BSB BSB: The one who eats everything must not belittle the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does, for God has accepted him.
4 PBDK Hie sah hanyu sehingga hanyu menghakimi hamba ulun lain? Maeh minri atawa lawu, hio urusan tuan e karaerai. Dan, aye akan minri ulah Tuhan sanggup ngulah e minri. BSB BSB: Who are you to judge someone else’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls. And he will stand, for the Lord is able to make him stand.

8 PBDK Ulah, jaka takam welum, takam welum ga Tuhan, atawa jaka takam matei, takam matei ga Tuhan. Jari, maeh takam welum atawa matei, takam na Tuhan. BSB BSB: If we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord.
9 PBDK Ulah mat hio lah Kristus matei dan bangkit, mat Aye jari Tuhan, maeh amau ulun-ulun matei maupun ulun-ulun welum. BSB BSB: For this reason Christ died and returned to life, that He might be the Lord of both the dead and the living.
10 PBDK Akan tatapi, wah inon hanyu menghakimi pulaksanai nu? Atawa, wah inon hanyu nantau leba pulaksanai nu di menghina e? Ulah, takam kaluhan mat minri nadap takhta pengadilan Allah. BSB BSB: Why, then, do you judge your brother? Or why do you belittle your brother? For we will all stand before God’s judgment seat.
11 PBDK Ulah naan natulis, "Ulah gana Aku welum, firman Tuhan, setiap ulualep mat menyembah ga-Aku, dan setiap lela mat mengaku ga Allah." Yesaya 45:23 BSB BSB: It is written: “As surely as I live, says the Lord, every knee will bow before Me; every tongue will confess to God.”
12 PBDK Jari, setiap takam mat ngami pertanggungjawaban tentang diri e karaerai ga Allah. BSB BSB: So then, each of us will give an account of himself to God.
13 PBDK Ulah hio, ada takam saling mahakimi, tatapi lebih maeh bertekad mat bakoi nganak penghalang atawa erang kawua watu tapian mat pulaksanai takam. BSB BSB: Therefore let us stop judging one another. Instead, make up your mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in your brother’s way.
15 PBDK Ulah, jika atei pulaksanai nu batan ulah sesuatu hal sa nakuta nu, hanyu bakoi lagi welum sesuai kasih. Ada lah hanyu membinasakan aye di nakuta nu hio, ulah Kristus lei haot matei ga aye. BSB BSB: If your brother is distressed by what you eat, you are no longer acting in love. Do not by your eating destroy your brother, for whom Christ died.
16 PBDK Ulah hio, ada ngaret inon sa na anggap nu maeh na fitnah sebagai sesuatu sa jahat. BSB BSB: Do not allow what you consider good, then, to be spoken of as evil.
17 PBDK Ulah, Kerajaan Allah bakoi lah tentang nakuta atawa na o'ot, tatapi tentang katou, damai sejahtera, dan sukacita huang Roh Kudus. BSB BSB: For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.
18 PBDK Ulah hie pun sa melayani Kristus di cara ina berkenan ga Allah, dan na hormati marasia. BSB BSB: For whoever serves Christ in this way is pleasing to God and approved by men.
19 PBDK Jari, ayo lah takam ngapung hal-hal sa nuna damai sejahtera dan membangun isa di sa lain. BSB BSB: So then, let us pursue what leads to peace and to mutual edification.
20 PBDK Ada nanrusak gawian Allah ekat ulah nakuta! Kaluhan sesuatu halal, tatapi jahatlah mat erang kaulun sa nguta dan ngulah ulun lain berdosa. BSB BSB: Do not destroy the work of God for the sake of food. All food is clean, but it is wrong for a man to let his eating be a stumbling block.
21 PBDK Lebih maeh bakoi nguta daging atau ngo'ot anggur, atawa ngagawi hal sa lain sa iyuh ngulah pulaksanai nu katapian. BSB BSB: It is better not to eat meat or drink wine or to do anything to cause your brother to stumble.
22 PBDK Tegeilah keyakinan sa naan ta hanyu mat diri nu karaerai ta hadapan Allah. Berbahagialah ulun sa bakoi menghakimi diri e karaerai terhadap inon sa na anggap e maeh. BSB BSB: Keep your belief about such matters between yourself and God. Blessed is the one who does not condemn himself by what he approves.
23 PBDK Akan tatapi, ulun sa bimbang mat na hukum jaka aye nguta, ulah aye nguta bakoi berdasarkan iman; dan kaluhan sesuatu sa bakoi baasal neke iman adalah dosa. BSB BSB: But the one who has doubts is condemned if he eats, because his eating is not from faith; and everything that is not from faith is sin.
