5 ULB వాళ్ళు మమ్మల్ని తరిమారు. మేము అలసిపోయాం. మాకు విశ్రాంతి లేదు. BSB BSB: We are closely pursued; we are weary and find no rest.
6 ULB అన్నం కోసం ఐగుప్తీయులకూ అష్షూరీయులకూ చెయ్యి చాపాం. BSB BSB: We submitted to Egypt and Assyria to get enough bread.
7 ULB మా పితరులు పాపం చేసి చనిపోయారు. మేము వాళ్ళ పాపానికి శిక్ష అనుభవిస్తున్నాం. BSB BSB: Our fathers sinned and are no more, but we bear their punishment.
8 ULB దాసులు మమ్మల్ని ఏలుతున్నారు. వాళ్ళ వశం నుంచి మమ్మల్ని విడిపించే వాళ్ళు ఎవరూ లేరు. BSB BSB: Slaves rule over us; there is no one to deliver us from their hands.
9 ULB ఎడారి ప్రజల కత్తి భయంతో ప్రాణానికి తెగించి మా ఆహారం తెచ్చుకుంటున్నాం. BSB BSB: We get our bread at the risk of our lives because of the sword in the wilderness.
10 ULB కరువు తాపం వల్ల మా చర్మం పొయ్యిలా కాలిపోతోంది. BSB BSB: Our skin is as hot as an oven with fever from our hunger.
11 ULB శత్రువులు సీయోనులో స్త్రీలను, యూదా పట్టణాల్లో కన్యకలను మానభంగం చేశారు. BSB BSB: Women have been ravished in Zion, virgins in the cities of Judah.
12 ULB అధిపతులను వాళ్ళు ఉరి తీశారు. పెద్దలను ఘనపరచలేదు. BSB BSB: Princes have been hung up by their hands; elders receive no respect.

14 ULB పెద్దలను గుమ్మాల దగ్గర కూర్చోకుండా తొలగించారు. యువకులను సంగీతం నుంచి దూరం చేశారు. BSB BSB: The elders have left the city gate; the young men have stopped their music.
15 ULB మా గుండెల్లో ఆనందం అడుగంటింది. మా నాట్యం దుఃఖంగా మారిపోయింది. BSB BSB: Joy has left our hearts; our dancing has turned to mourning.

19 ULB యెహోవా, నువ్వు నిత్యం పరిపాలిస్తావు. నీ సింహాసనం తరతరాలు ఉంటుంది. BSB BSB: You, O LORD, reign forever; Your throne endures from generation to generation.
20 ULB నువ్వు మమ్మల్ని శాశ్వతంగా ఎందుకు మర్చిపోతావు? మమ్మల్ని శాశ్వతంగా విడిచిపెట్టేస్తావా? BSB BSB: Why have You forgotten us forever? Why have You forsaken us for so long?
21 ULB యెహోవా, నువ్వు మమ్మల్ని నీ వైపుకు మళ్ళీ తిప్పు. మేము తిరుగుతాం. BSB BSB: Restore us to Yourself, O LORD, so we may return; renew our days as of old,
22 ULB నువ్వు మమ్మల్ని పూర్తిగా విడిచి పెట్టకపోతే, మా మీద నీకు విపరీతమైన కోపం లేకపోతే మా పూర్వస్థితి మళ్ళీ మాకు కలిగించు. BSB BSB: unless You have utterly rejected us and remain angry with us beyond measure.
