LIN
Bafutisi mpako mpe bato ya masumu bapusanaki bango nyonso pene ya Yesu mpo na koyoka Ye.
BSB
BSB:
Now all the tax collectors and sinners were gathering around to listen to Jesus.
2
LIN
Kasi Bafarizeo mpe balakisi ya Mobeko bazalaki koyimayima mpe koloba : — Moto oyo azali koyamba bato ya masumu mpe kolia mesa moko elongo na bango.
BSB
BSB:
So the Pharisees and scribes began to grumble: “This man welcomes sinners and eats with them.”
3
LIN
Bongo Yesu alobaki na bango lisese oyo :
BSB
BSB:
Then Jesus told them this parable:
4
LIN
— Soki moko kati na bino azali na bameme nkama moko, bongo moko kati na yango ebungi ; boni, akotika te bameme tuku libwa na libwa kati na esobe mpo na kokende koluka moko oyo ewuti kobunga kino amona yango ?
BSB
BSB:
“What man among you, if he has a hundred sheep and loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the pasture and go after the one that is lost, until he finds it?
5
LIN
Mpe tango akomona yango, akotia yango na mapeka na ye, na esengo.
BSB
BSB:
And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders,
6
LIN
Bongo, tango kaka akokoma na ndako na ye, akobengisa balingami mpe baninga na ye, akoloba na bango : « Bosepela na ngai elongo, pamba te namoni meme na ngai, oyo ebungaki ! »
BSB
BSB:
comes home, and calls together his friends and neighbors to tell them, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found my lost sheep!’
7
LIN
Na nzela yango, nazali koloba na bino : esengo oyo ekozala kati na Likolo mpo na mosumuki moko kaka oyo abongoli motema, eleki esengo mpo na bato ya sembo tuku libwa na libwa oyo bazali na posa te ya kobongola mitema.
BSB
BSB:
I tell you that in the same way there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous ones who do not need to repent.
8
LIN
Soki mwasi azali na mbongo ya bibende zomi mpe abungisi moko kati na yango, boni, apelisaka mwinda te, akombaka ndako te mpo na koluka yango malamu kino amona yango ?
BSB
BSB:
Or what woman who has ten silver coins and loses one of them does not light a lamp, sweep her house, and search carefully until she finds it?
9
LIN
Bongo soki amoni yango, abengisaka balingami na ye elongo na baninga na ye, mpe alobaka na bango : « Bosepela na ngai elongo, pamba te namoni mbongo na ngai, oyo ebungaki ! »
BSB
BSB:
And when she finds it, she calls together her friends and neighbors to say, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found my lost coin.’
10
LIN
Na nzela yango, nazali koloba na bino : ba-anjelu ya Nzambe basepelaka mpo na mosumuki moko oyo abongoli motema.
BSB
BSB:
In the same way, I tell you, there is joy in the presence of God’s angels over one sinner who repents.”
11
LIN
Yesu alobaki lisusu : — Mobali moko azalaki na bana mibali mibale.
BSB
BSB:
Then Jesus said,
“There was a man who had two sons.
12
LIN
Leki alobaki na tata na ye : « Tata, pesa ngai eteni na ngai ya libula. » Mpe tata akabolelaki bango biloko na ye.
BSB
BSB:
The younger son said to him, ‘Father, give me my share of the estate.’ So he divided his property between them.
13
LIN
Sima na mwa mikolo, leki azwaki biloko nyonso oyo azalaki na yango, akendeki na mboka moko ya mosika. Kuna, asakanaki na bozwi na ye, abikaki bomoi ya mobulu.
BSB
BSB:
After a few days, the younger son got everything together and journeyed to a distant country, where he squandered his wealth in wild living.
14
LIN
Sima na ye kosakana na bozwi na ye nyonso, nzala makasi ekotaki kati na mboka yango mobimba, mpe akomaki kokelela.
BSB
BSB:
After he had spent all he had, a severe famine swept through that country, and he began to be in need.
15
LIN
Boye akendeki komikomisa lokola mosali epai ya moto moko ya mboka yango. Moto yango atindaki ye na bilanga na ye mpo na koleisa bangulu.
BSB
BSB:
So he went and hired himself out to a citizen of that country, who sent him into his fields to feed the pigs.
16
LIN
Mwana alukaki ata kolia bilei ya bangulu, kasi moto ata moko te apesaki ye yango.
BSB
BSB:
He longed to fill his belly with the pods the pigs were eating, but no one would give him a thing.
17
LIN
Bongo akomaki kokanisa na tina na bomoi na ye, alobaki : « Basali boni tata na ngai azwa na mosala mpe bazali kolia ndenge balingi, mpe biloko ya kolia eleki kutu ebele ; kasi ngai nazali kokufa awa na nzala !
BSB
BSB:
Finally he came to his senses and said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants have plenty of food, but here I am, starving to death!
18
LIN
Nazwi mokano ya kobima mpe kozonga epai ya tata na ngai ; nakoloba na ye : ‹ Tata, nasali masumu liboso ya Nzambe mpe liboso na yo.
BSB
BSB:
I will get up and go back to my father and say to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you.
19
LIN
Nabongi lisusu te kobengama mwana na yo ; zwa ngai lokola moko kati na basali na yo ! › »
BSB
BSB:
I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Make me like one of your hired servants.”’
20
LIN
Boye, abimaki mpe azongaki epai ya tata na ye. Wana azalaki nanu mosika, tata na ye amonaki ye, ayokelaki ye mawa mingi ; apotaki mbangu mpo na kokutana na mwana na ye, amibwakaki na nzoto na ye mpe ayambaki ye.
BSB
BSB:
So he got up and went to his father. But while he was still in the distance, his father saw him and was filled with compassion. He ran to his son, embraced him, and kissed him.
21
LIN
Mwana alobaki na tata na ye : « Tata, nasali masumu liboso ya Nzambe mpe liboso na yo, nabongi lisusu te kobengama mwana na yo. »
BSB
BSB:
The son declared, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son.’
22
LIN
Kasi tata alobaki na basali na ye : « Bomema na lombangu nzambala oyo eleki kitoko mpe bolatisa ye yango ; bolatisa ye lopete, na mosapi, mpe basandale, na makolo na ye.
BSB
BSB:
But the father said to his servants, ‘Quick! Bring the best robe and put it on him. Put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet.
23
LIN
Boya na mwana ngombe ya mafuta mpe boboma yango ; tolia mpe tosala feti,
BSB
BSB:
Bring the fattened calf and kill it. Let us feast and celebrate.
24
LIN
pamba te mwana na ngai, oyo bozali komona, akufaki, kasi azongi lisusu na bomoi ; abungaki, kasi amonani ! » Boye babandaki feti na esengo makasi.
BSB
BSB:
For this son of mine was dead and is alive again! He was lost and is found!’ So they began to celebrate.
25
LIN
Na tango yango, kulutu na ye azalaki nanu kati na bilanga. Tango akomaki pene ya ndako, ayokaki miziki mpe makelele ya mabina.
BSB
BSB:
Meanwhile the older son was in the field, and as he approached the house, he heard music and dancing.
26
LIN
Boye abengaki moko kati na basali mpe atunaki ye makambo oyo ezali koleka.
BSB
BSB:
So he called one of the servants and asked what was going on.
27
LIN
Mosali azongisaki : « Ndeko na yo azongi ! Tata na yo abomi mwana ngombe ya mafuta, pamba te amoni ye nzoto malamu mpe nzoto kolongono. »
BSB
BSB:
‘Your brother has returned,’ he said, ‘and your father has killed the fattened calf, because he has him back safe and sound.’
28
LIN
Kulutu asilikaki makasi mpe aboyaki kokota. Boye tata na ye abimaki mpe abondelaki ye.
BSB
BSB:
The older son became angry and refused to go in. So his father came out and pleaded with him.
29
LIN
Kasi azongiselaki tata na ye : « Tala ! Mibu nyonso oyo nazalaki kosalela yo lokola mowumbu, natikalaki koboya te kotosa mitindo na yo. Nzokande, otikala nanu kopesa ngai te ata mwana ntaba mpo ete nasepela elongo na balingami na ngai.
BSB
BSB:
But he answered his father, ‘Look, all these years I have served you and never disobeyed a commandment of yours. Yet you never gave me even a young goat so I could celebrate with my friends.
30
LIN
Kasi tango mwana na yo, oyo ya mobali azongi na ndako, ye oyo asili kosakana na biloko na yo, na mobulu elongo na basi ya ndumba, obomi mwana ngombe ya mafuta mpo na ye ! »
BSB
BSB:
But when this son of yours returns from squandering your wealth with prostitutes, you kill the fattened calf for him!’
31
LIN
Tata azongiselaki ye : « Mwana na ngai, ozalaka elongo na ngai tango nyonso, mpe biloko na ngai nyonso ezali ya yo.
BSB
BSB:
‘Son, you are always with me,’ the father said, ‘and all that is mine is yours.
32
LIN
Kasi tosengelaki kaka kosala feti mpe kosepela, pamba te ndeko na yo, oyo ozali komona, akufaki, kasi azongi lisusu na bomoi ; abungaki, kasi amonani ! »
BSB
BSB:
But it was fitting to celebrate and be glad, because this brother of yours was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’”
