1 ARST بعد ذلك، سمعت صوتًا كصوت جَمعٍ كبير في السماء، كانوا يهتفون قائلين: «هلِّلويا! لقد خلَّصنا الله! إلهنا مجيد وقدير! BSB BSB: After this I heard a sound like the roar of a great multitude in heaven, shouting: “Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God!
2 ARST سبِّحوه لأنَّه يحكم بطريقة عادلة بالكامل! فقد عاقب المدينة الشرِّيرة التي كانت كزانية، لأنَّ شعب تلك المدينة أقنعوا كثيرين آخرين بأن يتصرَّفوا بطريقة غير أخلاقيَّة كما فعلوا. سبِّحوه لأنَّه عاقبهم إذ قتلوا عبيده!» BSB BSB: For His judgments are true and just. He has judged the great prostitute who corrupted the earth with her immorality. He has avenged the blood of His servants that was poured out by her hand.”
3 ARST هتف الجمع مرَّة أخرى قائلين: «هلِّلويا! سيتصاعد دخان الحريق الذي يحرق تلك المدينة إلى الأبد!» BSB BSB: And a second time they called out: “Hallelujah! Her smoke rises forever and ever.”
4 ARST ومن ثمَّ، جثا الشيوخ الأربعة وعشرون والكائنات الحيَّة الأربعة وسجدوا لله الذي يجلس على العرش، وقالوا: «هذا حقيقيٌّ! هلِّلويا!» BSB BSB: And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sits on the throne, saying: “Amen, Hallelujah!”
5 ARST بعدئذٍ، تكلَّم أحد من العرش قائلًا: «سبِّحوا إلهنا يا جميع عبيده! سبِّحوه يا جميع الذين يُكرِّمونه، وكلُّ واحد منكم!» BSB BSB: Then a voice came from the throne, saying: “Praise our God, all you who serve Him, and those who fear Him, small and great alike!”
6 ARST وبعد ذلك، سمعت صوتًا كصوت جمعٍ كبير من الناس، كانوا يُصدرون صوتًا كصوت شلَّال غزير أو كدويِّ رعدٍ، ويصرخون قائلين: «هلِّلويا! يملك الربُّ إلهنا، الذي يحكم على كلِّ شيء! BSB BSB: And I heard a sound like the roar of a great multitude, like the rushing of many waters, and like a mighty rumbling of thunder, crying out: “Hallelujah! For the Lord our God the Almighty reigns.
8 ARST وهبها الله ملابس بيضاء نظيفة لتلبسها. إنَّها ملابس من كتَّان فاخر». (يرمز ذلك القماش إلى الأعمال الصالحة التي يعملها شعب الله). BSB BSB: She was given clothing of fine linen, bright and pure.” For the fine linen she wears is the righteous acts of the saints.
9 ARST وقال لي الملاك: «اكتب كم هم محظوظون الذين يدعوهم الله إلى الوليمة عندما يتزوَّج الخروف زوجته!» وقال لي أيضًا: «قال الله هذا، وإنَّه صحيح!» BSB BSB: Then the angel told me to write, “Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.” And he said to me, “These are the true words of God.”
10 ARST وفي الحال، جثوت أمام الملاك لأسجد له، ولكنَّه قال لي: «لا تسجد لي، فأنا رفيقك العبد وعبد رفيق للمؤمنين الآخرين الذين يقولون الحقيقة عن يسوع. أرسلني الله إلى هنا لأخدمك بأن أساعدك لتفهم الرؤيا النبويَّة التي أعطاك إيَّاها لأنَّك تريد أن تقول الحقيقة عن يسوع. الله هو الذي يجب أن تسجد له!» BSB BSB: So I fell at his feet to worship him. But he told me, “Do not do that! I am a fellow servant with you and your brothers who rely on the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”
11 ARST ثمَّ رأيت السماء تفتح، ورأيت شيئًا رائعًا: يسوع راكبًا على فرس أبيض! يدعوه دائمًا أولئك الذين يعرفونه حقًّا بالأمين، هو يُدين جميع الناس حسب ما هو صحيح، ويحارب الناس الذين يفعلون ما هو خاطئ. BSB BSB: Then I saw heaven standing open, and there before me was a white horse. And its rider is called Faithful and True. With righteousness He judges and wages war.
12 ARST لمعت عيناه كلهيب نار، ولبس على رأسه أكاليل ملكيَّة كثيرة، وكان هناك اسم مكتوب على ملابسه، وهو وحده يعرف ما الذي يعنيه. BSB BSB: He has eyes like blazing fire, and many royal crowns on His head. He has a name written on Him that only He Himself knows.
13 ARST غطَّى الدمُ ثوبه الذي كان يرتديه، وله اسم آخر وهو كلمة الله. BSB BSB: He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and His name is The Word of God.
14 ARST كان يتبعه الأجناد السماويَّة، وكانوا يركبون أحصنة بيضاء، ويرتدون ملابس كتَّان بيضاء ونقيَّة. BSB BSB: The armies of heaven, dressed in fine linen, white and pure, follow Him on white horses.
15 ARST كان يخرج من فمِ يسوع سيف حادٌّ سيستخدمه ليهزم الشعوب المتمرِّدة. سيحكمهم بقوَّةٍ هو بنفسه بحيث لن يستطيع أحد أن يقاومه. سيُهلِكَ أعداءه كما وكأنَّهم عنب يسحقه في معصرةٍ. سيفعل هذا من أجل الله الذي يملك على كلِّ شيء وسيعاقب أعداءه بالكامل على خطاياهم. BSB BSB: And from His mouth proceeds a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and He will rule them with an iron scepter. He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty.
16 ARST ظهر اسم على ثوبه عند فخذه يقول: «هذا هو الملك الذي يملك على جميع الملوك الآخرين، والربُّ الذي يسود على جميع الأرباب الأخرين». BSB BSB: And He has a name written on His robe and on His thigh: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.
17 ARST ثمَّ رأيت ملاكًا يقف في ضوء الشمس، ونادى بصوت عالٍ جميع الطيور الآكلة للُّحوم التي تطير عاليًا في السماء وقال: «تعالي واجتمعي من أجل الوليمة الكبيرة التي يقدِّمها الله لكِ! BSB BSB: Then I saw an angel standing in the sun, and he cried out in a loud voice to all the birds flying overhead, “Come, gather together for the great supper of God,
18 ARST تعالي وكلي لحوم أعداء الله الذين سيموتون في هذه المعركة! كلي لحم الملوك وقادة الجيوش والأشخاص الذين حاربوا بقوَّةٍ والخيول وفرسانها ولحم أناس آخرين كثيرين». BSB BSB: so that you may eat the flesh of kings and commanders and mighty men, of horses and riders, of everyone slave and free, small and great.”
19 ARST ثمَّ، رأيت الوحش وملوك الأرض مع جيوشهم، كانوا قد اجتمعوا معًا ليحاربوا الذي يجلس على الفرس وجيشه. BSB BSB: Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth with their armies assembled to wage war against the One seated on the horse, and against His army.
20 ARST وأمَّا الجالس على الفرس الأبيض فلقد قبض على الوحش والنبيِّ الكذَّاب. النبيُّ الكذَّاب هو الذي كان قد صنع المعجزات في حضور الوحش. ولأنَّه فعل ذلك، أضلَّ الناس الَّذين قبلوا علامة الوحش على جبهتهم والَّذين سجدوا لصورته. بعد ذلك، طرح الله الوحشَ والنبيَّ الكذَّاب وهما حيَّيْن في بحيرة النار المتَّقدة بالكبريت. BSB BSB: But the beast was captured along with the false prophet, who on its behalf had performed signs deceiving those who had the mark of the beast and worshiped its image. Both the beast and the false prophet were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur.
21 ARST وقتل الجالس على الفرس بقيَّة جيوشهما بالسيف الخارج من فمه، فجاءت الطيور وأكلت بقدر ما أرادت من لحوم الناس والخيول التي قتلها. BSB BSB: And the rest were killed with the sword that proceeded from the mouth of the One seated on the horse. And all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh.
