1. 1ULBমই পৰ্ব্বতবোৰৰ ফালে মোৰ চকু তুলি কওঁ, ক’ৰ পৰা মোৰ সহায় আহিব?BSBBSB: A song of ascents. I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come?
2. 2ULBযি জনাই আকাশ-মণ্ডল আৰু পৃথিৱী সৃষ্টি কৰিলে, সেই যিহোৱাৰ পৰা মোৰ সহায় আহিব।BSBBSB: My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.
3. 3ULBতেওঁ তোমাৰ ভৰি লৰচৰ হ’বলৈ নিদিব; তোমাৰ ৰখীয়াজনা টোপনি নাযাব।BSBBSB: He will not allow your foot to slip; your Protector will not slumber.
4. 4ULBচোৱা, যি জনাই ইস্ৰায়েলক ৰক্ষা কৰে, তেওঁ টোপনি নাযাব, নিদ্ৰিত নহ’ব।BSBBSB: Behold, the Protector of Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
5. 5ULBযিহোৱা তোমাৰ ৰক্ষক; যিহোৱা তোমাৰ সোঁ হাতে থকা তোমাৰ ছাঁস্বৰূপ।BSBBSB: The LORD is your keeper; the LORD is the shade on your right hand.
6. 6ULBদিনত সূৰ্য্যই তোমাক প্ৰহাৰ নকৰিব, আৰু ৰাতি চন্দ্ৰয়ো তোমাক নামাৰিব।BSBBSB: The sun will not strike you by day, nor the moon by night.
7. 7ULBযিহোৱাই তোমাক সকলো অমঙ্গলৰ পৰা ৰক্ষা কৰিব; তেওঁ তোমাৰ প্ৰাণ ৰক্ষা কৰিব।BSBBSB: The LORD will guard you from all evil; He will preserve your soul.
8. 8ULBযিহোৱাই এতিয়াৰ পৰা অনন্ত কাললৈকে তুমি ওলাওঁতে সোমাওঁতে তোমাক ৰক্ষা কৰিব।BSBBSB: The LORD will watch over your coming and going, both now and forevermore.
