3 UDB त्यसपछि तिनीहरूले आगोका ज्वालाहरूजस्तो देखे। ती ज्वालाहरू एक-अर्काबाट छुट्टिए र तिनीहरूमध्ये हरेक विश्वासीहरूका टाउका माथि आए। BSB BSB: They saw tongues like flames of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them.
4 UDB त्यसपछि सबै विश्वासीहरू पवित्र आत्माले भरिए अनि तिनीहरू हरेकलाई आत्माले सक्षम बनाए अनुसार फरक भाषाहरूमा बोल्न थाले। BSB BSB: And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.

10 UDB त्यहाँ केही मानिसहरू फ्रिगिया, पामफिलिया, मिश्र अनि कुरेनी सहरको नजिकै रहेको लिबिया क्षेत्रका छन्। हामी मध्ये अरूहरू यहाँ रोमबाट यरूशलेम घुम्न आएका पनि छौँ। BSB BSB: Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya near Cyrene; visitors from Rome,
12 UDB ती मानिसहरू अचम्मित भएका थिए र त्यहाँ भइरहेका कुराहरूबारे के सोच्ने भन्ने नै जानेनन्। त्यसैले, तिनीहरूले एक अर्कालाई सोधे, “यसको अर्थ के हो?” BSB BSB: Astounded and perplexed, they asked one another, “What does this mean?”

Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.
18 UDB ती दिनहरूमा म मेरा पवित्र आत्मा मेरा सेवकहरूलाई दिनेछु र तिनीहरूले मानिसहरूलाई मेरो सन्देश भन्नेछन्। BSB BSB: Even on My menservants and maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.
19 UDB मैले आकाशमा अचम्मका कुराहरू हुन लगाउने छु र महत्वपुर्ण कुराहरू हुनेछन् भनी देखाउनलाई पृथ्वीमा अश्चर्यकर्महरू गर्नेछु। यहाँ पृथ्वीमा जताततै रगत, आगो र धुवाँ हुनेछ। BSB BSB: I will show wonders in the heavens above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and billows of smoke.
20 UDB आकाशको सूर्य मानिसहरूकहाँ अँध्यारो देखा पर्नेछ र चन्द्रमा तिनीहरूकहाँ रातो देखा पर्नेछ। ती कुराहरू म परमप्रभु परमेश्वर हरेकको न्याय गर्नलाई आउन अघि हुनेछन्। BSB BSB: The sun will be turned to darkness, and the moon to blood, before the coming of the great and glorious Day of the Lord.
21 UDB र मैले ती सबैलाई बचाउनेछु जसले मलाई तिनीहरूलाई सहायता गर्नलाई पुकार्छन्। BSB BSB: And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’
24 UDB उहाँ मर्नुभयो तर परमेश्वरले उहाँलाई फेरि जीवित तुल्याउनु भयो किनभने उहाँ मृत नै रहिरहन सम्भव थिएन। परमेश्वरले येशूलाई फेरि जीवित हुन लगाउनु भयो।” BSB BSB: But God raised Him from the dead, releasing Him from the agony of death, because it was impossible for death to keep Him in its grip.
25 UDB “मसीहले भन्नुभएको कुरा दाऊद राजाले लामो समय अघि नै लेखे, मैले जान्दथेँ, तपाईं परमप्रभु परमेश्वरले मलाई सदैव सुन्नुहुन्छ। तपाईं मेरो नजिकै हुनुहुन्छ। त्यसैले, मलाई हानि गर्न चाहनेहरूसँग म डराउने छैनँ। BSB BSB: David says about Him: ‘I saw the Lord always before me; because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.
26 UDB एक दिन म मर्नेछु तर पनि म जान्दछु कि तपाईंले मलाई सहायता गर्नुहुनेछ। त्यसैले मेरो हृदय खुसी थियो र म आनन्दित थिएँ। BSB BSB: Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will dwell in hope,
27 UDB तपाईंले मलाई मृतहरू रहने ठाउँहरूमा रहन लगाउनुहुने छैन। तपाईंले मेरो शरीर पनि खेर जान दिनुहुनेछैन किनभने म तपाईंमा समर्पित भएको छु र सदैव तपाईंका आज्ञाहरू पालन गर्छु। BSB BSB: because You will not abandon my soul to Hades, nor will You let Your Holy One see decay.
28 UDB तपाईंले कसरी फेरि जीवित हुने भनी मलाई देखाउनु भएको छ। तपाईंले मलाई ज्यादै खुसी बनाउनु हुनेछ किनभने तपाईं सदासर्वदा मसँग हुनुहुनेछ। BSB BSB: You have made known to me the paths of life; You will fill me with joy in Your presence.’
29 UDB पत्रुसले जारी राखे, “मेरा सँगी यहूदीहरू हो, म निश्चित छु कि हाम्रा पुर्खा राजा दाऊदका मरे र मानिसहरूले तिनलाई गाडे। र तिनीहरूले तिनको शरीर गाडेको ठाउँ अझै यहीँ छ। BSB BSB: Brothers, I can tell you with confidence that the patriarch David died and was buried, and his tomb is with us to this day.
30 UDB दाऊद राजा एक अगमवक्ता पनि थिए र उनको सन्तानहरू मध्ये एक जना राजा हुनेछ भनी परमेश्वरले तिनलाई प्रतिज्ञा गर्नुभयो भनी तिनलाई थाहा थियो। BSB BSB: But he was a prophet and knew that God had promised him on oath that He would place one of his descendants on his throne.
31 UDB परमेश्वरले के गर्नुहुन्छ भनी दाऊद राजालाई लामो समय अघि नै थाहा थियो। त्यसैले, परमेश्वरले येशू मसीहलाई मरेपछि फेरि पनि जीवित हुन लगाउनुहुन्छ भने। उनले भने कि परमेश्वरले येशू मसीहलाई मृतकहरूको ठाउँमा रहन दिनुहुन्न, न त उहाँको शरीर नै खेर जान दिनुहुन्छ।” BSB BSB: Foreseeing this, David spoke about the resurrection of the Christ, that He was not abandoned to Hades, nor did His body see decay.
32 UDB यी मानिस येशू मर्नुभएपछि परमेश्वरले उहाँलाई फेरि जीवित हुन लगाउनु भयो। हामी सबै उहाँका अनुयायीहरूले यो जान्दछौँ किनभने हामीले उहाँलाई देख्यौँ। BSB BSB: God has raised this Jesus to life, to which we are all witnesses.

37 UDB जब मानिसहरूले पत्रुस र अरू प्रेरितहरूले भनेका कुराहरू सुने तब तिनीहरूले गल्ती गरेका थिए भन्ने तिनीहरूले थाहा पाए। मानिसहरूले तिनीहरूलाई भने, “हामीले के गर्नुपर्छ?” BSB BSB: When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and asked Peter and the other apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?”
38 UDB पत्रुसले जवाफ दिए, “तपाईंहरू हरेक तपाईंहरूको पापपूर्ण व्यवहारबाट फर्कनुपर्छ। यदि तपाईंहरूले येशूमा विश्वास गर्नुभयो भने हामी तपाईंहरूलाई बप्तिस्मा दिनेछौँ। परमेश्वरले तपाईंहरूका आफ्ना पापहरू क्षमा गर्नुहुनेछ र उहाँले उहाँको पवित्र आत्मा दिनु हुनेछ। BSB BSB: Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

40 UDB पत्रुसले अझै धेरै कुराहरू भने, तिनीहरूसँग दह्रोसँग कुरा गरे। पत्रुसले तिनीहरूलाई भने, “तपाईंहरूलाई बचाउनको निम्ति परमेश्वरसँग बिन्ति गर्नुहोस् ताकि उहाँले येशूलाई इन्कार गरेका यी दुष्ट मानिसहरूलाई दण्ड दिनुहुँदा, तपाईंहरूलाई दण्ड दिनुहुनेछैन।” BSB BSB: With many other words he testified, and he urged them, “Be saved from this corrupt generation.”
41 UDB त्यसैले पत्रुसको सन्देशमा विश्वास गर्नेहरूलाई बप्तिस्मा दिइयो। त्यस दिन विश्वासीहरूको समूहमा सहभागी हुनेहरू झण्डै तिन हजार जति थिए। BSB BSB: Those who embraced his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to the believers that day.

44 UDB येशूमा विशवास गर्नेहरू ती सबैले त्यही कुराहरूमा विश्वास गरे र नियमित रुपमा सँगसँगै भेला हुन्थे। तिनीहरूले तिनीहरूसँग भएका सबै कुराहरू एक अर्कामा बाँडचुँड गरेरहे। BSB BSB: All the believers were together and had everything in common.
45 UDB समय समयमा तिनीहरू कसैले आफ्ना केही जमिन र तिनीहरूसँग भएका अरू कुराहरूमध्ये केही कुराहरू बेच्थे र तिनीहरूले तिनीहरूलाई आवश्यक परे अनुसार तिनीहरूमाझ भएका अरू मानिसहरूलाई दिन्थे। BSB BSB: Selling their possessions and goods, they shared with anyone who was in need.
46 UDB तिनीहरू निरन्तर रूपमा मन्दिरमा भेला हुन्थे। तिनीहरूले तिनीहरूका खानाहरू दिनहुँ खुशीसाथ मिलीजुली बाँडचुँड गर्थे, जा तिनीहरूले सँगै खान्थे, तिनीहरूका घरहरूमा प्रभु-भोज मान्थे। BSB BSB: With one accord they continued to meet daily in the temple courts and to break bread from house to house, sharing their meals with gladness and sincerity of heart,
