But to those who do not believe, “The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone,”
8 PBDH han monjadi "Golek botuh sandungan, ngan karang dik mongki nyo jotuk." BSB BSB: and, “A stone of stumbling and a rock of offense.” They stumble because they disobey the word—and to this they were appointed.

15 PBDH Sebab hanlah Allah: mo membungkam dik kitanting nyo-nyo bodo. BSB BSB: For it is God’s will that by doing good you should silence the ignorance of foolish men.
16 PBDH Mideklah sebagai nyo-nyo dik merdeka, tetapi yok nguno kemerdekanmo han sebagai kedok nyok kejahatan. Sebalik han mideklah sebagi hamba-hamba Allah. BSB BSB: Live in freedom, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as servants of God.
17 PBDH Hormatilah sodo nyo. Kasihilah posik- posik seiman, dan hormatilah hajo. BSB BSB: Treat everyone with high regard: Love the brotherhood of believers, fear God, honor the king.
18 PBDH Hamba-hamba tundoklah kone tuanmo ngan segala hormat. Kae hanya kone balo dik ba'e ngan lemah lembut, tetapi juga kone balo dik kae adil. BSB BSB: Servants, submit yourselves to your masters with all respect, not only to those who are good and gentle, but even to those who are unreasonable.
19 PBDH Sebab merupakan suatu kaseh karunia, jika demi kesadarannya kone Allah, goleknyo long botahan woh penderitaa kahano kidoh keadilan. BSB BSB: For if anyone endures the pain of unjust suffering because he is conscious of God, this is to be commended.
20 PBDH Sebab onehkah upohmo jika ngan tabah mo norima pukulan karna perbuatanmo dik boduso? Akan tetapi mak mo menderita kahano perbuatan bagah han mo norima ngan tabah, pongodimo han bagah ting joi Allah. BSB BSB: How is it to your credit if you are beaten for doing wrong and you endure it? But if you suffer for doing good and you endure it, this is commendable before God.
21 PBDH Sebab, hanlah mo le nosu, kahano Kristus jeh menderita nyok mo ngan napok teladan nyokmo supayo mo nyunoe jejak-De'e. BSB BSB: For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in His footsteps:
23 PBDH Libo De'k lengolok De kae molah ngan ngolok; libo De joho, De kae ngancam, tetapi menyerahkan songolo-De'e kone Allah dik menghakimi ngan adil. BSB BSB: When they heaped abuse on Him, He did not retaliate; when He suffered, He made no threats, but entrusted Himself to Him who judges justly.
24 PBDH De todek jeh nanggung duso sodo dek ting songolo-De'e ting koyuh salip supaya sodo dek kobe terhadap duso, ngan midek nyok kobona. Oleh bilur-bilur-De'e, mo disembuhkan. BSB BSB: He Himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. “By His stripes you are healed.”
25 PBDH Hamis seh, mo pa'ti domba-domba dik terus menerus tosak, nto mojeh balek koni Sang Gembalangan polinong jiwamo. BSB BSB: For “you were like sheep going astray,” but now you have returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.
