2 PBDH Gembalakanlah domba-domba Allah dik bise tingmo! Iyo kahano paksaan, tetapi ngan rela, paa'ti dik Allah kehendaki; iyo ngkodi nyok nopak untong dik kaebagah, tetapi kahano kesediaanmo. BSB BSB: Be shepherds of God’s flock that is among you, watching over them not out of compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you; not out of greed, but out of eagerness;
3 PBDH Iyo pula ngkodi sebagai penguasa terhadap balo dik cayoting woh tanggung jawabmo, tetapi jodilah teladan nyok kawan han. BSB BSB: not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock.
4 PBDH Mak mohan, ketika pa'jik Sang Gembala Agung monik, mo akan norima mahkota kemuliaan dik kae dopa layo. BSB BSB: And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that will never fade away.

And all of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because, “God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”
6 PBDH Sebab han, rendahkanlah owongmo ting sigant tongan Allah dik punun kuasa. Maka, De akan ngiyok mo pada onuhan. BSB BSB: Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, so that in due time He may exalt you.
7 PBDH Serahkanlah sodo kekuatiranmo kone Allah kahano De ngingun mo. BSB BSB: Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.
8 PBDH Waspadalah ngan bojago-jagolah! Musuhmo, si Iblis, bojalan mondar-mandir pati singo dik nyago, mogao mangsa nyok ditinguk. BSB BSB: Be sober-minded and alert. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.
9 PBDH Lawanlah Iblis! Ntokutlah kuat woh imanmo kahano mo panae nting bahwa ting sodo dunia, posik-posik seimanmo juga menanggung kojoho dik mo nginok. BSB BSB: Resist him, standing firm in your faith and in the knowledge that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kinds of suffering.
10 PBDH Dan, setelah mo joho nyok sementara waktu, Allah sumber segalo anugerah dik jeh nosumo nyok nyunoe miyoh bagian woh kemuliaan-Nya dik kekal ting woh Kristus akan memulihkan, meneguhkan, menguatkan, membangunmo. BSB BSB: And after you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself restore you, secure you, strengthen you, and establish you.
11 PBDH Bagi De'e lah, kuaso nyok selama-lamanya. Amin! BSB BSB: To Him be the power forever and ever. Amen.
12 PBDH Ko nulis juhak singkat han konemo ngolalu Silwanus, dik ko kona sebagai Posik seiman dik setia. Ko ingin nyilo somangat ngan kesaksian konemo, bahwa han lah anugerah dik sejati sik Allah. Ntokutlah kuat ting woh anugerah han. BSB BSB: Through Silvanus, whom I regard as a faithful brother, I have written to you briefly, encouraging you and testifying that this is the true grace of God. Stand firm in it.
