Surely You were angry, for we sinned. How can we be saved if we remain in our sins?
6 UDB हम सभी ऐसे लोग बन गए हैं जो आपकी आराधना करने के लिए उपयुक्त नहीं हैं; हमने जो अच्छे कार्य किए हैं, वे केवल लहू के धब्बे वाले चिथड़ों के समान हैं। हमारे पापों के कारण, हम सभी सूखी पत्तियों के समान हैं और हवा से उड़ा दिए जाते हैं। BSB BSB: Each of us has become like something unclean, and all our righteous acts are like filthy rags; we all wither like a leaf, and our iniquities carry us away like the wind.

10 UDB यहूदा में आपके सारे नगर जंगल के समान बन गए हैं; यहाँ तक कि यरूशलेम भी नष्ट हो गया है। BSB BSB: Your holy cities have become a wilderness. Zion has become a wasteland and Jerusalem a desolation.
11 UDB सिय्योन पर्वत पर आपका गौरवशाली मन्दिर, जहाँ हमारे पूर्वजों ने आपकी आराधना की थी, पूरी तरह से जला दिया गया है। और हमारी सब अन्य सुन्दर चीजें नष्ट हो गई हैं। BSB BSB: Our holy and beautiful temple, where our fathers praised You, has been burned with fire, and all that was dear to us lies in ruins.
12 UDB हे यहोवा, आप उन सभी चीजों को देखते हैं, परन्तु ऐसा लगता है कि आप हमारी सहायता करने के लिए कुछ भी करने से मना करते हैं। ऐसा लगता है कि आप हमें और अधिक पीड़ित होने देंगे।” BSB BSB: After all this, O LORD, will You restrain Yourself? Will You keep silent and afflict us beyond measure?
