1 PBDT Lai iyah, manyari am kudus, kolai am hompu bagian lalam kona timai surgawi, tampaikan Yesus, Sang Rasul Imam Bakah pangakuan diri, BSB BSB: Therefore, holy brothers, who share in the heavenly calling, set your focus on Jesus, the apostle and high priest whom we confess.
2 PBDT am satia ka Inya am jadi manotapkan-Nya, samah bera Musa am satia lalam saluruh dangau-Nya. BSB BSB: He was faithful to the One who appointed Him, just as Moses was faithful in all God’s house.
3 PBDT Lai, Yesus layak kona anggap akan manapat kamuliaan am lobih bakah mula Musa, bera halnya saurang mambangun dangau iyah kaniri. BSB BSB: For Jesus has been counted worthy of greater glory than Moses, just as the builder of a house has greater honor than the house itself.
4 PBDT (Lai, satiap dangau kona bangun lai sasaurang, tapi pambangun mula sagala sasuatu yaham Hatalla). BSB BSB: And every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything.
5 PBDT Musa satia lalam saluruh dangau Hatalla sabagian saurang palayan, akan mamori kasaksian ka hal-hal am akan diparahkan ka limah ari. BSB BSB: Now Moses was faithful as a servant in all God’s house, testifying to what would be spoken later.

BSB BSB: But Christ is faithful as the Son over God’s house. And we are His house, if we hold firmly to our confidence and the hope of which we boast.
7 PBDT Lai iyah, bera am Roh Barasih baparah, "Ka ari itie, jakai kolai manongar suara-Nya, BSB BSB: Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says: “Today, if you hear His voice,
8 PBDT Umet nyaringkan hatimu bera lalam marusak am kolai ngawinya ka ari mancuba ka padang gurun, BSB BSB: do not harden your hearts, as you did in the rebellion, in the day of testing in the wilderness,
9 PBDT iyaham hiya umuhmu mancuba Aku maila pangawi-Ku sapalamat ompat puluh tahun. BSB BSB: where your fathers tested and tried Me, and for forty years saw My works.
10 PBDT Lai iyahja Aku gusar ka penerus iyah lalu bapaner, 'Hati urang salalu sosat lalu urang honta mangerti jalan-jalan-Ku.' BSB BSB: Therefore I was angry with that generation, and I said, ‘Their hearts are always going astray, and they have not known My ways.’
11 PBDT Jadi, Aku basumpah lalam pangusar-ku: "Urang honta akan tama ka homan panghontian-Ku.'" BSB BSB: So I swore on oath in My anger, ‘They shall never enter My rest.’”
12 PBDT Bahati-hatija manyari, umet am tege ka antara kolai am hompu hati am jahat am honta parcaya, am mangawimu bapaling mula Hatalla am hirup. BSB BSB: See to it, brothers, that none of you has a wicked heart of unbelief that turns away from the living God.
13 PBDT Sabaliknya, nasehatja suti dengan apa bukan satiap ari, sapalamat masih tege am dijoku "ari itie" nyaman honta tege ka antara kolai am dinyaring lai tipu daya dosa. BSB BSB: But exhort one another daily, as long as it is called today, so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness.
14 PBDT Diri jadi mangalap bagian ka lalam Kristus, jakai diri barigap toguh kayakinan diri am pertama sampai ka tarakhirnya. BSB BSB: We have come to share in Christ if we hold firmly to the end the assurance we had at first.
15 PBDT Bera tatulis, "Ka ari itie, jakai kolai manongar suara-Nya, umet nyaringkan hatimu bera lalam marusak." BSB BSB: As it has been said: “Today, if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts, as you did in the rebellion.”
16 PBDT Sapakah urang-urang am jadi manongar suara Hatalla, tapi marusak? Bukankah urang uras am kaluar mula Mesir ka loba kapamimpin Musa? BSB BSB: For who were the ones who heard and rebelled? Were they not all those Moses led out of Egypt?
17 PBDT Akan, ka sapakah Hatalla gusar sapalamat ompat puluh tahun? Bukankah ka urang am mangaruh dosa senga tege mayat urang bagalimpangan ka padang gurun? BSB BSB: And with whom was God angry for forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose bodies fell in the wilderness?
18 PBDT Akan, ka sapakah Hatalla basumpah bahwa urang honta akan basa tama ka homan bahontian-Nya, Amun bukan ka urang am honta taat? BSB BSB: And to whom did He swear that they would never enter His rest? Was it not to those who disobeyed?
19 PBDT Jadi, diri maila bahwa urang honta tahu tama lai honta parcaya urang. BSB BSB: So we see that it was because of their unbelief that they were unable to enter.
