13 STF Vi me zovete uиiteljem i Gospodom, i pravo velite: jer jesam. BSB BSB: You call Me Teacher and Lord, and rightly so, because I am.
14 STF Kad, dakle, ja, Gospod i uиitelj, oprah vama noge, i vi ste duћni jedan drugome prati noge. BSB BSB: So if I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet.
15 STF Jer vam dadoh primer, da i vi tako иinite kao љto ja иinih vama. BSB BSB: I have set you an example so that you should do as I have done for you.
16 STF Zaista, zaista, kaћem vam: Nije sluga veжi od gospodara svoga, niti je poslanik veжi od onoga koji ga je poslao. BSB BSB: Truly, truly, I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him.
17 STF Kad ovo znate- blago vama ako tako (i) иinite! BSB BSB: If you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them.

36 STF Reиe mu Simon Petar: Gospode, kuda ideљ? A Isus odgovori: Kuda ja idem, sad ne moћeљ iжi za mnom, ali posle жeљ iжi za mnom. BSB BSB: “Lord, where are You going?” Simon Peter asked. Jesus answered, “Where I am going, you cannot follow Me now, but you will follow later.”
37 STF A Petar mu reиe: Gospode, zaљto ne mogu sad iжi za toobm? Ћivot жu svoj dati za tebe! BSB BSB: “Lord,” said Peter, “why can’t I follow You now? I will lay down my life for You.”
38 STF A Isus odgovori: Ћivot жeљ svoj dati za mene? Zaista, zaista, kaћem ti: Neжe petao zapevati dok me se triput ne odreиeљ! BSB BSB: “Will you lay down your life for Me?” Jesus replied. “Truly, truly, I tell you, before the rooster crows, you will deny Me three times.
