను దాని కింద లేకపోయినా, ధర్మశాస్త్రానికి లోబడినట్టుగా ఉన్నాను. BSB BSB: To the Jews I became like a Jew, to win the Jews. To those under the law I became like one under the law (though I myself am not under the law), to win those under the law.
21 ULB దేవుని విషయంలో ధర్మశాస్త్రం లేని వాణ్ణి కాదు, క్రీస్తుకు చెందిన ధర్మశాస్త్రం నాకుంది. అయినా, ధర్మశాస్త్రం లేని వారిని సంపాదించడానికి వారి విషయంలో ధర్మశాస్త్రం లేనట్టుగానే ఉన్నాను. BSB BSB: To those without the law I became like one without the law (though I am not outside the law of God but am under the law of Christ), to win those without the law.
22 ULB బలహీనుల్ని సంపాదించుకోడానికి వారికి బలహీనుడినయ్యాను. ఏ విధంగా నైనా కొందరిని రక్షించాలని అందరికీ అన్నివిధాలుగా ఉన్నాను. BSB BSB: To the weak I became weak, to win the weak. I have become all things to all people so that by all possible means I might save some.
23 ULB సువార్త కోసం నేను ఏమైనా చేస్తాను. తద్వారా దాని ఫలంలో పాలివాణ్ణి కావాలని నా వాంఛ. BSB BSB: I do all this for the sake of the gospel, so that I may share in its blessings.
24 ULB పరుగు పందెంలో పాల్గొనే వారంతా పరిగెత్తుతారు గాని బహుమానం మాత్రం ఒక్కడికే లభిస్తుంది అని మీకు తెలుసు కదా! కాబట్టి అదేవిధంగా మీరు బహుమానం పొందాలని పరుగెత్తండి. BSB BSB: Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way as to take the prize.
25 ULB అంతే కాక పందెంలో పరిగెత్తే ప్రతి ఒక్కడూ అన్ని విషయాల్లో ఆత్మనిగ్రహం కలిగి ఉంటాడు. వారు త్వరగా ఎండిపోయి వాడి పోయే ఆకుల కిరీటం కోసం పరిగెత్తితే, మనం అక్షయమైన కిరీటం కోసం ఆత్మ నిగ్రహంతో పరిగెత్తుతాము. BSB BSB: Everyone who competes in the games trains with strict discipline. They do it for a crown that is perishable, but we do it for a crown that is imperishable.
