1. 1ULBበወንድማማችነት ፍቅር መዋደዳችሁን ቀጥሉ።BSBBSB: Continue in brotherly love.
2. 2ULBእንግዶችን መቀበል አትርሱ፣ አንዳንድ ሰዎች ይህን ሲያደርጉ ሳያውቁት መላእክትን አስተናግደዋል።BSBBSB: Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have entertained angels without knowing it.
3. 3ULBከእነርሱ ጋር እንደታሰረ ሆናችሁ፣ በሰውነታችሁም እንደ እነርሱ መከራን እንደሚቀበል ሆናችሁ በእስራት ያሉትን አስቡ።BSBBSB: Remember those in prison as if you were bound with them, and those who are mistreated as if you were suffering with them.
4. 4ULBጋብቻ በሁሉም ዘንድ የተከበረ መኝታውም ንጹሕ ይሁን፣ ምክንያቱም እግዚአብሔር በሴሰኞችና በአመንዝራዎች ላይ ይፈርድባቸዋል።BSBBSB: Marriage should be honored by all and the marriage bed kept undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers.
5. 5ULBአኗኗራችሁ ከገንዘብ ፍቅር የጸዳ ይሁን። እግዚአብሔር ራሱ፣ “እኔ ፈጽሞ አልተውህም፣ ደግሞም አልጥልህም” ስላለ፣ ባላችሁ ነገር ረክታችሁ ኑሩ።BSBBSB: Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, for God has said: “Never will I leave you, never will I forsake you.”
6. 6ULBስለዚህ፣ “ጌታ ረዳቴ ነው፤ አልፈራም። ሰውስ ምን ሊያደርገኝ ይችላል?” ብለን በድፍረት እንናገራለን።BSBBSB: So we say with confidence: “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?”
7. 7ULBየእግዚአብሔርን ቃል የነገሯችሁን መሪዎቻችሁን አስቡ፣ የምግባራቸውንም ፍሬ ተመልከቱ፤ በእምነታቸውም ምሰሏቸው።BSBBSB: Remember your leaders who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.
8. 8ULBኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ትናንት፣ ዛሬና ለዘላለምም ያው ነው።BSBBSB: Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.
9. 9ULBበልዩ ልዩ እንግዳ ትምህርቶች አትወሰዱ፣ ለሚከተሏቸው ሰዎች ፋይዳ የሌላቸውን የአመጋገብ ሥርዓቶች በመጠበቅ ሳይሆን ልብ በጸጋ ሲጸና መልካም ነው።BSBBSB: Do not be carried away by all kinds of strange teachings, for it is good for the heart to be strengthened by grace and not by foods of no value to those devoted to them.
10. 10ULBበመገናኛው ድንኳን የሚያገለግሉት ከእርሱ እንዲበሉ ያልተፈቀደላቸው መሠዊያ አለን።BSBBSB: We have an altar from which those who serve at the tabernacle have no right to eat.
11. 11ULBሊቀካህናቱ ለኃጢአት ስርየት የተሠዋውን የእንስሳት ደም ወደ ቅድስት ያመጣል፣ የእንስሳቱ ሥጋ ግን ከሰፈር ውጭ ይቃጠላል።BSBBSB: Although the high priest brings the blood of animals into the Holy Place as a sacrifice for sin, the bodies are burned outside the camp.
12. 12ULBደግሞም ኢየሱስ ሰዎችን በገዛ ደሙ ለመቀደስ ከከተማይቱ ቅጥር ውጭ መከራን ተቀበለ።BSBBSB: And so Jesus also suffered outside the city gate, to sanctify the people by His own blood.
13. 13ULBስለዚህ እኛም እርሱ የተሸከመውን ውርደት ተሸክመን ከሰፈር ውጭ ወደርሱ እንሂድ።BSBBSB: Therefore let us go to Him outside the camp, bearing the disgrace He bore.
14. 14ULBበዚህ ምድር ምንም ዓይነት ዘላቂ ከተማ የለንም። ነገር ግን የምትመጣውን ከተማ እንጠብቃለን።BSBBSB: For here we do not have a permanent city, but we are looking for the city that is to come.
15. 15ULBየስሙን ታላቅነት የሚናገሩ የከንፈሮቻችንን ፍሬ፣ ማለትም የምስጋና መሥዋዕቶችን ያለማቋረጥ በኢየሱስ በኩል ለእግዚአብሔር ማቅረብ ይገባናል።BSBBSB: Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise, the fruit of lips that confess His name.
16. 16ULBደግሞም መልካም ማድረግንና እርስ በርስ መረዳዳትን አትርሱ፣ ምክንያቱም እግዚአብሔር የሚደሰተው እንደነዚህ ባሉ መሥዋዕቶች ነው።BSBBSB: And do not neglect to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.
17. 17ULBተጠያቂነት ስላለባቸው ለነፍሳችሁ እንክብካቤ ለሚያደርጉ ለመሪዎቻችሁ ታዘዙ፣ ተገዙላቸውም። ለእናንተ ስለማይጠቅም በሐዘን ሳይሆን በደስታ እንዲንከባከቧችሁ ታዘዟቸው።BSBBSB: Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they watch over your souls as those who must give an account. To this end, allow them to lead with joy and not with grief, for that would be of no advantage to you.
18. 18ULBበሁሉም ነገር የከበረ ሕይወት ለመኖር የሚፈልግ ንጹሕ ኅሊና ስላለን ጸልዩልን።BSBBSB: Pray for us; we are convinced that we have a clear conscience and desire to live honorably in every way.
19. 19ULBወደ እናንተ ቶሎ መመለስ እንድችል ይበልጥ ይህን እንድታደርጉ አበረታታችኋለሁ።BSBBSB: And I especially urge you to pray that I may be restored to you soon.
20. 20ULBእንግዲህ በዘላለም ኪዳን ደም የበጎች ታላቅ እረኛ የሆነውን ጌታችን ኢየሱስን፣ ከሙታን ያስነሣው የሰላም አምላክ እግዚአብሔር፣በኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ አማካኝነት በእኛ ውስጥ የሚሠራውን፣ በእርሱ ፊት ደስ የሚያሰኘውን ፈቃዱን እንድታደርጉ በማናቸውም መልካም ነገር ያስታጥቃችሁ። ከዘላለም እስከ ዘላለም ለእርሱ ክብር ይሁን። አሜን።BSBBSB: Now may the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep,
21. 22ULBወንድሞች ሆይ፤ አሁን በዐጭሩ የጻፍሁላችሁን ማበረታቻ እንድትቀበሉ አደፋፍራችኋለሁ።BSBBSB: I urge you, brothers, to bear with my word of exhortation, for I have only written to you briefly.
22. 23ULBወንድማችን ጢሞቴዎስ እንደተፈታ ዕወቁ፣ ቶሎ ከመጣም ከእርሱ ጋር አብሬ አያችኋለሁ።BSBBSB: Be aware that our brother Timothy has been released. If he arrives soon, I will come with him to see you.
23. 24ULBለመሪዎችና ለቅዱሳን ሁሉ ሰላምታ አቅርቡልኝ። በኢጣልያ ያሉት ሰላምታ ያቀርቡላችኋል።BSBBSB: Greet all your leaders and all the saints. Those from Italy send you greetings.
24. 25ULBጸጋ ከሁላችሁም ጋር ይሁን።BSBBSB: Grace be with all of you.
