7 PBW Lakeda-lakeda abi eiganya ha tou nama irihimi na tou nama eingu dapapadening iaya natou padening merana hi kristus ama peadening. BSB BSB: Little children, let no one deceive you: The one who practices righteousness is righteous, just as Christ is righteous.
8 PBW Na tou namawoluya doku jala walina hipanibang kan iaya panibang nawoluya ma doku jala walihadamuga lakeda Allah amiya ama weharduja daha woluda hi pahibang BSB BSB: The one who practices sin is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the very start. This is why the Son of God was revealed, to destroy the works of the devil.
9 PBW Da emang ha tou ha penya nama jaji walingu Allah nama wolu doku jala wali ta wuku Allah einya nama e mangu dana woluma doku jala kana jaji wali la Allah. BSB BSB: Anyone born of God refuses to practice sin, because God’s seed abides in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God.
10 PBW Manga awigu gerakaha da lakeda-lakeda Allah mangali geraha lakeda-lakeda panibang dapa ita da tou dama pahalakunya nama padening da wali mana lahi Allah tou jellana na tou dada peanya anguwuana. BSB BSB: By this the children of God are distinguished from the children of the devil: Anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is anyone who does not love his brother.
11 PBW Kali kai ya lia napa mangumi wali headuga kami pabuhang wilu. BSB BSB: This is the message you have heard from the beginning: We should love one another.

BSB BSB: Do not be like Cain, who belonged to the evil one and murdered his brother. And why did Cain slay him? Because his own deeds were evil, while those of his brother were righteous.
13 PBW Agu anguwuagimi abi kapoduk ya kapinutana ana muhugimi. BSB BSB: So do not be surprised, brothers, if the world hates you.

16 PBW Nou atouna mai kamu penya na mila waling yesus kristus nama woanya na moiriku matutu iata manga mawojella namoirikuna ngara dukana ta anguwuada iata. BSB BSB: By this we know what love is: Jesus laid down His life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers.
17 PBW Minamu nekagu tou mangu tapinutana jiaka kamu itaya napa buhana jaka abi tudikanya na atimu walingu lahi moiri. BSB BSB: If anyone with earthly possessions sees his brother in need, but withholds his compassion from him, how can the love of God abide in him?
18 PBW Agu anagimi mai kamu higilu kamu woluya nama padening BSB BSB: Little children, let us love not in word and speech, but in action and truth.
19 PBW Wigu gimi iata ta penya walada ta padening manga napa eimada wali hi woluhi nama walihi Allah. BSB BSB: And by this we will know that we belong to the truth, and will assure our hearts in His presence:

21 PBW Agu anguwuagimi oli milla gimi jiaha ati iata abi pajala iata eiya nama tahaga na marabba Allah. BSB BSB: Beloved, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God,
22 PBW Agannya napa kareimu kaya walingu ta marabba Allah iata ata keraya napa li pareha hi moiri jiaka pahalakunama tidi tahagama hi moiri. BSB BSB: and we will receive from Him whatever we ask, because we keep His commandments and do what is pleasing in His sight.
23 PBW Ya jiaya li pareha wali marabba Allah kata wainya ta ngarana wiki ati li pareha lahi iata. BSB BSB: And this is His commandment: that we should believe in the name of His Son, Jesus Christ, and we should love one another just as He commanded us.
24 PBW Na tou nama keriya lipareha na hi marabba Allah engana lahi duna jiaka marabba Allah engana lahi iata manga iata ta penya nama marabbab Allah engana lahi iata dewana hi marabba Allah na hangahu hari pawoanada iata. BSB BSB: Whoever keeps His commandments remains in God, and God in him. And by this we know that He remains in us: by the Spirit He has given us.
