3 UDB तिनीहरूले विवाहमा सहभागी हुँदैगरेका सबैलाई दाखमद्य दिए र आफूसँग भएका सबै दाखमद्य तिनीहरूले पिए। येशूकी आमाले उहाँलाई भनिन्, “तिनीहरूको दाखमद्य सिद्धियो।” BSB BSB: When the wine ran out, Jesus’ mother said to Him, “They have no more wine.”
4 UDB येशूले तिनलाई भन्नुभयो, “म्याडम, त्यो कुराको मसँग के सरोकार छ? मेरो अति महत्त्वपूर्ण काम सुरू गर्नलाई छानिएको समय अझै आएको छैन।” BSB BSB: “Woman, what is that to you and to Me?” Jesus replied. “My hour has not yet come.”
6 UDB त्यहाँ ढुङ्गाका छवटा खाली गाग्राहरू थिए। पाहुनाहरू र सेवकहरूले आफ्ना हातहरू र गोडाहरू धुन सकून् र यसरी नै अरू यहूदी शुद्ध हुने विधिहरू पूरा गर्न सकून् भनेर तिनीहरूमा पानी राखिन्थ्यो। प्रत्येक गाग्रोमा ७५ देखि १५५ लिटरसम्म अटाउन सक्थ्यो। BSB BSB: Now six stone water jars had been set there for the Jewish rites of purification. Each could hold from twenty to thirty gallons.
7 UDB येशूले सेवकहरूलाई भन्नुभयो, “गाग्राहरूलाई पानीले भर!” त्यसैले तिनीहरूले गाग्राहरूका मुखसम्म भरे। BSB BSB: Jesus told the servants, “Fill the jars with water.” So they filled them to the brim.
8 UDB त्यसपछिी उहाँले तिनीहरूलाई भन्नुभयो, “अब एउटा भाँडोबाट अलिकति पानी निकाल र त्यसलाई भोजको निर्देशककहाँ लिएर जाऊ।” यसैले सेवकहरूले त्यसै गरे। BSB BSB: “Now draw some out,” He said, “and take it to the master of the banquet.” They did so,

He did not know where it was from, but the servants who had drawn the water knew. Then he called the bridegroom aside
10 UDB हरेकले सुरूमा उत्तम दाखमद्य दिन्छ र पछि जब पाहुनाहरूले धेरै पिइसकेको हुन्छ र उत्तम दाखमद्य सकिएको हुन्छ, त्यसपछि तिनीहरूले सस्तो दाखमद्य दिन्छन्। तर तिमीले उत्तम दाखमद्य अहिलेसम्म राखेका छौ।” BSB BSB: and said, “Everyone serves the fine wine first, and then the cheap wine after the guests are drunk. But you have saved the fine wine until now!”

He thus revealed His glory, and His disciples believed in Him.

13 UDB यतिबेला यहूदी निस्तार-चाडको उत्सव मनाउने समय नजीक थियो। येशू र उहाँका चेलाहरू यरूशलेमसम्मै जानुभयो। BSB BSB: When the Jewish Passover was near, Jesus went up to Jerusalem.
14 UDB त्यहाँ मन्दिरको चोकमा मानिसहरूले गाइ-वस्तु, भेंडा र परेवाहरू बेच्दैगरेका उहाँले देख्नुभयो। मन्दिरमा आफ्नो निम्ति बलि चढाउँदै गरेका मानिसहरूलाई ती जनावरहरू बेचिन्थ्यो। मानिसहरू टेबलहरूमा बसेर मन्दिरको पैसा बेचिरहेका पनि् उहाँले देख्नुभयो। BSB BSB: In the temple courts He found men selling cattle, sheep, and doves, and money changers seated at their tables.
15 UDB यसैले, केही छालाका डोराहरूबाट येशूले एउटा कोर्रा बनाउनुभयो र भेडाहरू र गाइ-वस्तुलाई मन्दिरबाट लखेट्नलाई उहाँले त्यो प्रयोग गर्नुभयो। उहाँले पैसा साट्नेहरूका टेबलहरू पल्टाई दिनुभयो र तिनीहरूकाो सिक्काहरू भूँइमा छरपष्ट पार्नुभयो। BSB BSB: So He made a whip out of cords and drove all from the temple courts, both sheep and cattle. He poured out the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables.
16 UDB उहाँले परेवाहरू बेच्दै गरेकाहरूलाई आज्ञा दिनुभयो, “यी परेवाहरूलाई यहाँबाट बाहिर लैजाऊ! मेरो पिताको घरलाई बजार नबनाऊ!” BSB BSB: To those selling doves He said, “Get these out of here! How dare you turn My Father’s house into a marketplace!”
17 UDB यस कुराले उहाँका चेलाहरूलाई धेरै पहिले कसैले धर्मशास्त्रमा लेखेका कुराको बारेमा याद गरायो, “हे परमेश्वर, म तपाईंको घरलाई यति धेरै प्रेम गर्छु कि म यसको लागि मर्नेछु।” BSB BSB: His disciples remembered that it is written: “Zeal for Your house will consume Me.”
18 UDB यहूदी अगुवाहरूले उहाँलाई सोधे, “तिमीले जे गर्दैछौ त्यो गर्नलाई तिमीलाई परमेश्वरबाट अनुमति छ भनी प्रमाणित गर्न हाम्रो निम्ति तमीले के आश्चर्य कर्म गर्न सक्छौ?” BSB BSB: On account of this, the Jews demanded, “What sign can You show us to prove Your authority to do these things?”
19 UDB येशूले तिनीहरूलाई जवाफ भयो, “यो मन्दिरलाई नाश गर, र तीन दिनमा म यसलाई फेरिी पुन:निर्माण गर्नेछु।” BSB BSB: Jesus answered, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up again.”
20 UDB तिनीहरूले उहाँलाई सोधे, “के तिमी भन्दैछौ कि यो सम्पूर्ण मन्दिरलाई नै तिमी तीनै दिनमा पुन:निर्माण गर्न जाँदैछौ? यो मन्दिर निर्माण गर्न छयालीस वर्ष लाग्यो।” BSB BSB: “This temple took forty-six years to build,” the Jews replied, “and You are going to raise it up in three days?”
21 UDB यद्यपि, येशूले भन्दै गर्नुभएको मन्दिर चाहिँ मन्दिर भवन नभएर उहाँको आफ्नै शरीर थियो। BSB BSB: But Jesus was speaking about the temple of His body.
22 UDB अन्तमा, येशू मर्नु भएपछि र परमेश्वरले उहाँलाई मृतकबाट फेरी जीवित पार्नु भएपछि, उहाँले मन्दिरको बारेमा के भन्नुभएको थियो भनी उहाँका चेलाहरूले याद गरे। धर्मशास्त्रले के भन्यो र येशू आफैँले के भन्नुभएको थियो त्यो दुवै तिनीहरूले विश्वास गरे। BSB BSB: After He was raised from the dead, His disciples remembered that He had said this. Then they believed the Scripture and the word that Jesus had spoken.
23 UDB निस्तार-चाडको उत्सव मनाउने समयमा जब येशू यरूशलेममा हुनुहुन्थ्यो, धेरै मानिसहरूले उहाँमा विश्वास गरे, किनभने तिनीहरूले आश्चर्य कर्महरू देखे जसले येशूको सत्यताको बारेमा संकेत गर्यो। BSB BSB: While He was in Jerusalem at the Passover Feast, many people saw the signs He was doing and believed in His name.
24 UDB तापनि, मानिसहरू कस्ता थिए उहाँलाई थाहा भएको र उहाँले तिनीहरूलाई अति राम्रोसँग चिनुभएको कारणले, उहाँले तिनीहरूको भर पर्नुभएन। BSB BSB: But Jesus did not entrust Himself to them, for He knew them all.
25 UDB मानिसहरू कति दुष्ट थिए भनी उहाँलाई बताउनलाई उहाँलाई कसैको आवश्यक थिएन। तिनीहरूकाो बारेमा उहाँलाई हरेक कुरा थाहा थियो। BSB BSB: He did not need any testimony about man, for He knew what was in a man.
