BSB BSB: So the king gave orders to summon the magicians, enchanters, sorcerers, and astrologers to explain his dreams. When they came and stood before the king,

Therefore tell me the dream, and I will know that you can give me its interpretation.”

No king, however great and powerful, has ever asked anything like this of any magician, enchanter, or astrologer.

13 ULB ஞானிகளைக் கொலைசெய்யவேண்டுமென்கிற கட்டளை வெளிப்பட்டபோது, தானியேலையும் அவன் தோழரையும் கொலைசெய்யத் தேடினார்கள். BSB BSB: So the decree went out that the wise men were to be executed, and men went to look for Daniel and his friends to execute them.

BSB BSB: Therefore Daniel went to Arioch, whom the king had appointed to destroy the wise men of Babylon, and said to him, “Do not execute the wise men of Babylon! Bring me before the king, and I will give him the interpretation.”

BSB BSB: Arioch hastily brought Daniel before the king and said to him, “I have found a man among the exiles from Judah who will tell the king the interpretation.”

27 ULB தானியேல் ராஜசமுகத்தில் மறுமொழியாக: ராஜா கேட்கிற மறைபொருளை ராஜாவிற்குத் தெரிவிக்க ஞானிகளாலும், சோதிடராலும், வான்ஆராய்ச்சியாளர்களாலும், குறிசொல்லுகிறவர்களாலும் முடியாது. BSB BSB: Daniel answered the king, “No wise man, enchanter, medium, or magician can explain to the king the mystery of which he inquires.
28 ULB மறைபொருள்களை வெளிப்படுத்துகிற பரலோகத்திலிருக்கிற தேவன் கடைசிநாட்களில் சம்பவிப்பதை ராஜாவாகிய நேபுகாத்நேச்சாருக்குத் தெரிவித்திருக்கிறார்; உம்முடைய கனவும் உமது படுக்கையின்மேல் உம்முடைய எண்ணத்தில் உண்டான தரிசனங்களும் என்னவென்றால்: BSB BSB: But there is a God in heaven who reveals mysteries, and He has made known to King Nebuchadnezzar what will happen in the latter days. Your dream and the visions that came into your mind as you lay on your bed were these:

BSB BSB: As you lay on your bed, O king, your thoughts turned to the future, and the Revealer of Mysteries made known to you what will happen.
30 ULB உயிரோடிருக்கிற எல்லோரைப்பார்க்கிலும் எனக்கு அதிக ஞானம் உண்டென்பதினாலே அல்ல; அர்த்தம் ராஜாவிற்குத் தெரியவரவும், உம்முடைய இருதயத்தின் நினைவுகளை நீர் அறியவும், இந்த மறைபொருள் எனக்கு வெளியாக்கப்பட்டது. BSB BSB: And to me this mystery has been revealed, not because I have more wisdom than any man alive, but in order that the interpretation might be made known to the king, and that you may understand the thoughts of your mind.

32 ULB அந்தச் சிலையின் தலை பசும்பொன்னும், அதின் மார்பும், புயங்களும் வெள்ளியும், அதின் வயிறும், தொடையும் வெண்கலமும், BSB BSB: The head of the statue was pure gold, its chest and arms were silver, its belly and thighs were bronze,
33 ULB அதின் கால்கள் இரும்பும், பாதங்கள் பாதி இரும்பும் பாதி களிமண்ணுமாக இருந்தது. BSB BSB: its legs were iron, and its feet were part iron and part clay.

BSB BSB: As you watched, a stone was cut out, but not by human hands. It struck the statue on its feet of iron and clay, and crushed them.

BSB BSB: Then the iron, clay, bronze, silver, and gold were shattered and became like chaff on the threshing floor in summer. The wind carried them away, and not a trace of them could be found. But the stone that had struck the statue became a great mountain and filled the whole earth.
36 ULB கனவு இதுதான்; அதின் அர்த்தத்தையும், ராஜசமுகத்தில் தெரிவிப்போம். BSB BSB: This was the dream; now we will tell the king its interpretation.
37 ULB ராஜாவே, நீர் ராஜாதி ராஜாவாயிருக்கிறீர்; பரலோகத்தின் தேவன் உமக்கு ராஜரீகத்தையும், பராக்கிரமத்தையும், வல்லமையையும், மகிமையையும் அருளினார். BSB BSB: You, O king, are the king of kings, to whom the God of heaven has given sovereignty, power, strength, and glory.
38 ULB சகல இடங்களிலுமுள்ள மனிதர்களையும், வெளியின் மிருகங்களையும், ஆகாயத்துப் பறவைகளையும் அவர் உமது கையில் ஒப்புக்கொடுத்து, உம்மை அவைகளையெல்லாம் ஆளும்படி செய்தார். பொன்னான அந்தத் தலை நீரே. BSB BSB: Wherever the sons of men or beasts of the field or birds of the air dwell, He has given them into your hand and has made you ruler over them all. You are that head of gold.

BSB BSB: Finally, there will be a fourth kingdom as strong as iron; for iron shatters and crushes all things, and like iron that crushes all things, it will shatter and crush all the others.
41 ULB பாதங்களும், கால்விரல்களும், பாதி குயவனின் களிமண்ணும், பாதி இரும்புமாயிருக்க நீர் கண்டீரே, அந்த ராஜ்ஜியம் பிரிக்கப்படும்; ஆகிலும் களிமண்ணுடன் இரும்பு கலந்திருக்க நீர் கண்டபடியே இரும்பினுடைய உறுதியில் கொஞ்சம் அதிலே இருக்கும். BSB BSB: And just as you saw that the feet and toes were made partly of fired clay and partly of iron, so this will be a divided kingdom, yet some of the strength of iron will be in it—just as you saw the iron mixed with clay.
42 ULB கால்விரல்கள் பாதி இரும்பும் பாதி களிமண்ணுமாயிருந்தது என்னவென்றால், அந்த ராஜ்ஜியம் ஒருபங்கு பலமுள்ளதாகவும் ஒருபங்கு நெரிசலுமாயிருக்கும். BSB BSB: And as the toes of the feet were partly iron and partly clay, so this kingdom will be partly strong and partly brittle.

BSB BSB: As you saw the iron mixed with clay, so the peoples will mix with one another but will not hold together any more than iron mixes with clay.

BSB BSB: In the days of those kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, nor will it be left to another people. It will shatter all these kingdoms and bring them to an end, but will itself stand forever. 45 ULB இனிமேல் சம்பவிக்கப்போகிறதை மகா தேவன் ராஜாவிற்குத் தெரிவித்திருக்கிறார்; சொப்பனமானது உண்மை, அதின் அர்த்தம் சத்தியம் என்றான். BSB BSB: And just as you saw a stone being cut out of the mountain without human hands, and it shattered the iron, bronze, clay, silver, and gold, so the great God has told the king what will happen in the future. The dream is true, and its interpretation is trustworthy.”
46 ULB அப்பொழுது ராஜாவாகிய நேபுகாத்நேச்சார் முகங்குப்புற விழுந்து, தானியேலை வணங்கி, அவனுக்குக் காணிக்கைசெலுத்தவும், தூபங்காட்டவும் கட்டளையிட்டான். BSB BSB: At this, King Nebuchadnezzar fell on his face, paid homage to Daniel, and ordered that an offering and incense be presented to him.
47 ULB ராஜா தானியேலை நோக்கி: நீ இந்த மறைபொருளை வெளிப்படுத்தினதினால், உண்மையாகவே உங்கள் தேவனே தேவர்களுக்கு தேவனும், ராஜாக்களுக்கு ஆண்டவரும், மறைபொருள்களை வெளிப்படுத்துகிறவருமாயிருக்கிறார் என்றான். BSB BSB: The king said to Daniel, “Your God is truly the God of gods and Lord of kings, the Revealer of Mysteries, since you were able to reveal this mystery.”
48 ULB பின்பு ராஜா தானியேலைப் பெரியவனாக்கி, அவனுக்கு அநேகம் சிறந்த வெகுமதிகளைக் கொடுத்து, அவனைப் பாபிலோன் மாகாணம் முழுவதற்கும் அதிபதியாகவும், பாபிலோனிலுள்ள சகல ஞானிகளின்மேலும் பிரதான அதிகாரியாகவும் நியமித்தான். BSB BSB: Then the king promoted Daniel and gave him many generous gifts. He made him ruler over the entire province of Babylon and chief administrator over all the wise men of Babylon.
49 ULB தானியேல் ராஜாவை வேண்டிகொண்டதினால் அவன் சாத்ராக்கையும், மேஷாக்கையும், ஆபேத்நேகோவையும் பாபிலோன் மாகாணத்துக் காரியங்களை விசாரிக்கும்படிவைத்தான்; தானியேலோவென்றால் ராஜாவின் அரண்மனையில் இருந்தான். BSB BSB: And at Daniel’s request, the king appointed Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego to manage the province of Babylon, while Daniel remained in the king’s court.
