Aoka hihoby ny mponin'i Sela; aoka hihiaka avy eo an-tampon- tendrombohitra izy ireo.BSBBSB: Let the desert and its cities raise their voices; let the villages of Kedar cry aloud. Let the people of Sela sing for joy; let them cry out from the mountaintops.

He shouts; yes, He roars in triumph over His enemies:

16. 16ULBHitondra ny jamba amin'ny lalana izay tsy fantatr'izy ireo Aho; amin'ny lalana izay tsy fantatr'izy ireo no hitarihako azy ireo. Hamadika ny aizina ho mazava eo anoloan'izy ireo Aho, ary hanao ny toeranan'ny meloka ho marina. Ireo zavatra ireo no hataoko, ary tsy handao azy ireo Aho.BSBBSB: I will lead the blind by a way they did not know; I will guide them on unfamiliar paths. I will turn darkness into light before them and rough places into level ground. These things I will do for them, and I will not forsake them.

Iza no jamba tahaka ny sakaizam-panekeko, na marenina tahaka ny mpanompon'i Yaveh?BSBBSB: Who is blind but My servant, or deaf like the messenger I am sending? Who is blind like My covenant partner, or blind like the servant of the LORD?
20. 20ULBMaro ny zavatra hitanareo, saingy tsy takatrareo; manongilan-tsofina, nefa tsy misy mandre.BSBBSB: Though seeing many things, you do not keep watch. Though your ears are open, you do not hear.”
21. 21ULBNahafaly an'i Yaveh ny midera ny fahamarinany ary ny manome voninahitra ny lalàny.BSBBSB: The LORD was pleased, for the sake of His righteousness, to magnify His law and make it glorious.
22. 22ULBNefa ity dia vahoaka nangalarana sy voaroba; voafandrika any amin'ny lavaka avokoa izy ireo, notanana ho babo tao am-ponja; efa lasa voaroba izy ireo ka tsy misy na iza na iza hanavotra azy, ary tsy misy miteny hoe: "Avereno izy ireo!"BSBBSB: But this is a people plundered and looted, all trapped in caves or imprisoned in dungeons. They have become plunder with no one to rescue them, and loot with no one to say, “Send them back!”
23. 23ULBIza aminareo ireo no hihaino izany? Iza no hihaino sy handre amin'ny ho avy?BSBBSB: Who among you will pay attention to this? Who will listen and obey hereafter?
24. 24ULBIza no nanome an'i Jakoba ho an'ireo jiolahy, ary ny Israely ho amin'ny mpandroba? It enveloped them in flames, but they did not understand; it consumed them, but they did not take it to heart.
