2 ULB તમે મારા કૃપાનિધિ, મારો ગઢ, મારો ઊંચો કિલ્લો તથા મારા બચાવનાર છો, તમે મારી ઢાલ તથા જેમના પર મારો ભરોસો છે તે તમે જ છો, તમે દેશોને મારે તાબે કરો છો. 3 ULB હે યહોવાહ, માણસ તે શા લેખામાં છે કે, તમે તેની કાળજી રાખો છો અથવા માણસનો દીકરો કોણ કે તેના વિષે તમે વિચારો છો? BSB BSB: O LORD, what is man, that You regard him, the son of man that You think of him?
4 ULB માણસ તો શ્વાસ જેવું છે; તેના દિવસો સરી જતી છાયા જેવા છે. BSB BSB: Man is like a breath; his days are like a passing shadow.
5 ULB હે યહોવાહ, તમારાં આકાશોને નીચે નમાવીને ઊતરી આવો; પર્વતોને સ્પર્શ કરો, એટલે તેઓ ધુમાડો કાઢશે. BSB BSB: Part Your heavens, O LORD, and come down; touch the mountains, that they may smoke.
6 ULB વીજળી ચમકાવો અને મારા શત્રુઓને વિખેરી નાખો; તમારાં બાણ છોડીને તેઓને હરાવી દો. BSB BSB: Flash forth Your lightning and scatter them; shoot Your arrows and rout them.
7 ULB ઉપરથી તમારા હાથ લંબાવો; ઘણા પાણીમાંથી મારો છુટકારો કરો વિદેશીઓના હાથમાંથી મને બચાવો. BSB BSB: Reach down from on high; set me free and rescue me from the deep waters, from the grasp of foreigners,
8 ULB તેઓનાં મુખ જૂઠું બોલે છે અને તેઓનો જમણો હાથ તો જૂઠનો હાથ છે. BSB BSB: whose mouths speak falsehood, whose right hands are deceitful.
9 ULB હે ઈશ્વર, હું તમારે માટે નવું ગીત ગાઈશ; દશ તારવાળાં વાજિંત્ર સાથે હું તમારી સમક્ષ નવું ગીત ગાઈશ. BSB BSB: I will sing to You a new song, O God; on a harp of ten strings I will make music to You—
10 ULB તમે રાજાઓને તારણ આપો છો; તમે તમારા સેવક દાઉદને ઘાતકી તલવારથી બચાવ્યો. BSB BSB: to Him who gives victory to kings, who frees His servant David from the deadly sword.
11 ULB મને છોડાવો અને મને આ વિદેશીઓના હાથમાંથી મુક્ત કરો તેઓનું મુખ મિથ્યા બોલે છે તેઓના જમણા હાથો કપટના હાથો છે. BSB BSB: Set me free and rescue me from the grasp of foreigners, whose mouths speak falsehood, whose right hands are deceitful.
12 ULB અમારા પુત્રો પોતાની યુવાવસ્થામાં વધેલા રોપા જેવા થાઓ; અને અમારી પુત્રીઓ રાજમહેલની શણગારેલી ખૂણાની થાંભલીઓ જેવી થાઓ. BSB BSB: Then our sons will be like plants nurtured in their youth, our daughters like corner pillars carved to adorn a palace.
13 ULB અમારી વખારો વિવિધ જાતનાં બધાં અનાજથી ભરપૂર થાઓ; અને અમારાં ઘેટાં અમારા વાડાઓમાં હજારો અને દશ હજારો બચ્ચાંને જન્મ આપનારાં થાઓ. BSB BSB: Our storehouses will be full, supplying all manner of produce; our flocks will bring forth thousands, tens of thousands in our fields.
14 ULB અમારા બળદો ખેતરોની પેદાશથી લાદેલા થાઓ; ગાબડું પાડનાર કોઈ પણ ન થાઓ; નાસી છૂટનાર કોઈ ન હો અને શેરીઓમાં કોઈ બૂમ ન પડો. BSB BSB: Our oxen will bear great loads. There will be no breach in the walls, no going into captivity, and no cry of lament in our streets.
15 ULB જે લોકો આવા હોય છે તેઓ આશીર્વાદિત હોય છે; જેઓનો ઈશ્વર યહોવાહ છે તેઓ આનંદિત છે. BSB BSB: Blessed are the people of whom this is so; blessed are the people whose God is the LORD.
