GofaBerean Standard Bible

1. 1GOFEየሱሲ አይሁደ ዎሳ ኬꬅ ስም ገልስ። ያን ኩሸይ ጉንድዳ እስ ኡራይ ደኤስ።BSBBSB: Once again Jesus entered the synagogue, and a man with a withered hand was there.
2. 2GOFEእስ እስ አሳይ የሱሳ ሞታናዉ ኮይድ፥ ኩሸይ ጉንድዳ ኡራ ሳምባታ ጋላስ እ ፓꬅኮነ አግኮ በአናዉ ኮይድ ምንꬅድ ናጎሶና።BSBBSB: In order to accuse Jesus, they were watching to see if He would heal on the Sabbath.
3. 3GOFEየሱሲ ኩሸይ ጉንድዳ ኡራ፥ “ደንዳ ኤቃዳ ሃ ስን ያ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: Then Jesus said to the man with the withered hand, “Stand up among us.”
4. 4GOFEሄሳፈ ጉየ፥ አሳኮ፥ “ሳምባታ ጋላስ ሎኦባ ኦይስ ዎገየ ኢታባ ኦይስ ዎጌ? አሳ ሸምፖ አሾየ ዎይኮ ዎꬎ?” ያግድ ኦይችስ። ሽን አሳይ ስእ ግስ።BSBBSB: And He asked them, “Which is lawful on the Sabbath: to do good or to do evil, to save life or to destroy it?” But they were silent.
5. 5GOFEየሱሲ ሀንቀትድ፥ ኤንታ ዩሽ አꬅ ፄልድ፥ ኤንቲ ኦድን ስኦናይሳታ ግድያ ግሾ፥ ኤንታ ቦላ ዳሮ አዛንስ። ሄ አድያኮ፥ “ነ ኩሽያ ፕድ ኦꬃ” ያግስ። ኡራይ ፕድ ኦꬅን እያ ኩሸይ ፓፅስ።BSBBSB: Jesus looked around at them with anger and sorrow at their hardness of heart. Then He said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” So he stretched it out, and it was restored.
6. 6GOFEኤለስድ ፋርሳወት አይሁደ ዎሳ ኬꬃፈ ካረ ከይድ፥ የሱሳ ዋት ዎꬋነኮ ማቀታናዉ ሄሮዲሳ ባጋታራ እስ ሶ ሺቅዶሶና።BSBBSB: At this, the Pharisees went out and began plotting with the Herodians how they might kill Jesus.
7. 7GOFEየሱሲ ባ ታማረታራ ጋልላ አባኮ ብስ። ጋልላፐነ ይሁዳፐ ይዳ ዳሮ አሳይ እያ ካልዶሶና።BSBBSB: So Jesus withdrew with His disciples to the sea, accompanied by a large crowd from Galilee, Judea,
8. 8GOFEቃስካ የሩሳላመፐ፥ ኤዶምያሳፐ፥ ዮርዳኖሰ ሻፋ ፕንꬃፈ፥ ፅሮሳ ካታማፐነ ስዶና ካታማፐ የሱሲ ኦꬅዳባ ስእድ፥ ዳሮ አሳይ እያኮ ይዶሶና።BSBBSB: Jerusalem, Idumea, the region beyond the Jordan, and the vicinity of Tyre and Sidon. The large crowd came to Him when they heard what great things He was doing.
9. 9GOFEአሳ ዳሮተꬃፈ ደንዶይሳን እያ ኡንኤꬆና መላ እያ ታማረት ዎጎሎ እያዉ ጊግሳና መላ ኪትስ።BSBBSB: Jesus asked His disciples to have a boat ready for Him so that the crowd would not crush Him.
10. 10GOFEዳሮ አሳ እ ፓꬅዳ ግሾ፥ ሀርግያ አሳ ኡባይ እያ ቦቻናዉ ሱገቶሶና።BSBBSB: For He had healed so many that all who had diseases were pressing forward to touch Him.
11. 11GOFEቱና አያናይ ኦይክዳ አሳት እያ በእዳ ዎደ እያ ስንꬃን ኩንድድ፥ ባንታ ቃላ ꬎቁ ኦꬅድ፥ “ኔኒ ፆሳ ናኣ ግድኪ?” ያጎሶና።BSBBSB: And when the unclean spirits saw Him, they fell down before Him and cried out, “You are the Son of God!”
12. 12GOFEሄ ቱና አያናት እያ ኦናተꬃ ኦደስካ ቆንጭሶና መላ ኤንታዉ ምንꬅድ ኦድስ።BSBBSB: But He warned them sternly not to make Him known.
13. 13GOFEየሱሲ ደርያ ቦላ ከይድ፥ ባ ኮይዳ አሳታ ባኮ ፄግስ፤ ኤንትካ እያኮ ብዶሶና።BSBBSB: Then Jesus went up on the mountain and called for those He wanted, and they came to Him.
14. 14GOFEኤንቲ ባራ ዳና መላነ ቃላ ታማርሳና መላ ታማነ ናምአታ ዶርድ፥ ኤንታ፥ “ሀዋረታ” ግድ ሱንꬅስ።BSBBSB: He appointed twelve of them, whom He designated as apostles, to accompany Him, to be sent out to preach,
15. 15GOFEቱና አያናታካ ከሳና መላ ኤንታዉ ማታ እሚስ።BSBBSB: and to have authority to drive out demons.
16. 16GOFEእ ዶርዳ ታማነ ናምአት ሀይሳታ፦ ጰፅሮሳ ያግድ ሱንꬅዳ ስሞና፥BSBBSB: These are the twelve He appointed: Simon (whom He named Peter),
17. 17GOFEቦአነርገስ (ዳዳ ናይታ) ያግድ ሱንꬅዳይሳታ፥ ዛብድዮሳ ናይታ ያይቆባነ ያይቆባ እሻ ዮሃንሳ፥BSBBSB: James son of Zebedee and his brother John (whom He named Boanerges, meaning “Sons of Thunder”),
18. 18GOFEእንድርያሳ፥ ፍልጶሳ፥ ባርተለሞሳ፥ ማቶሳ፥ ቶማሳ፥ እልፍዮሳ ናአ ያይቆባ፥ ታድዮሳ፥ ባ ቢታስ ምሸትያ ስሞናነ፥BSBBSB: Andrew, Philip, Bartholomew, Matthew, Thomas, James son of Alphaeus, Thaddaeus, Simon the Zealot,
19. 19GOFEየሱሳ አꬅድ እምዳ አስቆሮታ ይሁዳ።BSBBSB: and Judas Iscariot, who betrayed Jesus.
20. 20GOFEሄሳፈ ጉየ፥ የሱሲ ሶ ብስ። ቃስ ዳሮ አሳይ ሺቅን፥ እነ እያ ታማረት ሀር አቶሽን ካꬅ ማናዉካ ዳንዳእቦኮና።BSBBSB: Then Jesus went home, and once again a crowd gathered, so that He and His disciples could not even eat.
21. 21GOFEአሳይ እያ፥ “ጎዬስ” ግያ ግሾ፥ እያ ዳቦት ሄሳ ስእድ እያ ኤካናዉ ብዶሶና።BSBBSB: When His family heard about this, they went out to take custody of Him, saying, “He is out of His mind.”
22. 22GOFEህገ አስታማረታፐ እሶት እሶት የሩሳላመፐ ይድ፥ “እያ ቦላ ብኤል-ዘቡል ደኤስ”፥ እ፥ “ፃላሄይ ዎልቃን ቱና አያናታ ከሴስ” ያግድ ኦደትዶሶና።BSBBSB: And the scribes who had come down from Jerusalem were saying, “He is possessed by Beelzebul,” and, “By the prince of the demons He drives out demons.”
23. 23GOFEየሱሲ አሳ ባኮ ፄግድ ሌምሶ ኦድስ። “ፃላሄይ ፃላሄ ዋት ከሳናዉ ዳንዳኢ?BSBBSB: So Jesus called them together and began to speak to them in parables: “How can Satan drive out Satan?
24. 24GOFEእስ ካዎተꬃይ ባ ግዶን ሻከትኮ ሄ ካዎተꬃይ ኤቃናዉ ዳንዳኤና።BSBBSB: If a kingdom is divided against itself, it cannot stand.
25. 25GOFEሄሳዳካ፥ እስ ኬꬃ አሳይ ባንታ ግዶን ሻከትኮ ꬋያናፐ አትሽን፥ ዳናዉ ዳንዳኦኮና።BSBBSB: If a house is divided against itself, it cannot stand.
26. 26GOFEህዛ፥ ፃላሄይ ባራ ካጨትድ ሻከትኮ ꬋዮፐ አትሽን፥ ዳናዉ ዳንዳኤና።BSBBSB: And if Satan is divided and rises against himself, he cannot stand; his end has come.
27. 27GOFE“ሽን ኮይሮትድ ዎልቃማ ኡራ ቃቾና ደእሸ እያ ኬꬃ ገልድ፥ እያ ሚሽያ ቦንቃናዉ ዳንዳእያ አስ ባዋ። ቃች ስሚድ እያ ኬꬃ ቦንቃናዉ ዳንዳኤስ።BSBBSB: Indeed, no one can enter a strong man’s house to steal his possessions unless he first ties up the strong man. Then he can plunder his house.
28. 28GOFE“ታኒ ህንተዉ ቱማ ኦዳይስ፤ ፆሳይ አሳ ናይታስ ናጋራ ኡባነ ኤንቲ ጫይያ ጫሸ ኡባ አቶ ጋና።BSBBSB: Truly I tell you, the sons of men will be forgiven all sins and blasphemies, as many as they utter.
29. 29GOFEሽን ጌሻ አያና ቦላ ኢታባ ኦደትያ ኦደስካ መርና ናጋራ ግዳናፐ አትሽን፥ ፆሳይ ኡባራካ እያ ማረና” ያግስ።BSBBSB: But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of eternal sin.”
30. 30GOFEየሱሲ ሄሳ ግዳይ፥ እስ እስ አሳት፥ “እያ ቦላ ቱና አያናይ ደኤስ” ያግዳ ግሾሳ።BSBBSB: Jesus made this statement because they were saying, “He has an unclean spirit.”
31. 31GOFEእያ አያነ እያ እሻት ይድ ካረን ኤቅድ፥ እያኮ አሰ ኪትድ እያ ፄግዶሶና።BSBBSB: Then Jesus’ mother and brothers came and stood outside. They sent someone in to summon Him,
32. 32GOFEእያ ማታን ኡትዳ ዳሮ አሳት፥ “ሄኮ፥ ነ አየራነ ነ እሻታራ ካረን ኤቅድ ነና ኮዮሶና” ያግዶሶና።BSBBSB: and a crowd was sitting around Him. “Look,” He was told, “Your mother and brothers are outside, asking for You.”
33. 33GOFEየሱሲ ዛሪድ፥ “ታ አይያ ኦኔ? ቃስ ታ እሻት ኦናንቴ?” ያግስ።BSBBSB: But Jesus replied, “Who are My mother and My brothers?”
34. 34GOFEባ ማታን ኡትዳ አሳ ዩሽ አꬅ ፄልድ፥ “ሄኮ፥ ታ አያነ ታ እሻት ሀይሳታ።BSBBSB: Looking at those seated in a circle around Him, He said, “Here are My mother and My brothers!
35. 35GOFEፆሳይ ሸንያ ኦꬅያ ኡባይ ታ እሻ፥ ታ ምቾነ ታ አዮ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: For whoever does the will of God is My brother and sister and mother.”
