7 UDB त्यसैले, विश्वासीहरूले धेरै मानिसहरूलाई परमेश्वरको सन्देश निरन्तर रूपमा बताए। यरूशलेममा येशूमाथि विश्वास गर्ने मानिसहरूको सङ्ख्या अत्यधिक बढ्दै थियो। विश्वास गर्नेहरूमध्ये धेरै यहूदी पूजाहारीहरू पनि थिए, जसले येशूमाथि कसरी भरोसा गर्ने भन्ने सन्देशलाई सिक्दै थिए। BSB BSB: So the word of God continued to spread. The number of disciples in Jerusalem grew rapidly, and a great number of priests became obedient to the faith.

They seized him and brought him before the Sanhedrin,

14 UDB हाम्रो भनाइको अर्थ यही हो कि नासरतका येशूले यस मन्दिरलाई नाश पार्नुहुनेछ र मोशाले हाम्रा पुर्खाहरूलाई सिकाएकोभन्दा फरक चालचलन मान्न सिकाउनुहुनेछ भनी हामीले सुनेका छौँ।” BSB BSB: For we have heard him say that Jesus of Nazareth will destroy this place and change the customs that Moses handed down to us.”
15 UDB परिषद् कोठाभित्र भएका सबै मानिसहरूले स्तिफनसलाई एकटकले हेरे, र तिनको मुहार स्वर्गदूतको जस्तै भएको देखे। BSB BSB: All who were sitting in the Sanhedrin looked intently at Stephen, and they saw that his face was like the face of an angel.
