4 ULB ఎందుకంటే నా దోషాలు నన్ను ముంచెత్తి వేస్తున్నాయి. అవి నేను మోయలేనంత భారంగా ఉన్నాయి. BSB BSB: For my iniquities have overwhelmed me; they are a burden too heavy to bear.
5 ULB మూర్ఖంగా నేను చేసిన పాపాల వల్ల నాకు కలిగిన గాయాలు కుళ్ళి దుర్వాసన వస్తున్నాయి. BSB BSB: My wounds are foul and festering because of my sinful folly.

8 ULB నేను మొద్దుబారిపోయాను. పూర్తిగా నలిగిపోయాను. నా హృదయంలోని వేదన కారణంగా మూలుగుతున్నాను. BSB BSB: I am numb and badly crushed; I groan in anguish of heart.
9 ULB ప్రభూ, నా హృదయపు లోతుల్లోని తీవ్ర ఆకాంక్షలు నువ్వు అర్థం చేసుకుంటావు. నా మూల్గులు నీకు వినిపిస్తూనే ఉన్నాయి. BSB BSB: O Lord, my every desire is before You; my groaning is not hidden from You.
10 ULB నా గుండె వేగంగా కొట్టుకుంటున్నది. నా శక్తి క్షీణించిపోతూ ఉంది. నా కంటి చూపు మసకబారుతూ ఉంది. BSB BSB: My heart pounds, my strength fails, and even the light of my eyes has faded.
11 ULB నా ఈ పరిస్థితి కారణంగా నా స్నేహితులూ, తోటివాళ్ళూ నన్ను వదిలేశారు. నా పొరుగువాళ్ళు దూరంగా నిలబడ్డారు. BSB BSB: My beloved and friends shun my disease, and my kinsmen stand at a distance.
12 ULB నా ప్రాణం తీయాలని చూసేవాళ్ళు నా కోసం ఉచ్చు బిగిస్తున్నారు. నాకు హాని కలగాలని చూసేవాళ్ళు వినాశకరమైన మాటలు పలుకుతున్నారు. రోజంతా మోసపూరితంగా మాట్లాడుతున్నారు BSB BSB: Those who seek my life lay snares; those who wish me harm speak destruction, plotting deceit all day long.
13 ULB కానీ నేను చెవిటివాడిలాగా ఏమీ వినకుండా ఉన్నాను. మూగవాడిలాగా ఏమీ మాట్లాడకుండా ఉన్నాను. BSB BSB: But like a deaf man, I do not hear; and like a mute man, I do not open my mouth.
14 ULB ఏమీ విననివాడిలాగా నేను ఉన్నాను. జవాబు చెప్పలేని వాడిలాగా ఉన్నాను. BSB BSB: I am like a man who cannot hear, whose mouth offers no reply.
15 ULB యెహోవా, నేను తప్పకుండా నీ కోసం వేచి ఉన్నాను. ప్రభూ, నా దేవా, నాకు నువ్వు జవాబిస్తావు. BSB BSB: I wait for You, O LORD; You will answer, O Lord my God.
16 ULB నా శత్రువులు నాపై రెచ్చిపోకుండా ఉండటానికి నేనిది చెప్తున్నాను. నేను కాలు జారితే వాళ్ళు నన్ను భయంకరంగా హింసిస్తారు. BSB BSB: For I said, “Let them not gloat over me—those who taunt me when my foot slips.”
17 ULB నేను పడిపోవడానికి సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నాను. నేను నిరంతర వేదనలో ఉన్నాను. BSB BSB: For I am ready to fall, and my pain is ever with me.
18 ULB నా దోషాన్ని నేను ఒప్పుకుంటున్నాను. నా పాపాన్ని గూర్చి చింతిస్తున్నాను. BSB BSB: Yes, I confess my iniquity; I am troubled by my sin.
19 ULB కానీ నా శత్రువులు అసంఖ్యాకంగా ఉన్నారు. అన్యాయంగా నన్ను ద్వేషించేవాళ్ళు చాలామంది ఉన్నారు. BSB BSB: Many are my enemies without cause, and many hate me without reason.
20 ULB నేను వాళ్లకు చేసిన మేలుకు బదులుగా కీడు చేస్తున్నారు. నేను ఉత్తమమైన దాన్ని అనుసరించినా వాళ్ళు నాపై నిందలు వేస్తున్నారు. BSB BSB: Those who repay my good with evil attack me for pursuing the good.
21 ULB యెహోవా, నన్ను విడిచిపెట్టవద్దు. నా దేవా, నాకు దూరంగా ఉండవద్దు. BSB BSB: Do not forsake me, O LORD; be not far from me, O my God.
22 ULB ప్రభూ, నా రక్షణకి ఆధారమా, త్వరగా వచ్చి నాకు సహాయం చెయ్యి. BSB BSB: Come quickly to help me, O Lord my Savior.
