1 STF U to vreme beљe opet mnogo naroda na okupu, i kako nisu imali љta jesti, dozva uиenike i reиe im: BSB BSB: In those days the crowd once again became very large, and they had nothing to eat. Jesus called the disciples to Him and said,

And they distributed them to the crowd.

14 STF I zaboraviљe poneti hleba, i nemahu sa sobom u иamcu do jedan hleb. BSB BSB: Now the disciples had forgotten to take bread, except for one loaf they had with them in the boat.
15 STF I zapovedi im: Pazite, иuvajte se kvasca farisejskog i kvasca Irodova! BSB BSB: “Watch out!” He cautioned them. “Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of Herod.”
16 STF I govorahu jedan drugome. Hleba nemamo! BSB BSB: So they began to discuss with one another the fact that they had no bread.
17 STF On je znao to i reиe im: Љto govorite da nemate hleba- Zar joљ ne shvaжate, niti razumete? Je li odrvenilo srce vaљe? BSB BSB: Aware of their conversation, Jesus asked them, “Why are you debating about having no bread? Do you still not see or understand? Do you have such hard hearts?
18 STF Oиi imate i ne vidite, uљi imate i ne иujete? I ne pamtite li: BSB BSB: ‘Having eyes, do you not see? And having ears, do you not hear?’ And do you not remember?
19 STF Kad izlomih onih pet hlebova na pet hiljada, koliko kotarica punih komada nakupiste? Rekoљe mu: Dvanaest. BSB BSB: When I broke the five loaves for the five thousand, how many basketfuls of broken pieces did you collect?” “Twelve,” they answered.

22 STF I doрoљe u Vitsaidu. I dovedoљe mu jednog slepog, i moljahu ga da ga se dotakne. BSB BSB: When they arrived at Bethsaida, some people brought a blind man and begged Jesus to touch him.
23 STF I uze slepoga za ruku i izvede ga napolje iz sela. I pljunu mu u oиi, metnu ruke na njega i zapita ga: Vidiљ li љto? BSB BSB: So He took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the village. Then He spit on the man’s eyes and placed His hands on him. “Can you see anything?” He asked.
24 STF I pogleda i reиe: Vidim ljude gde idu, иine mi se kao drva. BSB BSB: The man looked up and said, “I can see the people, but they look like trees walking around.”
25 STF Onda mu opet metnu ruke na oиi; i pogleda jako i isceli se, i vide sve lepo. BSB BSB: Once again Jesus placed His hands on the man’s eyes, and when he opened them his sight was restored, and he could see everything clearly.
26 STF I posla ga kuжi njegovoj i reиe: Ne idi u selo! BSB BSB: Jesus sent him home and said, “Do not go back into the village.”
28 STF A oni mu rekoљe: Jovan Krstitelj, drugi govore da si Ilija, a treжi da si koji od proroka. BSB BSB: They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, one of the prophets.”

34 STF I dozva narod s uиenicima svojima i reиe im: Ko hoжe za mnom da ide, neka se odreиe sebe i uzme krst svoj i poрe za mnom! BSB BSB: Then Jesus called the crowd to Him along with His disciples, and He told them, “If anyone wants to come after Me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow Me.
35 STF Jer ko hoжe da saиuva ћivot svoj, izgubiжe ga; a ko izgubi ћivot svoj zbog mene i evanрelja, saиuvaжe ga. BSB BSB: For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake and for the gospel will save it.
36 STF Jer љta vredi иoveku da zadobije sav svet, a ћivotu svome naudi? BSB BSB: What does it profit a man to gain the whole world, yet forfeit his soul?
37 STF Jer иime жe иovek otkupiti ћivot svoj? BSB BSB: Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul?
38 STF Jer ko se mene i mojih reиi stidi u rodu ovom preljubotvornom i greљnom, toga жe se i Sin иoveиji stideti kad doрe u slavi Oca svoga sa svetim anрelima. BSB BSB: If anyone is ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will also be ashamed of him when He comes in His Father’s glory with the holy angels.”
