1 ULB ~ख़ुदावन्द का शुक्र करो, उसके नाम से दु'आ करो; क़ौमों में उसके कामों का बयान करो! BSB BSB: Give thanks to the LORD, call upon His name; make known His deeds among the nations.
2 ULB ~उसकी ता'रीफ़ में गाओ, उसकी मदहसराई करो; उसके तमाम 'अजाइब का चर्चा करो! BSB BSB: Sing to Him, sing praises to Him; tell of all His wonders.
3 ULB उसके पाक नाम पर फ़ख़्र करो, ख़ुदावन्द के तालिबों के दिल ख़ुश हों! BSB BSB: Glory in His holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the LORD rejoice.
4 ULB ~ख़ुदावन्द और उसकी ताक़त के तालिब हो, हमेशा उसके दीदार के तालिब रहो! BSB BSB: Seek out the LORD and His strength; seek His face always.
5 ULB उन 'अजीब कामों को जो उसने किए, उसके 'अजाइब और मुँह केअहकाम को याद रख्खो! BSB BSB: Remember the wonders He has done, His marvels, and the judgments He has pronounced,
6 ULB ~ऐ उसके बन्दे इब्राहीम की नसल! ऐ बनी या'क़ूब उसके बरगुज़ीदो! BSB BSB: O offspring of His servant Abraham, O sons of Jacob, His chosen ones.
7 ULB ~वही ख़ुदावन्द हमारा ख़ुदा है; उसके अहकाम तमाम ज़मीन पर हैं। BSB BSB: He is the LORD our God; His judgments carry throughout the earth.
8 ULB ~उसने अपने 'अहद को हमेशा याद रख्खा, या'नी उस कलाम को जो उसने हज़ार नसलों के लिए फ़रमाया; BSB BSB: He remembers His covenant forever, the word He ordained for a thousand generations—
9 ULB उसी 'अहद को जो उसने इब्राहीम से बाँधा, और उस क़सम को जो उसने इस्हाक़ से खाई, BSB BSB: the covenant He made with Abraham, and the oath He swore to Isaac.
10 ULB और उसी को उसने या'क़ूब के लिए क़ानून, या'नी इस्राईल के लिए हमेशा का 'अहद ठहराया, BSB BSB: He confirmed it to Jacob as a decree, to Israel as an everlasting covenant:
11 ULB और कहा, "मैं कना'न का मुल्क तुझे दूँगा, कि तुम्हारा मौरूसी हिस्सा हो।" BSB BSB: “I will give you the land of Canaan as the portion of your inheritance.”
12 ULB ~उस वक़्त वह शुमार में थोड़े थे, बल्कि बहुत थोड़े और उस मुल्क में मुसाफ़िर थे। BSB BSB: When they were few in number, few indeed, and strangers in the land,
13 ULB और वह एक क़ौम से दूसरी क़ौम में, और एक सल्तनत से दूसरी सल्तनत में फिरते रहे। BSB BSB: they wandered from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another.
14 ULB ~उसने किसी आदमी को उन पर ज़ुल्म न करने दिया, बल्कि उनकी ख़ातिर उसने बादशाहों को धमकाया, BSB BSB: He let no man oppress them; He rebuked kings on their behalf:
15 ULB ~और कहा, "मेरे मम्सूहों को हाथ न लगाओ, और मेरे नबियों को कोई नुक़सान न पहुँचाओ!" BSB BSB: “Do not touch My anointed ones! Do no harm to My prophets!”
16 ULB फिर उसने फ़रमाया, कि उस मुल्क पर क़हत नाज़िल हो और उसने रोटी का सहारा बिल्कुल तोड़ दिया। BSB BSB: He called down famine on the land and cut off all their supplies of food.
17 ULB उसने उनसे पहले एक आदमी को भेजा, यूसुफ़ गु़लामी में बेचा गया। BSB BSB: He sent a man before them—Joseph, sold as a slave.
18 ULB उन्होंने उसके पाँव को बेड़ियों से दुख दिया; वह लोहे की ज़न्जीरों में जकड़ा रहा; BSB BSB: They bruised his feet with shackles and placed his neck in irons,
19 ULB ~जब तक के उसका बात पूरा न हुआ, ख़ुदावन्द का कलाम उसे आज़माता रहा| BSB BSB: until his prediction came true and the word of the LORD proved him right.
20 ULB ~बादशाह ने हुक्म भेज कर उसे छुड़ाया, हाँ क़ौमों के फ़रमान रवा ने उसे आज़ाद किया। BSB BSB: The king sent and released him; the ruler of peoples set him free.
21 ULB उसने उसको अपने घर का मुख़्तार और अपनी सारी मिलिकयत पर हाकिम बनाया, BSB BSB: He made him master of his household, ruler over all his substance,
22 ULB ~ताकि उसके हाकिमों को जब चाहे कै़द करे, और उसके बुज़ुर्गों को अक़्ल सिखाए। BSB BSB: to instruct his princes as he pleased and teach his elders wisdom.
23 ULB ~इस्राईल भी मिस्र में आया, और या'क़ूब हाम की सरज़मीन में मुसाफ़िर रहा। BSB BSB: Then Israel entered Egypt; Jacob dwelt in the land of Ham.
24 ULB और ख़ुदा ने अपने लोगों को खू़ब बढ़ाया, और उनको उनके मुख़ालिफ़ों से ज़्यादा मज़बूत किया। BSB BSB: And the LORD made His people very fruitful, more numerous than their foes,
25 ULB उसने उनके दिल को नाफ़रमान किया, ताकि उसकी क़ौम से 'अदावत रख्खें, और उसके बन्दों से दग़ाबाजी करें। BSB BSB: whose hearts He turned to hate His people, to conspire against His servants.
26 ULB ~उसने अपने बन्दे मूसा को, और अपने बरगुज़ीदा हारून को भेजा। BSB BSB: He sent Moses His servant, and Aaron, whom He had chosen.
27 ULB ~उसने उनके बीच मु'अजिज़ात, और हाम की सरज़मीन में 'अजाइब दिखाए। BSB BSB: They performed His miraculous signs among them, and wonders in the land of Ham.
28 ULB उसने तारीकी भेजकर अंधेरा कर दिया; और उन्होंने उसकी बातों से सरकशी न की। BSB BSB: He sent darkness, and it became dark—yet they defied His words.
29 ULB उसने उनकी नदियों को लहू बना दिया, और उनकी मछलियाँ मार डालीं। BSB BSB: He turned their waters to blood and caused their fish to die.
30 ULB ~उनके मुल्क और बादशाहों के बालाख़ानों में, मेंढक ही मेंढक भर गए। BSB BSB: Their land teemed with frogs, even in their royal chambers.
31 ULB उसने हुक्म दिया, और मच्छरों के ग़ोल आए, और उनकी सब हदों में जूएं आ गई BSB BSB: He spoke, and insects swarmed—gnats throughout their country.
32 ULB उसने उन पर मेंह की जगह ओले बरसाए, और उनके मुल्क पर दहकती आग नाज़िल की। BSB BSB: He gave them hail for rain, with lightning throughout their land.
33 ULB ~उसने उनके अँगूर और अंजीर के दरख़तों को भी बर्बाद कर डाला, और उनकी हद के पेड़ तोड़ डाले। BSB BSB: He struck their vines and fig trees and shattered the trees of their country.
34 ULB उसने हुक्म दिया तो बेशुमार टिड्डियाँऔर कीड़े आ गए, BSB BSB: He spoke, and the locusts came—young locusts without number.
35 ULB और उनके मुल्क की तमाम चीज़े चट कर गए, और उनकी ज़मीन की पैदावार खा गए। BSB BSB: They devoured every plant in their land and consumed the produce of their soil.
36 ULB ~उसने उनके मुल्क के सब पहलौठों को भी मार डाला, जो उनकी पूरी ताक़त के पहले फल थे। BSB BSB: Then He struck all the firstborn in their land, the firstfruits of all their vigor.
37 ULB और इस्राईल को चाँदी और सोने के साथ निकाल लाया, और उसके क़बीलों में एक भी कमज़ोर आदमी न था। BSB BSB: He brought Israel out with silver and gold, and none among His tribes stumbled.
38 ULB ~उनके चले जाने से मिस्र खु़श हो गया, क्यूँकि उनका ख़ौफ़ मिस्रियों पर छा गया था। BSB BSB: Egypt was glad when they departed, for the dread of Israel had fallen on them.
39 ULB उसने बादल को सायबान होने के लिए फैला दिया, और रात को रोशनी के लिए आग दी। BSB BSB: He spread a cloud as a covering and a fire to light up the night.
40 ULB ~उनके माँगने पर उसने बटेरें भेजीं, और उनको आसमानी रोटी से सेर किया। BSB BSB: They asked, and He brought quail and satisfied them with the bread of heaven.
41 ULB उसने चट्टान को चीरा, और पानी फूट निकलाः और ख़ुश्क ज़मीन पर नदी की तरह बहने लगा। BSB BSB: He opened a rock, and water gushed out; it flowed like a river in the desert.
42 ULB ~क्यूँकि उसने अपने पाक क़ौल को, और अपने बन्दे इब्राहीम को याद किया। BSB BSB: For He remembered His holy promise to Abraham His servant.
43 ULB ~और वह अपनी क़ौम को ख़ुशी के साथ, और अपने बरगुज़ीदों को हम्द गाते हुए निकाल लाया। BSB BSB: He brought forth His people with rejoicing, His chosen with shouts of joy.
44 ULB ~और उसने उनको क़ौमों के मुल्क दिए, और उन्होंने उम्मतों की मेहनत के फल पर कब्ज़ा किया। BSB BSB: He gave them the lands of the nations, that they might inherit the fruit of others’ labor,
45 ULB ~ताकि वह उसके क़ानून पर चलें, और उसकी शरी'अत को मानें।ख़ुदावन्द की हम्द करो! BSB BSB: that they might keep His statutes and obey His laws. Hallelujah!
