7 ULB Mametraka harato ho ahy tsy amin'ny antony izy ireo, miady lavaka ho an'ny aiko tsy amin'ny antony izy ireo. BSB BSB: For without cause they laid their net for me; without reason they dug a pit for my soul.
8 ULB Aoka hamely tampoka azy ireo ny fandringanana. Aoka ny harato izay napetrak'izy ireo mba hisambotra azy ireo ihany. Aoka izy ireo hianjera ao amin'izany, dia ao amin'ny faharavany. BSB BSB: May ruin befall them by surprise; may the net they hid ensnare them; may they fall into the hazard they created.
9 ULB Nefa hifaly amin'i Yaveh aho, ary hiravo amin'ny famonjeny. BSB BSB: Then my soul will rejoice in the LORD and exult in His salvation.

BSB BSB: All my bones will exclaim, “Who is like You, O LORD, who delivers the afflicted from the aggressor, the poor and needy from the robber?”
11 ULB Mitsangàna ny vavolombelona tsy marina; miampanga lainga ahy izy ireo. BSB BSB: Hostile witnesses come forward; they make charges I know nothing about.
12 ULB Mamaly ratsy ahy amin'ny soa ataoko izy ireo. Malahelo aho. BSB BSB: They repay me evil for good, to the bereavement of my soul.
13 ULB Saingy, rehefa narary izy ireo, dia nanao ankanjo fisaonana aho; nifady hanina ho azy ireo tamin'ny fanondrehana ny lohako teo amin'ny tratrako aho. BSB BSB: Yet when they were ill, I put on sackcloth; I humbled myself with fasting, but my prayers returned unanswered.

18 ULB Ka hisaotra Anao eo amin'ny fiangonan-dehibe aho; hidera anao eo amin'ny olona maro aho. BSB BSB: Then I will give You thanks in the great assembly; I will praise You among many people.
19 ULB Aoka tsy hifaly amiko ireo fahavaloko mpamitaka; aoka izy ireo tsy hahatanteraka ireo teti-dratsiny. BSB BSB: Let not my enemies gloat over me without cause, nor those who hate me without reason wink in malice.
20 ULB Fa tsy miresaka fiadanana izy ireo, nefa mitetika hilaza fitaka hanohitra ireo izay miaina am-piadanana ao amin'ny taninay. BSB BSB: For they do not speak peace, but they devise deceitful schemes against those who live quietly in the land.
21 ULB Manoka-bava hivazavaza ahy izy ireo; hoy izy ireo hoe: "Aha, Aha, ny masonay no efa nahita izany." BSB BSB: They gape at me and say, “Aha, aha! Our eyes have seen!”
22 ULB Efa nahita izany Ianao, ry Yaveh, koa aza mangina; ry Tompo, aza manalavitra ahy. BSB BSB: O LORD, You have seen it; be not silent. O Lord, be not far from me.
23 ULB Misandrata ary mifohaza hiaro ahy; Ry Andriamanitro sy Tompoko, tohano ny adiko. BSB BSB: Awake and rise to my defense, to my cause, my God and my Lord!
24 ULB Arovy aho, ry Yaveh Andriamanitro, noho ny fahamarinanao; aoka tsy hifaly amiko izy ireo. BSB BSB: Vindicate me by Your righteousness, O LORD my God, and do not let them gloat over me.
25 ULB Aoka izy ireo tsy hanao ao anakam-po hoe: "Aha, azonay izay nirianay." Aoka izy ireo tsy hanao hoe: "Efa nolevoninay izy." BSB BSB: Let them not say in their hearts, “Aha, just what we wanted!” Let them not say, “We have swallowed him up!”
26 ULB Aoka ho menatra sy ho very hevitra ireo izay te hanisy ratsy ahy. Aoka hitafy henatra sy fahafaham-baraka ireo izay maneso ahy. BSB BSB: May those who gloat in my distress be ashamed and confounded; may those who exalt themselves over me be clothed in shame and reproach.
27 ULB Aoka hihiaka am-pifaliana sy ho ravo ireo izay nirary ny fahamarinako; aoka izy ireo hiteny mandrakariva hoe: "Hoderaina anie Yaveh, Izy ilay mankasitraka ny fiadanan'ny mpanompony." BSB BSB: May those who favor my vindication shout for joy and gladness; may they always say, “Exalted be the LORD who delights in His servant’s well-being.”
