8 PBM Takka pani nippa panewi waina? "Nipanewi nai Allah o nggi ti karasamu nidai: ti rowiwimu dangngu ti dalu atimu. "Nikadai nipanewi nimm mannu nippa lolukanna. BSB BSB: How then can they call on the One in whom they have not believed? And how can they believe in the One of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone to preach?

BSB BSB: And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”
16 PBM Takka atta ngaranduka ndaba ammada tu mambusa nggi ni panewi nimma ndasa nippa langi nai Nabi Yesaya banna panewi, "Muri, heraka ma wai ni panewi nippa mbada rangi nda wali ti yami? BSB BSB: But not all of them welcomed the good news. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our message?”
17 PBM Tunisa, ni Pawai ni o nggi mulanika nippa sanggi dangngu ni parangi wali ti Li nai Kristus. BSB BSB: Consequently, faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.
18 PBM Takka yawwa ku pakatanana, "ma angga tu Yahudi ndo atta da rangi amma? "Da rangi kadda, ni li a yidda na tomai banna njalara ndaba nggi ni pannu tana, dangngu ni papanewi waida yidda na tomai ti suppu dira tana." (Mazmur 19:5) BSB BSB: But I ask, did they not hear? Indeed they did: “Their voice has gone out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.”
19 PBM Takka yawwa ku panewi wa. "Pani yidda tu Israel atta da lakasa ammanggi? "Nimma kawunga nai Musa nimma panewi, yawwa ku pakaddi ni wukku ni ni atimu ti sada da yiddana ma atta wali ti sange tana, dangngu ku pakaddi ni mbani ndoku mu ti sadada tu sange tana makambanga. BSB BSB: I ask instead, did Israel not understand? First, Moses says: “I will make you jealous by those who are not a nation; I will make you angry by a nation without understanding.”
20 PBM Dangngu Yesaya n akalada ati banna panewi: yawwa ku njabbura ea yidda a atta manyarra ngga yawana; yawwa baku patakka wikki nawwa ti yidda ma atta katanawa yawwa. BSB BSB: And Isaiah boldly says: “I was found by those who did not seek Me; I revealed Myself to those who did not ask for Me.”
21 PBM Takka ni ngera nda yitta na Israel yinna Yesaya na panewi tarraladdu yawwa ku dedikanna lumma-Nggu ti yidda tu ma atta manundu dangngu tu malawai. BSB BSB: But as for Israel he says: “All day long I have held out My hands to a disobedient and obstinate people.”
