1. 1BSWEሀሱ ጎራታ የሱሳኮ ኦአጋልሳታረን የሱሳ ቶስ ጋባላመንጉረን፥ “ዎኖናት ካዳሩረይ ዱባንኮ ካሮራራ አዮያ?” አመን ሆሳተን።BSBBSB: At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Who then is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?”
2. 2BSWEየሱሳና ይትት ኮ ኡመጉረ እሶ ጠኤ ኣልሰረ፥BSBBSB: Jesus invited a little child to stand among them.
3. 3BSWE“አን ሩምና አማራ፤ ጎኢግልሳሞና ይሳስ አን ጎሌኖን ዎኖናት ካዳሩረ ቶስ ሱረ ላኮታብታን።BSBBSB: “Truly I tell you,” He said, “unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
4. 4BSWEሃንሱን ዎኖናት ካዳሩረይ ዱባንኮ ካሮራራ ሂካ ይትት ኣን እስኦቴሳ ካሁስሳታሮያ።BSBBSB: Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
5. 5BSWE“ሂካማሌክ ይትት መገኬይ ካአታታራ እና አታተራ።”BSBBSB: And whoever welcomes a little child like this in My name welcomes Me.
6. 6BSWEአየሱን ጎአመን እዬ ኦአማናራን ሂናኣ ኦትድጫርኮ ኮ ጩቦ ኦርዴሰ ካታብሳራ ካንጂንክ ኤኤሞ ካሪሜ ማርግቴሳ ሽያምጉረ በከ ባድ ጠኤ ሻፋም ልች ጎአመ ኢዳረ።BSBBSB: But if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him to have a large millstone hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.
7. 7BSWE“ሂክ አላም ጩቦን ኣላንቲ ማንኮሌሮ ማራን ኣኔ ኡሱን! ጩቦ ኦርዴሰ ካታብሳራ ኤመታኖ ላኮሄስሮ፤ አየሱን ጎአመን ጩቦን ኣላንቲ ካላሮ እባዶን ኣኔ!BSBBSB: Woe to the world for the causes of sin. These stumbling blocks must come, but woe to the man through whom they come!
8. 8BSWEገነታ ጎርቱን ሉክታ ኩን ጩቦን ኣላንቲ ጎሌተ ጎስ ሻፍ። ገነ ላማ ጎርቱን ሉቃ. ላማ ኩን ግርጉረን ጅሩ ጅሮማን ታባኖን ታጋነም ኤለን ቶስ ሻፋማናኮ ካኤሳቶ ጎርቱን ናፋለሳ ሊጉደ ጅሩ ጅሮማክ ግር ቶስ ታባኖ ካእዳንክያ።BSBBSB: If your hand or your foot causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life crippled or lame than to have two hands and two feet and be thrown into the eternal fire.
9. 9BSWEኡሱማሌ ኢልታ ጩቦን ኣላንቲ ጎሌተ ቤስ ሻፍ፥ ኢልኦ ላማ ኩን ግርጉረን ታጋነም ኤለን ቶስ ካሻፋማቶኮ ኢል ቶ ኩን ግርደ ጅሩ ጅሮማክ ግር ቶስ ታባኖ ካእዳንክያ።”BSBBSB: And if your eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life with one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into the fire of hell.
10. 10BSWEዳሩሪ ካግራ ኤርግቻልክሶ አርጌቶ ዳሩሪ ካግሮ ኣቦኬ ሆረ ማንኮግራን ሂናኣ ክጪጫኮ ኮና ጎጎቱፋኖንኮ እስኦራዬን። [BSBBSB: See that you do not look down on any of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of My Father in heaven.

12. 12BSWEየሱሳና አደ፥ “አላ ኢን ሰጋ፤ እባዶት ኮ እዳድ ቦል ካአቦ ጎሌ፥ እሶ ኦሮኮ ኮ ጎባየ ሳጋልታምኮ ሳጋሊ ዎዳሚ ጉት ኢሰጉረ ካባየሮ ኮ ዶታዪን ላኮሴታሮያ?BSBBSB: What do you think? If a man has a hundred sheep and one of them goes astray, will he not leave the ninety-nine on the hills and go out to search for the one that is lost?
13. 13BSWEአን ሩምና አማራ፥ ካባየሮ ኢዳዶ ጎሄላሮ ኦግራን ሳጋልታምኮ ሳጋሊ እዳድኮ ሱረ ሀሱ ካሄላመሮን ገጌላታራ።BSBBSB: And if he finds it, truly I tell you, he rejoices more over that one sheep than over the ninety-nine that did not go astray.
14. 14BSWEኡሱማለና ሂካ ክጪጫር ኦሮኮ ኮ ጎጎባሮን ዳሩሪ ካግሮ ኣቦክስንት ፈኢ ላኮቶ።BSBBSB: In the same way, your Father in heaven is not willing that any of these little ones should perish.
15. 15BSWE“አቢካ ኩ ሚርኢ ጎግረ ሴጉዴ ኡሱነ ዎታ ላማ ላዴን ባስኬሳ ሰጊ፥ ኩ ጎማለ አባባተደ አቢካ የላታ።BSBBSB: If your brother sins against you, go and confront him privately. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over.
16. 16BSWEማላና ጎዋተ አደ እባዶ ላማ ጎርቱን ሴድ ካአቶቴራ አየስ ዱባ ማንኮአታታሮ ማራን እባዶ ኮ ጎርቱን ላማ አት ሴጉዴ ጋፋችስ።BSBBSB: But if he will not listen, take one or two others along, so that ‘every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.’
17. 17BSWEእሶና ማላና ጎዋተ ምን ካዋክ እባዶን ሰጊ፥ ምን ካዋክ እባዶ ካማሎን ጎሌ አይዛብ አንና ቃራጣ ካኩኩይሳሮ ኣን ቶቲ።BSBBSB: If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church. And if he refuses to listen even to the church, regard him as you would a pagan or a tax collector.
18. 18BSWE“አን ሩምና አማራ፥ እስን ኡል ካሺተን ዱባ ዳሩሪ ካሽያመ ላራ፥ እስን ኡል ካፉርቴን ዱባ ዳሩርና ካፉራመ ላራ።BSBBSB: Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.
19. 19BSWE“አደና አን ሩምና አማራ፥ ኡል ጉት ላማ ሊዴን ማምስክ አዬንሳ ዎታ እስኣት ዋ ጎኤባቴን ዳሩሪ ካግራ ኣቦክ ማልረ እሶን ፈሎዋ።BSBBSB: Again, I tell you truly that if two of you on the earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by My Father in heaven.
20. 20BSWEላማ ጎርቱን ሴድ ሊጉሬን መገኬይ ታኮኩኩአማራን ባንኤይ አን እሶ ኦሮ ሙትናራ።”BSBBSB: For where two or three gather together in My name, there am I with them.”
21. 21BSWEሀሱ ጎራታ ጴጢሮሳ የሱሳ ቶስ ጋባላመረ “ጎታ! አቢክ እን ጎሚረኤ ምያ ጋል ኡሱን ሀሄሶ አምራ? ታ ቶዶባ ጌሮይያ?” አመ ሆሳተ።BSBBSB: Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother who sins against me? Up to seven times?”
22. 22BSWEየሱሳና፥ “ቶዶባታም ጋል ቶዶባ ኳሬ ቶዶባ ጋል ካላል አን ላኮአማሮ” አመ።BSBBSB: Jesus answered, “I tell you, not just seven times, but seventy-seven times!
23. 23BSWE“ሃንሱን ዎኖናት ካዳሩረ ኡሱን ኦሀንዳራንኮት ገነ ካግሮ ማራጋደ ቶት ድን ካዶታታሮ ዎኖ ኣን ላራ።BSBBSB: Because of this, the kingdom of heaven is like a king who wanted to settle accounts with his servants.
24. 24BSWEዎኖና ማራጋደኬሳ ቶታይን ካኮሀጋአባረ ጎራታ ኩማ ካሞጋኒ ካቶታምሮ ማራጋደ አንዛ ካአቦ እባዶት ኮ ኡሱ ቶስ ኣተን ኤመተን።BSBBSB: As he began the settlements, a debtor owing ten thousand talents was brought to him.
25. 25BSWEሂክ ካሀንዳረክና አንዛ ሙርን ማንኮዋተሮ ማራን ኡሱኔ፥ ኦርቴሳነ፥ ይስኬሳነ፥ ኡራዎኦቴሳነ ዱባ ዳዳላም አንዛ ጎጎሙራንቶ ጎታ አጃጄ።BSBBSB: Since the man was unable to pay, the master ordered that he be sold to pay his debt, along with his wife and children and everything he owned.
26. 26BSWE“ሀሱ ጎራታ ካሀንዳረክና ጎታከሳኮት ሉኪ ኢየጉረ ኦብሲ፤ ታአቦ አንዛ ዱባ ጋቾ ኩን አን ሙራ አመ ኤባተ።BSBBSB: Then the servant fell on his knees before him. ‘Have patience with me,’ he begged, ‘and I will pay back everything.’
27. 27BSWEጎታኬሳና ነኔኤይሳተጉረ ኡሱ ጋፋረ፥ አንዛተሳና ኢሳገ።BSBBSB: His master had compassion on him, forgave his debt, and released him.
28. 28BSWE“ሀሱ ካሀንዳረክና ጎታ ሆረኮ ጎጎቤይ ማራጋደኬሳ ጣጋራ ካአቦ አንዛ ካአባናየ ኡሱነ ዎታ ካፈላረ ኡናቴሳ ካሌራ እባዶት ኮ ሄለጉረ ጩልኤ አበረ ታአብቶ አንዛ ህታኒ ኢን ሙር!” አመ።BSBBSB: But when that servant went out, he found one of his fellow servants who owed him a hundred denarii. He grabbed him and began to choke him, saying, ‘Pay back what you owe me!’
29. 29BSWE“ሀሱ ሳትኬሳና ኡሱ ሆረ ኢየጉረ፥ ‘ማጋኔ ኦብስ አን ኩን ሙሮዋ’ አመ ኤባተ።BSBBSB: So his fellow servant fell down and begged him, ‘Have patience with me, and I will pay you back.’
30. 30BSWE“አየሱን ጎአመን ታአቦ አንዛ ኡሱ ሙር ታጉድስሮይ ኦብሳና ዋተረ ምን ካሻኖ ኡሱ ታብሰ።BSBBSB: But he refused. Instead, he went and had the man thrown into prison until he could pay his debt.
31. 31BSWEካሌሮ አየስ ካዴራ ካካለ ካፈሎ እባዶና ነኔኤይሳተ፥ ካሌሮ ዱባና ሰተንጉረን ጎታክሶዉን ሰገን።BSBBSB: When his fellow servants saw what had happened, they were greatly distressed, and they went and recounted all of this to their master.
32. 32BSWE“ኡሱ ጎራታ ጎታና ሀሱ ካሀንዳሮ ኡምስሰጉረ ሃ አመ፥ ‘አት ካሜላን ካሀንዳታ!’ ‘አት እን ማንኮኤባተተ ማራን ሀሴ አንዛ ዱባ አን ኩን ኢሰረ፤BSBBSB: Then the master summoned him and said, ‘You wicked servant! I forgave all your debt because you begged me.
33. 33BSWEአን ኩን ጎጎኢሰሮ አትና ካጌላታቶካዉን ነኔኤይሳይን ላኮዶትሳረየ?’BSBBSB: Shouldn’t you have had mercy on your fellow servant, just as I had on you?’
34. 34BSWEእኦተረ ታአቦ አንዛ ዱባ ሙር ታጉድስሮን ካሻሮና ካሙርሳሮን ሮርሰ ኡሱ ስሰ።BSBBSB: In anger his master turned him over to the jailers to be tortured, until he should repay all that he owed.
35. 35BSWE“ሃንሱን እስን መተመቴ አቢላልትስኑን ዎዳናኮ ሀሄሶ ጎአሞን ካዳሩረ ኣቦክስን እስና ሂካማሌ የልናራ።”BSBBSB: That is how My heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother from your heart.”
