10 ULB దేవుని ఊపిరి వలన మంచు పుడుతుంది. జల విశాలమంతా ఘనీభవిస్తుంది. BSB BSB: By the breath of God the ice is formed and the watery expanses are frozen.
11 ULB ఆయన దట్టమైన మేఘాన్ని జలంతో నింపుతాడు. తన మెరుపుల మేఘాన్ని వ్యాపింపజేస్తాడు. BSB BSB: He loads the clouds with moisture; He scatters His lightning through them.
12 ULB ఆయన పంపించగా మనుషులకు నివాసయోగ్యమైన భూగోళం మీద మెరుపు, మేఘాలు సంచారం చేస్తాయి. ఆయన వాటికి ఆజ్ఞాపించేది అంతా అవి నెరవేరుస్తాయి. BSB BSB: They swirl about, whirling at His direction, accomplishing all that He commands over the face of all the earth.

16 ULB మేఘాలను తేలజేయడం పరిపూర్ణ జ్ఞానం గలవాడి మహా కార్యమని నీకు తెలుసా? BSB BSB: Do you understand how the clouds float, those wonders of Him who is perfect in knowledge?
17 ULB దక్షిణపుగాలి వీయడం వలన ఉక్క పోసేటప్పుడు నీ బట్టలు ఎలా వెచ్చబడ్డాయో నీకు తెలుసా? BSB BSB: You whose clothes get hot when the land lies hushed under the south wind,
18 ULB పోత పోసిన అద్దమంత దట్టమైన ఆకాశాన్ని ఆయన వ్యాపింపజేసినట్టు నువ్వు వ్యాపింపజేయగలవా? BSB BSB: can you, like Him, spread out the skies, as strong as a mirror of bronze?
19 ULB మేము ఆయనతో ఏమి పలకాలో అది మాకు నేర్పు. మా మనసుల్లో చీకటి వల్ల మా వాదాలు ఎలా వినిపించాలో తోచడం లేదు. BSB BSB: Teach us what we should say to Him; we cannot draw up our case because of our darkness.
20 ULB నేను పలుకుతానని ఎవరైనా ఆయనతో చెప్పవచ్చా? ఎవరైనా తాను నాశనమై పోవాలని కోరతాడా? BSB BSB: Should He be told that I want to speak? Would a man ask to be swallowed up?
21 ULB ఎత్తుగా ఉన్న మేఘంలో ప్రకాశించే ఎండ ఇప్పుడు కనబడకపోయినా గాలి మేఘాలను పోగొట్టి దాన్ని తేటగా కనపరుస్తుంది. BSB BSB: Now no one can gaze at the sun when it is bright in the skies after the wind has swept them clean.
22 ULB ఉత్తర దిక్కున బంగారు కాంతి పుడుతుంది. దేవుడు భీకరమైన మహిమను ధరించుకుని ఉన్నాడు. BSB BSB: Out of the north He comes in golden splendor; awesome majesty surrounds Him.
23 ULB సర్వశక్తుడైన దేవుడు మహాత్మ్యం గలవాడు. ఆయన మనకు అగోచరుడు. న్యాయాన్ని, నీతిని ఆయన ఏమాత్రం చెరపడు. అందువలన మనుషులు ఆయనపట్ల భయభక్తులు కలిగి ఉంటారు. BSB BSB: The Almighty is beyond our reach; He is exalted in power! In His justice and great righteousness He does not oppress.
24 ULB తాము జ్ఞానులం అనుకునే వారిని ఆయన ఏమాత్రం లక్ష్యపెట్టడు. BSB BSB: Therefore, men fear Him, for He is not partial to the wise in heart.”
