1 ARST يا رفاقي المؤمنين، أنا أحبُّكم وأشتاق كثيرًا لرؤيتكم. أنا أبتهج بسببكم، وأنتم السبب الذي لأجله سيكافئني الله. فكما وصفت لتويِّ لكم في هذه الرسالة ، استمرُّوا بأن تكونوا ثابتين بالربِّ، يا رفاقي المؤمنين الذين أحبُّهم. BSB BSB: Therefore, my brothers, whom I love and long for, my joy and crown, that is how you must stand firm in the Lord, my beloved.
2 ARST أحثُّكِ يا أَفُودية، وأحثُّكِ أنتِ أيضًا يا سِنتيخي، أن تكون لكما علاقة سلميَّة مع بعضكما بعضٍ، لأنَّكما كلاكما متَّحدتان في الربِّ. BSB BSB: I urge Euodia and Syntyche to agree with each other in the Lord.
3 ARST كما أنَّني أحثُّك يا شريكي الأمين، أن تساعد هاتين السيِّدتَيْن. أرجو أن تساعدهما لأنَّهما ساعدتاني لأبشِّر بالخبر السارِّ، كما فعل أَكْلِيمَنْدُس والآخرون من العاملين معي، الذين كتب الله أسماءهم في سفره الذي يضمَّ الأشخاص الذين سيعيشون معه إلى الأبد. BSB BSB: Yes, and I ask you, my true yokefellow, to help these women who have contended at my side for the gospel, along with Clement and the rest of my fellow workers, whose names are in the Book of Life.
4 ARST افرحوا دائمًا بمن هو الربُّ عليه وبما فعله ويفعله! وأقول مرَّة أخرى: افرحوا! BSB BSB: Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!
5 ARST تصرَّفوا بطريقة بحيث يرى الجميع أنَّكم لطفاء، افعلوا هذا لأنَّ الربَّ سيعود قريبًا. BSB BSB: Let your gentleness be apparent to all. The Lord is near.
6 ARST لا تهتمُّوا بشيء، بل صلُّوا لله في كلِّ موقف وأعلموه بكلِّ احتياجاتكم، واطلبوا منه أن يُساعدكم، واشكروه على كلِّ شيء يفعله لأجلكم. BSB BSB: Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
7 ARST نتيجةً لذلك، سيُمكِّنكم الله لكيلا تقلقوا حيال أيِّ شيء، وسيحمي هو الطريقة التي تفكرون وتشعرون فيها، وأنتم متَّحدون بيسوع المسيح. BSB BSB: And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
9 ARST وداوموا على ما علَّمتكم إيَّاه، وعلى ما سمعتموني أقوله، وعلى ما رأيتموني أفعله. وإن فعلتم هذا، فالإله الذي يجعلنا مطمئنِّين سيكون معكم. BSB BSB: Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me, put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.
10 ARST أفرح كثيرًا وأشكر الربَّ، لأنَّكم الآن وبعد وقت ولأنَّكم أرسلتم لي المال أظهرتم مرَّة أخرى أنَّكم تهتمُّون بي. أنتم بكلِّ تأكيد اهتممتم بي طوال الوقت، لكن لم تسنح لكم الفرصة لتُظهروا ذلك. BSB BSB: Now I rejoice greatly in the Lord that at last you have revived your concern for me. You were indeed concerned, but you had no opportunity to show it.
11 ARST لا تعتقدوا أنَّني أقول هذا لأنَّني قلق من أن ينقصني شيء أحتاج إليه، فقد تعلّمت أن أكون فرحًا في كلِّ ظرف أكون فيه. BSB BSB: I am not saying this out of need, for I have learned to be content regardless of my circumstances.
12 ARST تعلَّمت كيف أكون سعيدًا وأنا لا أملك ما أحتاج إليه، وكيف أكون سعيدًا عندما أملك أكثر من حاجتي. تعلَّمت أن أكون سعيدًا وأنا جائع، وعندما أملك طعامًا وافرًا لآكل. تعلَّمت أن أكون سعيدًا في كلِّ الظروف وفي كلِّ الأوقات. BSB BSB: I know how to live humbly, and I know how to abound. In any and every situation I have learned the secret of being filled and being hungry, of having plenty and having need.
13 ARST لأنَّ المسيح يقوِّيني، فأنا أستطيع أن أستجيب لكلِّ موقف بشكل مناسب. BSB BSB: I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.
14 ARST ومع ذلك، عملتم حسنًا عندما ساعدتموني في الموقف الصعب. BSB BSB: Nevertheless, you have done well to share in my affliction.
15 ARST وأنتم أنفسكم تعلمون، يا أصدقائي في فيلبِّي، أنَّه عندما بدأت أكرز لكم بالخبر السارِّ، وعندما غادرت وخرجت من مقاطعة مكدونيَّة، لم ترسل لي أيُّ جماعة مؤمنين غيركم أيَّ دعم! BSB BSB: And as you Philippians know, in the early days of the gospel, when I left Macedonia, no church but you partnered with me in the matter of giving and receiving.
16 ARST وحتَّى عندما كنت في مدينة تسالونيكي، فلقد أرسلتم إليَّ المال أكثر من مرَّة لألبِّيَ احتياجاتي. BSB BSB: For even while I was in Thessalonica, you provided for my needs again and again.
17 ARST ولست أقول هذا لأنَّني أريد منكم أن تعطوني المال، بل لأنَّني أرغب في أن يُكافئكم الله بوفرة لأنَّكم ساعدتموني . BSB BSB: Not that I am seeking a gift, but I am looking for the fruit that may be credited to your account.
18 ARST لقد قدَّمتم لي عطيَّة سخيَّة جدًّا، وبسبب هذا لديَّ كلُّ ما أحتاج إليه وأكثر. أملك كمِّيَّة وفيرة ممَّا أحتاج، لأنَّكم أرسلتم أَبَفْرُودتُس إليَّ ومعه عطيَّتكم. اعتبر الله عطيَّتكم مقبولة تمامًا، وهو مسرور بها جدًّا. BSB BSB: I have all I need and more, now that I have received your gifts from Epaphroditus. They are a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, well-pleasing to God.
19 ARST الإله الذي أخدمه، سيمنحكم كلَّ شيء تحتاجون إليه، لأنَّكم تنتمون ليسوع المسيح، ولأنَّه هو يملك كلَّ شيء. BSB BSB: And my God will supply all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus.
20 ARST فليتمجَّد إلهنا وأبانا وينال الإكرام إلى الأبد! آمين! BSB BSB: To our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen.
21 ARST سلِّموا على كلِّ شعب الله هناك. هُم جميعًا ينتمون ليسوع المسيح. يُسلِّم عليكم أيضًا المؤمنون الذين معي. BSB BSB: Greet all the saints in Christ Jesus. The brothers who are with me send you greetings.
22 ARST يُرسل إليكم جميع شعب الله هنا سلامهم. ويُرسل بشكل خاصٍّ رفاقي المؤمنين هنا الذين يعملون في قصر الإمبراطور قيصر سلامهم إليكم. BSB BSB: All the saints send you greetings, especially those from the household of Caesar.
23 ARST أروم وأصلِّي أن يستمرَّ ربُّنا يسوع المسيح في أن يتصرَّف بطريقة لطيفة من نحوكم جميعًا. آمين. BSB BSB: The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.
