10 ULB Eo an-tanany ny ain'ny zava-manan'aina rehetra sy ny fofon'ain'ny olombelona rehetra. BSB BSB: The life of every living thing is in His hand, as well as the breath of all mankind.
11 ULB Tsy ny sofina ve no mamantatra ny teny toy ny lanilany manandrana ny tsiron'ny sakafo? BSB BSB: Does not the ear test words as the tongue tastes its food?
12 ULB Ao amin'ny anti-dahy no misy ny fahendrena; ao amin'ny fahalavan'ny andro ny fahazavan-tsaina. BSB BSB: Wisdom is found with the elderly, and understanding comes with long life.
13 ULB Manana fahendrena sy hery Andriamanitra; manana torohevitra sy fahazavan-tsaina Izy. BSB BSB: Wisdom and strength belong to God; counsel and understanding are His.
14 ULB Indro, mandrava Izy, ary tsy afaka hamboarina indray izany; raha managradra olona iray Izy, dia tsy hisy fanafahana. BSB BSB: What He tears down cannot be rebuilt; the man He imprisons cannot be released.

23 ULB Mampatanjaka ireo firenena Izy, ary mamotika azy ireo ihany koa; manitatra ireo firenena Izy, ary mitarika ireo toy ny voafonja ihany koa Izy. BSB BSB: He makes nations great and destroys them; He enlarges nations, then disperses them.
24 ULB Manala ny fahazavan-tsaina amin'ireo mpitariky ny olon'ny tany Izy; mahatonga azy ireo hirenireniny any an'efitra izay tsy misy lalana Izy. BSB BSB: He deprives the earth’s leaders of reason and makes them wander in a trackless wasteland.
25 ULB Mitsapatsapa ao amin'ny aizina tsy misy hazavana izy ireo; ary mampivembena azy ireo tahaka ny olona mamo Izy. BSB BSB: They grope in the darkness without light; He makes them stagger like drunkards.
