2 PBDT Sabab, Inya bafirman: "Katika aku bakahona, Aku manongar kolai, umakan ari kasalamatan, Aku marompuh kolai, "Ila ja, keken itie iyah am waktu am bakahona iyah. Ila ja, keken itie iyah am waktu kasalamatan iyah. BSB BSB: For He says: “In the time of favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.” Behold, now is the time of favor; now is the day of salvation!
3 PBDT Kami honta mamori pahalang kan sapa jua nyaman gawi Tuhan honta tahina, BSB BSB: We put no obstacle in anyone’s way, so that no one can discredit our ministry.
4 PBDT samah jam lalam uras cara kami manampa diri kami akan hulun-hulun Hatalla, laie ponuh katabah lalam uras kapanyakit, kasosa, kaholin, BSB BSB: Rather, as servants of God we commend ourselves in every way: in great endurance; in troubles, hardships, and calamities;
5 PBDT pukulan, panjara, kasabak, pantis poluh, honta tidur, kabaduran, BSB BSB: in beatings, imprisonments, and riots; in labor, sleepless nights, and hunger;
6 PBDT laie ponuh kamurni, kapintar, kasabar, kamurah, Roh Barasih, sayang am tulus, BSB BSB: in purity, knowledge, patience, and kindness; in the Holy Spirit and in sincere love;
7 PBDT paner am bujur, kuasa Hatalla, sanjata kabujur ka jari kanan umakan kiwa, BSB BSB: in truthful speech and in the power of God; with the weapons of righteousness in the right hand and in the left;
8 PBDT kamulia umakan katida, kona tahiu umakan kona puji, dijoku panipu-panipu padahal kami bujur. BSB BSB: through glory and dishonor, slander and praise; viewed as imposters, yet genuine;
9 PBDT Kami bera honta di kasene, tapie batarung; bera am hampir matie, tapie ila ja, kami hirup, tapie honta matie. BSB BSB: unknown, yet well-known; dying, and yet we live on; punished, yet not killed;
10 PBDT Bera am baduka, tapie tarus baramie, kami susah, tapie mangaruh urang bukan sugih, mayan ara apa-apa, tapie bagora uras am tege. BSB BSB: sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; poor, yet making many rich; having nothing, and yet possessing everything.
11 PBDT Kami jari mamaner akan kolai, hei urang Korintus, hati kami tabuka. BSB BSB: We have spoken freely to you, Corinthians. Our hearts are open wide.
12 PBDT Kolai honta tabatas laie kami, tapie kolai dibatas laie hatimu kaniri. BSB BSB: It is not our affection, but yours, that is restrained.
13 PBDT Keken itie, akan pamalas am samah-- aku bapaner bera akan kawan ana-Ku-- buka ja hatimu baka-bakah. BSB BSB: As a fair exchange—I speak as to my children—open wide your hearts also.
14 PBDT Hinang jari pasangan am honta samah kan urang-urang am honta yakin. Sabab, apae panyamah antara kabujur umakan kajahat? Atau, apae panyamah am tadapat antara torang umakan potang? BSB BSB: Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership can righteousness have with wickedness? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness?
15 PBDT Kapakat apae am digora Kristus umakan Belial? Atau, jatah apae am tege antara urang yakin umakan am honta yakin? BSB BSB: What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever?
16 PBDT Umakan, kapakat apae am tege antara Rangau Hatalla umakan hampatung-hampatung? Sabab, dirie iyah am Rangau Hatallaam hirup, bera firman Hatalla, "Aku akan tingal ka lalam urang umakan aku bajalan ka antara urang, umakan aku jarie Hatalla rang, umakan rang jari umat-Ku." BSB BSB: What agreement can exist between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will dwell with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be My people.”
17 PBDT "Laie iyah, maluar kolai mula tongah-tongah rang, umakan bapisah," Uja Tuhan. "Umakan, hinang am marigap am isa, maka aku akan manarima kolai." BSB BSB: “Therefore come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.”
18 PBDT "Umakan, aku jarie Ompai kan kolai, umakan kolai jarie ana-ana-Ku kalakie umakan ana-ana-Ku labinie," bera iyah am firman Tuhan, Am Mahakuasa. BSB BSB: And: “I will be a Father to you, and you will be My sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.”
