9 ULB मनुष्य महान असला म्हणजेच तो ज्ञानी असतो असे नाही, जे वयाने मोठे आहेत त्यांनाच न्यायाची जाण आहे असेही नाही. BSB BSB: It is not only the old who are wise, or the elderly who understand justice.
10 ULB त्या कारणामुळे मी तुम्हास म्हणतो, माझ्याकडे तुम्ही लक्ष द्या, मी देखील माझे ज्ञान तुम्हास सांगेन. BSB BSB: Therefore I say, ‘Listen to me; I too will declare what I know.’

13 ULB संभाळा, आम्हास ज्ञान सापडले असे म्हणण्यास धजू नको! देव ईयोबाला हरवील, मर्त्य मणुष्य हे करू शकत नाही. BSB BSB: So do not claim, ‘We have found wisdom; let God, not man, refute him.’
14 ULB ईयोबाने त्याचे शब्द माझ्या विरोधात वापरले नाहीत, म्हणून मी तुमच्या शब्दांनी त्यास उत्तर देणार नाही. BSB BSB: But Job has not directed his words against me, and I will not answer him with your arguments.
15 ULB हे तीनही माणसे मुके झाले आहेत, आता ते ईयोबाला उत्तर देऊ शकत नाहीत. BSB BSB: Job’s friends are dismayed, with no more to say; words have escaped them.

19 ULB पाहा, माझे मन बंद करून ठेवलेल्या द्राक्षारसाप्रमाणे झाले आहे, नवीन द्राक्षारसाच्या बूधल्याप्रणाणे ते फुटण्यास आले आहे. BSB BSB: Behold, my belly is like unvented wine; it is about to burst like a new wineskin.
