2 ULB ইস্রায়েলী লোক সকলৰ আগত যেনেকৈ ঈশ্বৰৰ বিশ্রামৰ বিষয়ে শুভ সংবাদ ঘোষণা কৰা হৈছিল, তেনেকৈ আমাৰ আগতো কৰা হৈছে। কিন্তু সেই শুভ সংবাদৰ শিক্ষা শুনিও তেওঁলোকৰ কোনো লাভ নহ’ল; কাৰণ তেওঁলোকে সেইবোৰ শুনি বিশ্বাসেৰে গ্রহণ নকৰিলে। BSB BSB: For we also received the good news just as they did; but the message they heard was of no value to them, since they did not share the faith of those who comprehended it.

As for the others, it is just as God has said: “So I swore on oath in My anger, ‘They shall never enter My rest.’” And yet His works have been finished since the foundation of the world.
4 ULB কিয়নো এঠাইত সপ্তম দিনৰ বিষয়ে ঈশ্বৰে কৈছিল, “ঈশ্বৰে সপ্তম দিনা তেওঁৰ সকলো কৰ্মৰ পৰা বিশ্ৰাম কৰিলে।” BSB BSB: For somewhere He has spoken about the seventh day in this manner: “And on the seventh day God rested from all His works.”
5 ULB পুনৰায় তেওঁ কৈছে, “এওঁলোক মোৰ বিশ্ৰামত সোমাবলৈ নাপাব।” BSB BSB: And again, as He says in the passage above: “They shall never enter My rest.”

10 ULB কিয়নো যেনেকৈ ঈশ্বৰে তেওঁৰ কৰ্ম শেষ কৰি বিশ্রাম কৰিছিল, তেনেকৈ যি কোনোৱে ঈশ্বৰৰ বিশ্ৰামত প্রৱেশ কৰে, তেৱোঁ নিজৰ কৰ্মৰ পৰা বিশ্ৰাম পায়। BSB BSB: For whoever enters God’s rest also rests from his own work, just as God did from His.
11 ULB সেই কাৰণে আহক, আমি সেই বিশ্ৰামত সোমাবলৈ যত্ন কৰোঁহক। আমি কোনেও যেন সেই অবাধ্য ইস্রায়েলীয় লোক সকলৰ দৰে অবিশ্বাসৰ পুৰণি আর্হি অনুসৰণ কৰি পতিত নহম। BSB BSB: Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will fall by following the same pattern of disobedience.
12 ULB কিয়নো ঈশ্বৰৰ বাক্য জীৱনময়, কাৰ্যসাধক আৰু আটাই দুধৰীয়া তৰোৱালতকৈও চোকা। এই বাক্য প্ৰাণ আৰু আত্মা, গাঠি আৰু মজ্জা এই সকলোকে ভেদ কৰালৈকে বিন্ধোতা, মনৰ ভাৱনা আৰু অভিপ্ৰায়কো বিচাৰ কৰোঁতা। BSB BSB: For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it pierces even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow. It judges the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
13 ULB সৃষ্টিৰ একো বস্তুৱেই ঈশ্বৰৰ দৃষ্টিৰ অগোচৰ নহয়; তেওঁৰ চকুৰ আগত সকলোৱেই উদং আৰু মুকলি৷ তেওঁৰ ওচৰত আমি অৱশ্যেই হিচাব দিব লাগিব। BSB BSB: Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight; everything is uncovered and exposed before the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.
14 ULB স্বর্গবোৰৰ মাজেদি যোৱা আমাৰ এজন মহান মহা-পুৰোহিত আছে। তেওঁ ঈশ্বৰৰ পুত্র যীচু। গতিকে আহক, আমি আমাৰ বিশ্বাস দৃঢ়কৈ ধৰি ৰাখোহঁক। BSB BSB: Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to what we profess.
16 ULB এতেকে সাহসিকতাৰ সৈতে অনুগ্রহৰ সিংহাসনৰ ওচৰলৈ আহক, যাতে আমাৰ প্রয়োজনত সহায় হ’বলৈ আমি দয়া লাভ কৰি অনুগ্রহ পাব পাৰোঁ। BSB BSB: Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
