1 ARST ثُمَّ فَتَحَ الخروف الختم الشمعيّ السابِعَ الذي خَتَمَ بهِ المخطوطة، وعندما فعل ذلك، لم يكن هنالك صوت على الإطلاق في السماء لبرهة قصيرة. BSB BSB: When the Lamb opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour.
2 ARST ثمَّ رأيتُ الملائكة السبعة خدّام الله الشخصيّين، وأعطى كلّ واحد منهم بوقًا. BSB BSB: And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and they were given seven trumpets.
3 ARST ثمّ جاء ملاك آخر ووقف عند المذبح. وكان معه وعاء ذهبيّ لإحراق البخور، وأعطاه الله كمّيَّة كبيرة من البخور ليقدّمها مع صلوات شعب الله على المذبح الذهبيّ أمام عرش الله. BSB BSB: Then another angel, who had a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense to offer, along with the prayers of all the saints, on the golden altar before the throne.
4 ARST بدأ الملاك يُشعِل البخور، فتصاعد الدخان من البخور المشتعِل في الوعاء الذي كان يحمله الملاك إلى الله مع صلوات شعب الله.BSB BSB: And the smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of the saints, rose up before God from the hand of the angel.
5 ARST ثمّ أخذ الملاك وعاء البخور الذهبيّ وملأه بجمرات النار من المذبح. وألقى الجمرات المشتعلة والبخّور المُحترِق على الأرض، وعندما فعل ذلك، ومَضَ البرق ودوّى صوت الرعد، واهتزّت الأرض BSB BSB: Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and hurled it to the earth; and there were peals of thunder, rumblings, flashes of lightning, and an earthquake.
6 ARST .ثُمّ استعَدَّ المَلائكَة السبعَة الذينَ كانَ مع كلِّ وَاحد مِنهُم بوق من الأبواق السبعة لينفخوا فيها. BSB BSB: And the seven angels with the seven trumpets prepared to sound them.
7 ARST ثُمّ نفخَ الملاَكُ الأوَّل في بُوقِهِ فظهرَ برد ونارٌ، وكانَ فِي وَسَطِ البرَدِ وَالنارِ دَمٌ. وانهمر كلّه على الأرض. أحرقت النار ثلث كلّ شيء على سطح الأرض وثلث الأشجار وكلّ العشب الأخضر. BSB BSB: Then the first angel sounded his trumpet, and hail and fire mixed with blood were hurled down upon the earth. A third of the earth was burned up, along with a third of the trees and all the green grass.
8 ARST ثمّ نفخ الملاك الثاني في بوقه، فسقط في البحر شيء يشبه جبلًا ضخمًا مشتعلًا بالنار. ونتيجة لذلك، صار ثلث البحر دمًا، BSB BSB: Then the second angel sounded his trumpet, and something like a great mountain burning with fire was thrown into the sea. A third of the sea turned to blood,
9 ARST وماتت ثلث المخلوقات الحيّة في البحر، وغرقت ثلث السفن في البحر BSB BSB: a third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed.
10 ARST ثمّ نفخ الملاك الثالث في بوقه، فسقط كوكب ضخم من السماء. كان الكوكب يتوهّج كما لو كان يشتعل نارًا. وسقطت أجزاء من الكوكب في ثلث الأنهار وفي ثلث ينابيع المياه على الأرض. BSB BSB: Then the third angel sounded his trumpet, and a great star burning like a torch fell from heaven and landed on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water.
11 ARST اسم الكوكب هو علقَم. عندما سقط في ثلث الأنهار والينابيع، أصبحت مياهها سامّة. ومات كثير من الناس لأنّهُم شرِبوا تلك المياه السامّة. BSB BSB: The name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters turned bitter like wormwood oil, and many people died from the bitter waters.
12 ARST ثمّ نفخ الملاك الرابع في بوقه، فضرب الله الشمس والقمر والنجوم حتّى فقدت نورها لثلث الوقت. لم تشرق الشمس خلال ثلث النهار، ولم يضئ القمر والنجوم خلال ثلث الليل. BSB BSB: Then the fourth angel sounded his trumpet, and a third of the sun and moon and stars were struck. A third of the stars were darkened, a third of the day was without light, and a third of the night as well.
13 ARST وبينما كنتُ أنظر، سمعتُ نسرًا كان يطير عاليًا في السماء يصيح بصوت عالٍ: «ثلاثة أشياء رهيبة ستحدث للناس الذين يعيشون على الأرض عندما ينفخ بقيّة الملائكة الثلاثة في أبواقهم! إنّهم على وشك أن ينفخوا فيها!» BSB BSB: And as I observed, I heard an eagle flying overhead, calling in a loud voice, “Woe! Woe! Woe to those who dwell on the earth, because of the trumpet blasts about to be sounded by the remaining three angels!”
